品質競爭能力, 전략-환경적합이 事業成果에 미치는 영향에 관한 探險的 硏究

This study tries to build the quality competence construct extending the concept of manufacturing competence. By using this construct, Korean manufacturing companies' quality competitive map is identified empirically. There are two ways of expressing the model of quality competence. These are simple model and weighted model. Two models are showed mathematically and I tries to verify which model describes well to apply the Korean manufacturing companies. Another variables which might affect the business performance, strategy-environment fit is introduced and it's effect on business performance is analyzed. The effects of both quality competence and strategy-environment fit on business performance and interaction effects are analyzed. This is basically an exploratory study in nature. Because this study tries to build a new construct, quality competence. through extending the manufacturing strategy and apply to Korean manufacturing companies empirically. The result can be used to rebuild the Korean manufacturing companies' quality competence.
Bollnow의 교사관 : 『실존철학과 교육학』을 중심으로

This article deals with Bollnow's existential ideas of education, particularly the way he understands the roles of teachers, based on his book, Existenzphilosophie und Pa¨dagogik. Bollnow combines the view of human beings, on which the traditional view of education is based, with the existential view. According to him, man's life is the process in which the duration of daily routines and the fateful events cross. Also in education, everyday teaching and existential meetings cross and supplement each other. According to his thoughts, teachers are understood like these. First, building up their students' characters, teachers make everyday education in progress. Second, teachers understand and protect the meetings which visit their students. Third, teachers are understood to meet their students for himself and to be changed with the students. Above all, teachers can guide their students to a wider life and a new world when they understand the existential meaning of education and practice it.
린 생산방식의 개념을 통한 한국제조기업의 경쟁력 강화방안에 관한 연구

The purpose of this paper is to explore and suggest the conceptual framework of introducing the lean production system to Korean manufacturing companies. Lean production system is regarded as new manufacturing system of facing the new environment and enhancing the competitiveness. It is originated from Japanies environment. The environment of Japanies manufacturing companies is different from that of Korean manufacturing companies. Therefore, introducing the new system without any consideration makes big chaos and costs much, The relevance needs to be reviewed and tested before implenting the new manufacturing system. In order to achieve the study purpose, the background and specific contents of lean production system were deeply explained in terms of factory operations, new product development processes, parts procurement system and marketing channel. In order to set up the Korea's own lean production system, the differences between advanced countries' manufacturing system and Korean manufacruring system were analyzed. Manufacturing system is usually advanced by the step of resource-driven, labor-intensive, capital-intensive, information-driven and system-driven stage. The difference in manufacturing system resulted the difference in manufacturing activities. After understanding the differences in manufacturing system and activities, the right ways of structuring the Korea's own lean production system were suggested. First, the need to change the manufacturing system and time based management were explained. Second, the need to change the factory operations in terms of corporate culture and labor relationship was analyzed. Third, Korea's unique new product development and technology innovation strategy were advised. Fourth, the management of suppliers quality was important and supplier/vendor information system should be structured to increase quality level. At last, marketing channel should be set up on the basis of customers needs. In conclusion, in order to recover the Korean manufacturing companies competitiveness, the introduction of new manufacturing system is needed. The new system should fit the Korea's own environment. So, the characteristics of Koreas' manufacturing system should be analyzed before introducing the new system. That is the right way of success to implement the lean production system.
