        Brand asset management to build powerful brand asset is needed to have more powerful comparative advantage. In this study, critical factors of the structure of brand asset are considered. For this purpose, the relationships between the brand asset and the structure of brand asset are evaluated. And measurement of the competitive power of the specific brand at the point of clients by describing the systematic measuring methodology of the brand asset and its applications is studied. And then, the model that can be used to solve and improve the general realities and level of brand management is proposed. For this, we recognized the strategic importance of brand asset and the brand asset management with previous studies. And we improved the model that showed that the increasing of brand competitive power makes purchasing intention and the brand loyalty increase at the point of clients by pointing out the limit of previous studies. With this improved model, we investigated the brand competitive power on digital electric home appliances about images, sounds, and communications. To test this model statistically, the structural equation model that is most popular in the latest is used. By using the result of this study, companies will be able to measure of their own and the other's brand competitive power and understand the method of benchmarking and the improvements. Moreover, the government will be able to draw up the plan and the system that support to secure the brand competitive power and bring up the global brand that have international competitive power.

        A study of improvement of printing accuracy of PCB has been carried out by applying the corrected data of laminate dimensional variation to real products. The result of this study improved the accuracy of product by decreasing the deviation between design specifications and end products. This paper will be useful when PCB manufacturers using paper phenol laminates make preparation for customer's needs, more complicated specifications. And so, it will be successful for image renovation of any company by assuring the reliabilities of customers.

      • 需要의 變化를 고려한 適正 保證期間의 決定

        This paper proposes a model for maximizing the profit of a product sold under warranty. The decision variable assumed in the model is length of period throughout which the producer is responsible for service. The paper focuses on the dependence of optimal profit on warranty period for a realistic and general description of a warrantable product. Failure of the warrantable product is stochastic. Repairs and replacements are of constant cost. Demand depends exponentially on warranty duration. Two types of warranty policies are considered: (1) Free warranty policy for repairable products and (2) Pro-rata warranty policy for nonrepairable products. An optimal warranty period is obtained by maximizing profit for the case of Weibull failure time probability density function.

      • An optimization of the 3D 1H-15N-1H TOCSY-HSQC and NOESY-HSQC experiments using sensitivity enhancement with gradient selection

        영어논문 Proper pulse sequences and experimental optimization for the 3D 15N edited TOCSY and NOESY spectra were described. Using sensitivity enhancement approach with coherent selection by pulsed field gradients described by Kay and co-workers, a considerable gain in sensitivity was achieved. The sensitivity was also improved by minimal water saturation using water flip-back pulse. Among the three types of TOCSY mixing pulse, named MLEV-17, DIPSI-2 and DIPSI-2rc, DIPSI-2rc sequence gave the most sensitive spectrum. These results suggest an appropriate pulse sequence for those 3D experiments for large proteins.

        Experiments on natural convection mass transfer adjacent to upward-facing inclined plates were performed by employing an electrochemical technique. For this purpose copper electrodes and an aqueous solution of cupric sulfate and sulphuric acid were used under limiting currents. Experiments showed that the Rayleigh number marking the onset of secondary flow in the form of vortex rolls in the primary natural convection varies markedly with the angle of inclination, decreasing with increasing departures from vertical, and that the vortex wavelength is almost independent of the surface inclination.

        In general, causal relationship for theoretical concepts is hypothesized based on precedent studies and tested by a structural equation model. However, when theoretical backgrounds are scarce or absent, the causal relationship is hypothesized operatively by the purpose and scope of research and tested by overall goodness-of-fit indices such as GFI and RMR. Such a causal relationship can't be most appropriate statistically because it is selected as specific relationship from researcher's view among possible causal relationships. Therefore, this study is to propose a procedure for identifying the causal relationship that produces the best GFI among possible causal relationships for theoretical concepts.

      • 녹색식생활의 건강가치가 공동체 의식에 미치는 영향 연구

        본 논문에서는 청소년을 대상으로 녹색식생활 교육과 청소년의 발달권과 공동체의식 관계 를규명하여 녹색식생활 교육의 교육적 토대를 강화하는 데 일조하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 요약하면 녹색식생활에 따른 청소년의 발달권의 차이검증 결과 녹 색식생활교육을 받은 학생의 녹색식생활 교육의 하위 요인인 ‘건강’가치의 평균 모두 녹색식 생활교육을 받지 않은 학생의 평균보다 높게 나타났다. 또한 공동체의식도 녹색식생활교육 을 받지 않은 학생의 평균보다 높게 나타났다. 그리고 본 연구의 가설인 녹색식생활의 ‘건강’가치가 공동체의식에 미치는 영향을 보기 위 하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 녹색식생활의 ‘건강’가치가 공동체의식에 유의미한 영 향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 녹색식생활교육이 청소년의 발달권과 공동체의식에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석한 결과 다 음과 같은 중요한 시사점을 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 본 연구에서 설정한 가설 가운데 녹색식생활의 환경 가치가 청소년의 사회적 발달 과 정서적 발달에 미치는 영향, 녹색식생활의 배려 가치가 청소년의인지적 발달에 미치는 영향, 청소년의 사회적 발달이 공동체 의식에 미치는 영향을 제외한 모든 가설은 통계적으 로 유의한 결과를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 통하여 녹색식생활 교육의 하위 가치 는 청소년의 전반적인 발달과 공동체 의식 형성에 상당한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 학생들의 부모 학력과는 녹색식생활의 핵심가치와 청소년의 발달권, 공동체의식의 개연성이 무관한 반면 녹색식생활 교육을 받은 경험의 여부에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이 가 있었다는 결과를 통하여 학교 교육의 중요성을 추측해 볼 수 있다. 또한 본 연구에서는 녹색식생활교육 교육에서 강조하는 ‘환경’,‘건강’, ‘배려’의 세 가지 가치 수준과 청소년의 발 달권, 공동체 의식과 상당히 긴밀한 관련이 있으며 녹색식생활 교육을 통하여 습득된 녹색 식생활 교육의 핵심 가치는 청소년의 인지·신체·사회·정서적 발달과 공동체 의식에 고른 영 향을 미친다는 점에 녹색식생활 교육의 당위성을 시사하고 있다. The purpose of this study was to provide important information of GREEN Dietary Life Education Health value and Community spirit. This study for Community spirit the relations between GREEN Dietary Life Education and Health value to strengthen educational foundation of GREEN Dietary Life Education by performing factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, difference verification, and multiple regressing analysis. For the purpose of this study, empirical analysis using SPSS 18.0 was performed.

        ISO 9000 series standards were established to unify the different quality standards from many countries. With the increasing competitions quality has become rather crucial. Factors which affect the product are quality of material. capabilities of equipment and facilities used for design, production, and tests, calibration and test of measurement equipment, training, experiences, and technology level of workers and administrators, and working condition. It is necessary to establish a quality system which can systematically control these factors to produce quality products. This paper is focused on the concepts of information and data. Optimized relationships for the practice of this quality system are obtained through structured analysis on system requirements.

        고객반응의 선행요인 및 기업성과 모델링 과정에 관한 연구

        Today customers’ needs have been changing rapidly. Their tastes become more valuable and unique. And the competition of the companies has been keen in this environment. Each company has laid importance on the increase of customers' satisfaction and they have carried out the various antecedents which have influenced on the customers' responses. But there is a difficulty using actual strategies just with the expectation that the antecedents may affect the business performance. Especially it is impossible to allocate resource optimally with limited operational resources. Therefore this study aims to understand systematically the change of customer's responses and the business performance influenced by the antecedents. This study demonstrates the usefulness by applying the conceptual model and the assessment process of the customers' responses to the electric pressure cooker.

      • QFD의 활용을 통한 효율적 CRM에 관한 연구

        Modem companies have noticed that they can make a large profit by actively defining customers, understanding the behavior pattern of customers and using it strategically. The fact that the ratio of cost to profit of managing existing customers is higher than that of managing new customers apparently shows this. In conclusion, managing customers starts from correct understanding of customer needs. We can correctly understand customer behavior from the data related to customers, information from transactions. And we can predict it correctly. We can keep our initiative customers and get high profitability from those customers by understanding customers' behavior pattern since we can have the basis for maintaining customers by this way. Of course, customers can be understood as one group but the application and method of Customer Relationship Management should be changed dependent on which industry the customer is related with. Also, existing Customer Relationship Management tools are being slowly diversified, for instance, financing-related industry, mobile communication industry, etc. Therefore, the objective of this study is to reveal how we can correctly understand Customer Relationship Management. Also we will cover the correct understanding of customers and application method of Customer Relationship Management to specified industry. In addition, we can develop the model to understand customers' needs and behavior efficiently using QFD.
