This study was attempted to investigate the pharmacokinetic interaction between sodium valproate (4. 8. 16 ㎎/㎏. i.v.) and phenytoin (4 ㎎/㎏. i.v) in rabbits. The plasma concentration and area under the curve (AUC) of phenytoin were increased significantly (p<0.05. p<0.01) when coadministered with sodium valproate (4. 8. 16 ㎎/㎏) in rabbits. The volume of distribution and total body clearance of phenytoin were decreased significantly (p<0.05. p<0.01) when coadministered with sodium valproate (8. 16 ㎎/㎏) in rabbit. From the results of this experiment. it is desirable that dosage regimen of phenytoin should be adjusted and therapeutic drug monitoring should be performed for reduction of side or toxic effect when phenytoin will be coadministered with sodium valproate in clinical use.

The purpose of this research is to obtain the characteristics of strain and stress in the vacuum pressure vessel. The vacuum pressure vessel is used to many of industrial devices and cooling tower system. The vessel is under the vacuum pressure in this research, and we analyzed the stress on the vessel surface. As the experimental set up, we introduced the Static Strain Measurement(UCAM 70A, Kyowa) system. The environmental condition of vessel is reserved under vacuum pressure 50mmHg, and the vacuum pressure was made by a ejector pump system.
A Dual In-Plane Electrode Structure for Better Brightness in a Helix-Deformed FLCD

We propose a dual in-plane parallel electrode structure of a vertical configuration of a helix-deformed ferroelectric liquid crystal (HDFLC) mode for better brightness than a single in-plain electrode case. This structure provides high brightness in addition to the analog gray scale capability, fast response, and wide-viewing characteristics. In contrast to a conventional HDFLC in a planar geometry, smectic layers arrange themselves parallel to the substrates and thus extremely uniform alignment of molecules in a large area is naturally achieved in our new configuration.

본 논문은 RSU 통신 범위 밖에서 요청 차량에게 콘텐츠를 전달하기 위해 최적의 릴레이 후보를 찾는 알고리즘으로 더 효율적인 릴레이 방안을 제시한다. 최근 차량 네트워크에서 사용자의 콘텐츠 이용의 불편함을 줄이기 위하여 지연 시간과 트래픽을 감소시키기 위해 사전 캐싱을 사용하기 위한 연구가 되어오고 있다. 따라서, 주변에 있는 차량을 이용하여 콘텐츠를 릴레이 하는 방안으로 연구가 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 RSU 통신 범위 밖에서 요청 차량에게 콘텐츠를 전달하기 위해 최적의 릴레이 후보를 찾는 알고리즘을 기반으로 추가적인 릴레이를 하여 콘텐츠를 전달하는 방안을 제시한다. 시뮬레이션은 NS-3 로 진행되었으며 성능 결과에서 제안 방안을 통해 릴레이 양은 증가하고, 딜레이는 감소하였다.

We must focus on the economical worth of functional combined cities and agricultural districts. even yet, combined cities and agricultural districts. This essay looks at what is to be considered when ecologically changing Kunchunlee, Kumsan County, Chongnam province. This essay is about the Kunchunlee example, and this is the conclusion. 1. Agricultural districts must develope on their own. 2. Regional life must try be environmentally friendly. 3. Ecological villages help improve residents' life, 4. Ecological villages are a solution in solving the differences of cities and agricultural districts. 5. Governmental support must come after residents try first.
배관용 보온재의 난연 성능 시험방법에 따른 최대 발열량 분석

본 연구에서는 보온재의 설치 상태를 고려한 ISO 20632와 NFPA 274 시험 기준에 따른 발열량 산출 결과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해서 보온재 총 6종(은박 발포폴리에틸렌(PE(S)), 무은박 발포폴리에틸렌폼(PE(N)), 고무발포(Rubber), 일본-폴리에틸렌폼(PE(J)), 일본-폴리우레탄폼(PU(J)) 그리고 일본-스티로폼(ST(J)))에 대해서 EN 13501-1과 화재성장 곡선에 따른 난연 등급을 구분하였다. 그 결과 PU(J), PE(J) 그리고 PE(N)는 Class E 및 Ultra-fast, NFPA 274 시험기준에 의한 PE(S)는 Class D 및 Fast, ISO 20632에 의한 PE(S)는 Class C 및 Slow, 그리고 Rubber와 ST(J)는 Class B 및 Slow로 나타났다. 하지만, 난연 등급 평가 기준인 최대 발열량에 대한 시간평균 기울기는 시험 방법에 따라서 동일 보온재에 대하여 다르게 나타났으며, 보다 정확한 원인을 분석하기 위한 기초 연구가 필요한 것으로 판단된다. In this study, the heat release rate of pipe insulation is analyzed by considering the installation status in accordance with the standards ISO 20632 and NFPA 274. The flame retardation rate was evaluated for six types of test samples: polyethylene foam covered with beaten silver (PE(S)), PE foam tapped (PE(N)), elastomeric closed cell thermal insulation (rubber), Japanese PE foam (PE(J)), Japanese polyurethane foam (PU(J)), and Japanese styro form (ST(J)) by EN 13501-1 and fire growth curve. The results show that PU(J), PE(J), and PE(N) were Class E and ultra-fast, NFPA 274 test standards for Class D and Fast, and PE(S) by ISO 20632 were Class C and Slow, and Rubber and ST(J) were Classes and Low. However, the changes in the time-averaged maximum heat release rate for each test standard (ISO 20632 and NFPA 274) to evaluate the flame retardation rate differed among identical materials. This means that the fundamental study is necessary to analyze the more accurate reasons.

This study was attempted to investigate the pharmacokinetic interaction of vancomycin (10 mg/kg. i.v.) and probenecid (7.5. 15. and 30 mg/kg. oral) in rabbits. The area under curve (AUC) of plasma vancomycin concentration was significantly increased (P<0.01) in rabbits when the probenecid was coadministrated. Volume of distribution (Vd) was significantly decreased (p<0.05) in rabbits coadministrated with probenecid (15 and 30 mg/kg) and total body clearance (CLt) was decreased significantly (p<0.05. p<0.01) in rabbits coadministrated with probenecid (7.5. 15 and 30 mg/kg). There was significant correlation between AUC and probenecid dose. From the results of this experiment. it is desirable to adjust dosage regimen of vancomycin for reduction of side or toxic effect when the probenecid is coadministered in clinical practice.
