        Formation Mechanisms for (Cr,Co)7C3/(Cr,Co)23C6 Heterogeneous Precipitates and Stacking Faults Around Carbides in Surfacing Welding of Stellite Alloy on Stainless Steel

        The formation mechanisms for two carbides with co-existence and increasing stacking faults nearby the carbides duringsurfacing welding were investigated in this study. The results indicated that the surfacing layer had a two-phase structure ofa matrix phase and a second phase, the density of the second phase was relatively small and the second phase was discontinuous,by contrast with the as-received welding wire. Relatively uniform microstructure of surfacing layer and the weldinginterface without melting of base metal were obtained, resulting in an inapparent change in the microhardness. A few carbideswith blocky shape were identified in the surfacing layer. The mechanisms for (Cr,Co)23C6 of face-centered cubic crystalstructure co-existing with (Cr,Co)7C3 of hexagonal close-packed crystal structure and (Cr,Co)23C6 subsequently forming closeto the pre-formed (Cr,Co)7C3 during the cooling process were discussed in alloying element, calculated equilibrium phasediagram, Gibbs energy, etc. The relatively higher density of the stacking fault present around the carbides was understoodfrom forming energy of stacking faults.

        A pairing-free key-insulated certificate-based signature scheme with provable security

        Certificate-based signature (CBS) combines the advantages of both public key-based signature and identity-based signature, while saving from the disadvantages of drawbacks in both PKS and IBS. The insecure deployment of CBS under the hostile circumstances usually causes the exposure of signing key to be inescapable. To resist the threat of key leakage, we present a pairing-free key insulated CBS scheme by incorporating the idea of key insulated mechanism and CBS. Our scheme eliminates the costly pairing operations and as a matter of fact outperforms the existing key insulated CBS schemes. It is more suitable for low-power devices. Furthermore, the unforgeability of our scheme has been formally proven to rest on the discrete logarithm assumption in the random oracle model.

        MiR-1224-5p modulates osteogenesis by coordinating osteoblast/osteoclast differentiation via the Rap1 signaling target ADCY2

        MicroRNAs (miRNAs) broadly regulate normal biological functions of bone and the progression of fracture healing and osteoporosis. Recently, it has been reported that miR-1224-5p in fracture plasma is a potential therapy for osteogenesis. To investigate the roles of miR-1224-5p and the Rap1 signaling pathway in fracture healing and osteoporosis development and progression, we used BMMs, BMSCs, and skull osteoblast precursor cells for in vitro osteogenesis and osteoclastogenesis studies. Osteoblastogenesis and osteoclastogenesis were detected by ALP, ARS, and TRAP staining and bone slice resorption pit assays. The miR-1224-5p target gene was assessed by siRNA-mediated target gene knockdown and luciferase reporter assays. To explore the Rap1 pathway, we performed high-throughput sequencing, western blotting, RT-PCR, chromatin immunoprecipitation assays and immunohistochemical staining. In vivo, bone healing was judged by the cortical femoral defect, cranial bone defect and femoral fracture models. Progression of osteoporosis was evaluated by an ovariectomy model and an aged osteoporosis model. We discovered that the expression of miR-1224-5p was positively correlated with fracture healing progression. Moreover, in vitro, overexpression of miR-1224-5p slowed Rankl-induced osteoclast differentiation and promoted osteoblast differentiation via the Rap1-signaling pathway by targeting ADCY2. In addition, in vivo overexpression of miR-1224-5p significantly promoted fracture healing and ameliorated the progression of osteoporosis caused by estrogen deficiency or aging. Furthermore, knockdown of miRNA-1224-5p inhibited bone regeneration in mice and accelerated the progression of osteoporosis in elderly mice. Taken together, these results identify miR-1224-5p as a key bone osteogenic regulator, which may be a potential therapeutic target for osteoporosis and fracture nonunion.

      • Online Marketing Strategy and Service Quality Evaluation System : An E-commerce Perspective

        Electronic commerce is an important industry in modern service industry; it has changed the way of production and consumption patterns. In this paper, we have constructed the evaluation system of e-commerce service quality. In the empirical section, we identified five indicators in the evaluation system as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. At the same time, using the analytic hierarchy process to quantify the evaluation index system of service quality, and then analyze the weight of each index. The result shows that evaluation system will effectively promote the enterprise to control the customer's perception and needs, so as to continuously improve the service quality and competitiveness of enterprises.

        E-commerce as a new way of enterprise marketing ,it plays an important role in promoting small and medium enterprises to develop new markets, reduce production and management costs, improve productivity and so on. At the same time, the electronic commerce also helps small and medium enterprises to make full use of the flexible and quick advantages, and complete the upgrade of the flexible production .In this paper, we make a empirical analysis and try to find out the key factors that affect E-business performance in SMEs, the result shows that technical talents, leadership support, government policy, infrastructure and credit environment will have positive influence to E-business performance in enterprises.

        Lateral Load Behavior Analysis of a Novel Self-Centering Y-Eccentrically Braced Frames with Slip Connection Shear Link

        Reducing residual deformation of shear links and enhancing structural self-centering performance are two eff ective strategies to optimize the seismic resilience of Y-eccentrically braced frames. Based on the aforementioned concepts, a novel selfcentering Y-eccentrically braced frame structure which composing of self-centering joints and slip connection shear link was introduced in this study. Firstly, a design methodology for the slip connection shear link and anticipated mechanical properties of the novel structure were proposed through theoretical analyses. Subsequently, fi nite element models were established based on previous experimental data to investigate the lateral load behavior of the novel structure by comparing it with a conventional structure. The results indicate that when possessing suffi cient lateral load capacity and energy dissipation capacity, the novel structure exhibits exceptional self-centering performance. Finally, the energy dissipation and self-centering mechanism were obtained by conducting stress analysis on substructures under various seismic conditions. The analysis results indicate that the slip connection mechanism eff ectively mitigates relative displacement and damage to shear links, restricts frame damage, and enhances structural self-centering performance when combined with self-centering joints.

      • Research on the Impact of B2C E-commerce and Third Party Platform: An Empirical Analysis based on Factor Analysis

        With the acceleration of the social information process, the number of small and medium enterprises that use e-commerce platform has increased. Through the application of the third party e-commerce platform, it is a great convenience for enterprises to purchase the raw materials and product marketing, reduce the cost of inventory, and shorten the supply chain process. At the same time, with the addition of a large number of similar enterprises, the information sharing ability and competitive advantage of the third party e-commerce platform are further increased. In this paper, we test the influence factors that affect third party e-commerce platform, and analyze three main factors as enterprise external factors, enterprise internal factors and technical factor. At the same time, we put forward policy and technical advice.

        Embryoid bodies formation from chicken primordial germ cells

        Primordial germ cells (PGCs) were demonstrated to be multipotential because of their differentiation ability in all embryonic lineages and because the pluripotential nature of PGCs caters for recent researches on stem cells. PGCs were cultured in suspension to form embryoid bodies (EBs). The characterization of PGCs and EBs was assessed by immunofluorescence technique, reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and paraffin section for Haematoxylin and Eosin (HE) stain. We established a stable chicken PGC line in vitro and prepared masses of EBs from PGCs. We also demonstrated that PGCs expressed stage-specific and stem cell-specific surface makers: SSEA-1, SSEA-3, Oct4, and Sox2. EBs expressed specific genes from three germ layers: gene AFP from entoderm, gene GATA6 from mesoderm, and gene Sox3 from ectoderm. The HE staining illustrated that EBs developed different cell types; relatively larger EBs (440 μm in diameter) were obtained, which contract rhythmically. We concluded that chicken PGCs were suitable for the formation of EBs. Abundant larger size EBs could be prepared in an effective way with our protocol, which could construct a good animal model and provide a useful clinical platform in studying human embryonic development and cell transplantation field.

        Seismic Analysis and Evaluation of Y-shaped EBF with an Innovative SSL-SSBC

        During severe earthquakes, the ductility and energy dissipation capacity of shear links in Y-shaped eccentrically braced frames (EBFs) are crucial to achieve desirable seismic performance and structural safety. In this study, an innovative SSLSSBC combining the advantages of a shear slotted bolted connection (SSBC) and a very short shear link is developed to improve the seismic performance of Y-shaped EBFs. Finite element (FE) analysis methods are fi rst validated through comparison with existing experimental results for slotted bolted connection and very short shear links. Further, FE simulations of the SSBC, very short shear link with shear slotted bolted connection (SSL-SSBC), and Y-shaped EBF are conducted to determine their mechanical behavior systematically. The FE results demonstrate that a reasonable SSBC can eff ectively increase the ductility and energy dissipation capacity through friction slipping, allowing the SSBC to maintain elastic behavior throughout the entire range of seismic loading, while the very short shear link in the SSL-SSBC could undergo severe damage to dissipate seismic energy. As expected, the SSL-SSBC is capable of working as both a shear dissipation damper and a metallic ductile damper in the Y-shaped EBF. This study also clearly identifi es that no yielding or damage of the very short shear links occurs during small and medium earthquakes, and the deformation and damage of the very short shear link can be minimized during severe earthquakes, allowing the seismic resilience capacity of the Y-shaped EBF to be dramatically enhanced.
