본 논문에서는 암호화 프로토콜을 검증하기 위한 새로운 논리를 제시한다. 제시된 논리는 Burrow, Abadi, 그리고 Needham이 개발한 BAN 논리라고 알려진 논리의 확장이다. 이 논리는 기존 BAN 논리의 모든 장점들을 수용하면서 암호화 프로토콜에서 사용되는 메시지의 무결성과 비밀성을 보다 정확하게 검증할 수 있도록 확장한 논리이다. 본 논리에서는 메시지의 무결성을 검증하기 위해서 사용자(principal)의 믿음을 두 단계로 나누어 분리해서 고려하였다. 첫 번째 단계는 메시지의 무결성을 제외한 메시지의 용도에 대한 믿음만을 나타내며, 두 번째 단계는 메시지의 용도뿐만 아니라 메시지의 무결성에 대한 믿음까지 포함한다. 이 논리는 메시지의 비밀성을 검증하기 위해 비밀스럽게 수신된 메시지와 그렇지 못한 메시지를 구별하여 처리한다. This paper presents a new logic for verifying cryptographic protocols. This logic is an extension to the logic developed by Burrows, Abadi, and Needham known as the BAN logic. In addition to all the features of BAN logic, the newly extended logic explicitly deals with message integrity and security aspect of the protocol. In order to verify the integrity of the message, we divided a principal's belief into two levels. The first level is a belief on the purpose of message without the belief of the message integrity. The second level is a belief about the purpose as well as the integrity of the message. This logic also differentiates secretly received messages from those that are not. This gives a way to deal with security aspect of the protocol.

The Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) is often regarded as a predominantly motor neuropathy with few sensory features. But there are many variants in GBS. However, pain is a common symptom, and that is often a diagnostic and therapeutic problem in GBS patients. Although pain is acknowledged as a common symptom, the various pain syndromes seen in GBS often go unrecognized and may be undertreated. Serum creatine kinase (CK) elevation is seen in approximately one third of patients in the first week of GBS. Although the CK rise has been associated with the presence of pain, this was not always the case. We have seen 3 GBS patients with classic symptoms or not, with or without pain and serum CK elevation or not.

The cause of Parkinson's disease(PD) is unknown. Research has concentrated on genetics, exogenous toxins, and endogenous toxins from cellular oxidative reactions. Familial occurrence of PD has been reported, but the role of genetics in the etiology of PD has long been controversial. We presented a case of married couple who acquired the PD at the age of around 60.
산업장 화학 사고로 응급실에 내원한 환자의 임상적 고찰: 일개병원의 후향적 연구

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand what kinds of chemical substances have been used annually and to investigate incidents that occurred due to chemical hazard release and to analyze statistically clinically chemical injury patients who visited one regional emergency medical center in Gumi city with documented references review. Methods: Annual chemical waste emission quantity (Kg/Year) (Cwep) was reproduced using national web site data governed by the Ministry of Environment and 5 years (from 1 .Jan. 2010 to 31. Dec. 2014) of medical records of chemical injury patients who visited our emergency department were reviewed retrospectively. By applying exclusion criteria, 446 patients of 460 patients were selected. Results: Dichloromethane, Toluene, Trichloroethylene, and Xylene were always included within Top 5 of Cweq. Six cases of chemical incidents were reported and in 3 of 6 cases involving Hydrogen fluoride were included during the study period. Male gender and twenties were the most prevalent group. Injury evoking chemicals were Hydrogen fluoride, unknown, complex chemicals (over 2 substances) in sequence. The most frequent site of wounds and injuries was the respiratory tract. Gas among status, intoxication among diagnosis, and discharge among disposition was most numerous in each group. Conclusion: There have been no uniform clinical protocols for chemical wounds and injuries due to various kinds of chemicophysical properties and ignorance of antidotes. Therefore conduct of a multicenter cohort study and experiments for ruling out chemicals according to chemicophysical priority as well as development of antidotes and clinical protocols for chemical injury patients is needed.

저자들은 저산소성 뇌병증에 빠진 28세 여자에게서 뇌사로 진단 후 112일간 심장벅동이 유지되었으며 장기간 저전압의 뇌파와 복합척수자통증을 보인 경우를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Brain death is defined as the irreversible loss of function of the brain, including the brain stem. Brain death in fact equalled with brain stem death. It is widely held that in patients with brain death who are receiving continued ventilation and full medical care, spontaneous cessation of the heart beat will ensue within a period of hours or a few days. We present a patient with a number of generally accepted sets of clinical criteria of brain stem death, but cardiac activity and complex spinal automatism were persisted 112 days with ventilatory support after diagnosis of brain death.
Cooperation-Aware VANET Clouds: Providing Secure Cloud Services to Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks

Over the last couple of years, traditional VANET (Vehicular Ad Hoc NET work) evolved into VANET-based clouds. From the VANET standpoint, applications became richer by virtue of the boom in automotive telematics and infotainment technologies. Nevertheless, the research community and industries are concerned about the under-utilization of rich computation, communication, and storage resources in middle and high-end vehicles. This phenomenon became the driving force for the birth of VANET-based clouds. In this paper, we envision a novel application layer of VANET-based clouds based on the cooperation of the moving cars on the road, called CaaS (Cooperation as a Service). CaaS is divided into TIaaS (Traffic Information as a Service), WaaS (Warning as a Service), and IfaaS (Infotainment as a Service). Note, however, that this work focuses only on TIaaS and WaaS. TIaaS provides vehicular nodes, more precisely subscribers, with the fine-grained traffic information constructed by CDM (Cloud Decision Module) as a result of the cooperation of the vehicles on the roads in the form of mobility vectors. On the other hand, WaaS provides subscribers with potential warning messages in case of hazard situations on the road. Communication between the cloud infrastructure and the vehicles is done through GTs (Gateway Terminals), whereas GTs are physically realized through RSUs (Road-Side Units) and vehicles with 4G Internet access. These GTs forward the coarse-grained cooperation from vehicles to cloud and fine-grained traffic information and warnings from cloud to vehicles (subscribers) in a secure, privacy-aware fashion. In our proposed scheme, privacy is conditionally preserved wherein the location and the identity of the cooperators are preserved by leveraging the modified location-based encryption and, incase of any dispute, the node is subject to revocation. To the best of our knowledge, our proposed scheme is the first effort to offshore the extended traffic view construction function and warning messages dissemination function to the cloud.
