        중국 종교정책의 변화와 중국 선교전략 연구

        허드슨 테일러(J. Hudson Taylor, 1832-1905)가 1865년에 설립한 중국내지선교회(CIM)가 중국교회 역사에 지대한 영향을 미쳤다는 것은 주지의 사실이다. 그런데 그들의 선교사역 시기에 태평천국의 난, 의화단사건, 반(反) 기독교운동, 중국의 공산화와 같은 위기가 있었다. 이 위기 중에 많은 선교사가 희생되었고, 또 어떤 선교사들은 중국에서 강제로 추방당하기도 하였다. 그러므로 이 연구는 중국교회의 역사 가운데 있었던 위기의 상황들을 간략히 소개하면서 현재의 위기 상황이 가지고 있는 의미를 찾을 것이다. 한국교회는 1990년대 이후에 새롭게 시작된 중국 선교사들의 사역을 통해 그동안 많은 성과를 얻은 경험이 있다. 그러나 사실 중국 선교사들은 중국선교의 역사가 교훈해 주는 바와 같이 실제 중국선교 현장에서 발생한 다양한 위기를 피할 수는 없었다. 무엇보다도 2018년에 시행된 중국 신(新)종교사무조례는 중국 선교사들이 지금까지 경험해 보지 못한 가장 강력한 위기의 요인이었기 때문이다. 따라서 이 연구는 중국 정부의 신(新)종교사무조례의 시행이 수많은 선교사가 입국거부, 비자발급 거부, 추방과 같은 형태로 비자발적인 철수를 하게 된 결정적 이유임을 밝히려고 하였다. 그리고 이 연구는 이 어려운 위기 상황 속에 있는 중국 선교사들이 불투명한 미래로 인하여 절망하거나 혹은 어쩔 수 없이 중국이 아닌 다른 국가로의 전략적 재배치를 선택하고 있는 상황들을 소개할 것이다. 그리고 중국 선교사들이 어떻게 이 위기를 극복해야 할 것인지에 대한 방법, 그리고 이 위기상황 이후에 어떤 전략을 가지고 중국선교에 다시 도전할 것인지를 모색할 것이다. 나아가 이에 대한 이해를 돕기 위하여 GMS1 중국선교의 사례를 몇 가지 소개할 것이다. 특별히 중국선교 역사 속에서 이루어진 토착화 선교의 의미와 함께 현재 GMS 중국 선교사들에 의해 진행되고 있는 토착화 선교의 내용을 소개할 것이다. 그리고 이 연구는 중국 선교사들이 앞으로 어떤 형태의 중국선교 전략을 수립하고 실행해 나가야 할 것인가에 대해 실제적인 제언을 목적으로 한다. We know that the China Inland Mission founded in 1865 by J. Hudson Taylor and the missionaries have had a profound influence in the history of the Chinese Church. However, during the period of their missionary ministry, there were the crisis of the Taiping Rebellion, the Boxer Rebellion, the anti-Christian Movement, and Communism of China. During this crisis, many missionaries were sacrificed, and some were forcibly deported from China. Therefore, this study will briefly introduce the crisis situations in the history of the Chinese church and find the implications of the current crisis situation. The Korean church has experienced many achievements through the ministry of Korean missionaries to China, which were newly started since the 1990s. However, in fact, as the history of Mission to China teaches, Korean missionaries could not avoid various crises that occurred in the actual China mission field. Above all, the Chinese New Religious Affairs Ordinance, which was enforced in 2018, is a factor of the strongest crisis that Korean missionaries have never experienced. Therefore, it was attempted to clarify that the implementation of the New Religious Affairs Ordinance of the Chinese government was the decisive reason for the involuntary withdrawal of many missionaries in the form of denial of entry, refusal of visa issuance, and deportation. And this study will introduce situations in which Korean missionaries are in despair due to an opaque future even in this difficult situation, or inevitably choose to strategically relocate to a country other than China. In addition, we will explore how Korean missionaries should overcome this crisis, and what strategies to re-challenge Chinese missions after this crisis situation. Furthermore, to help you understand this, I will introduce some examples of GMS Chinese missions. In particular, I will introduce the meaning of indigenous missions in the history of missions in China and the contents of indigenous missions by GMS Korean missionaries currently in progress. And the purpose of this study is to provide practical suggestions on what types of strategies for Korean missionaries should be established and implemented in the future.

      • AR 보드 게임을 위한 멀티 터치 스크린 시스템 제작

        본 논문에서는 AR 보드 게임을 위한 FTIR 방식의 멀티 터치 스크린 시스템을 제안한다. 기존 보드 게임은 카드의 정보나 위치등 다양한 정보를 보여주면서 사용자와의 상호작용에 있어서 버튼과 같은 단순한 형태의 입력을 요구한다. 이러한 낮은 상호작용을 보완하기 위해서 다양한 형태의 패턴 등을 입력할 수 있는 멀티 터치 스크린 시스템을 적용한 텐저블 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하여 사용자로 하여금 더 많은 상호작용과 높은 몰입감을 제공하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 다음과 같이 구성된다. 먼저, 텐저블 사용자 인터페이스를 위해서 Jefferson Y. Han이 제안한 시스템과 유사한 형태의 FTIR 방식의 멀티 터치 스크린을 테이블 탑 형태로 제작한다. 또한, 스크린 위의 카드를 인식하기 위해서 특정한 모양의 패턴을 적용한 적외선 반사지를 카드에 입힌 후, DI 방식을 사용하여 카드의 고유한 정보를 인식할 수 있도록 하였다. 마지막으로 사용자에게 인터페이스의 확장뿐만 아니라 시각적으로 높은 몰입감을 제공하기 위해 Bimber가 제안한 Virtual Showcase를 적용하였다. 이러한 시스템을 통해 사용자는 이전의 단조로운 형태의 게임에서 벗어나 훨씬 다양하고 높은 몰입감을 즐길 수 있게 되었다.

        The following paper examines the power supply rejection (PSR) capabilities of a conventional bandgap voltage reference (BGR) circuit, then analyzes the performance of a PSR enhancement stage proposed in [1]. The PSR enhancement stage requires only two transistors to lower the PSR of the circuit by 18 dB, removing the need for off-chip or bulky components required to realize a RC low-pass filter.

        Experiences of magnetic resonance imaging scanning in patients with pacemakers or implantable cardioverter-defibrillators

        Background/Aims: Despite the U.S. Food and Drug Adminstration approving a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-conditional pacemaker system in 2011, many physicians remain reluctant to perform MRI scanning in patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices. Herein, we aimed to evaluate the real-world safety of MRI in these patients. Methods: This single-center retrospective study examined the interrogation data and outcomes of patients with pacemakers or implantable cardioverter defibrillators who underwent MRI. MRI interrogation data were collected pre- and post-MRI and after 1 month of follow-up; these included the lead impedance, measured P- and R-wave amplitudes, and capture threshold. We compared these results between the magnetic resonance (MR)-conditional and conventional groups. Results: From September 2013 to December 2015, 35 patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices underwent 43 MRI scans, with a mean follow-up of 5 months. Among these 35 patients, 14 (40%) had MR-conditional devices and 21 (60%) had conventional devices. Seven patients had high voltage devices, which were all the conventional type. There were no adverse events associated with MRI during the follow-up period, and there were no significant differences in the interrogation data changes between the conventional and MR-conditional groups. Conclusions: This single-center retrospective study found that MRI can be performed safely in patients with pacemakers or implantable cardioverter defibrillators, regardless of the MRI support, as long as appropriate precautions are taken.

        Morbidity and mortality rates associated with acute myocardial infarction accompanying chronic total occlusion are comparatively high. European guidelines recommend primary intervention for the causative lesion in patient with acute myocardial infarction. Therefore, it is important to identify the culprit lesion. We report two cases of myocardial infarction with concurrent chronic total occlusion in an emergency setting.

      • A regenerative electrochemical sensor based on oligonucleotide for the selective determination of mercury(<small>II</small>)

        <P>We have developed a selective, sensitive, and re-usable electrochemical sensor for Hg<SUP>2+</SUP> ion detection. This sensor is based on the Hg<SUP>2+</SUP>-induced conformational change of a single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) which involves an electroactive, ferrocene-labeled DNA hairpin structure and provides strategically the selective binding of a thymine–thymine mismatch for the Hg<SUP>2+</SUP> ion. The ferrocene-labeled DNA is self-assembled through S–Au bonding on a polycrystalline gold electrode surface and the surface blocked with 3-mercapto-1-propanol to form a mixed monolayer. The modified electrode showed a voltammetric signal due to a one-step redox reaction of the surface-confined ferrocenyl moiety. The ‘signal-on’ upon mercury binding could be attributed to a change in the conformation of ferrocene-labeled DNA from an open structure to a restricted hairpin structure. The differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) of the modified electrode showed a linear response of the ferrocene oxidation signal with increase of Hg<SUP>2+</SUP> concentration in the range between 0.1 and 2 µM with a detection limit of 0.1 µM. The molecular beacon mercury(<SMALL>II</SMALL>) ion sensor was amenable to regeneration by simply unfolding the ferrocene-labeled DNA in 10 µM cysteine, and could be regenerated with no loss in signal gain upon subsequent mercury(<SMALL>II</SMALL>) ion binding.</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>This sensor is based on the Hg<SUP>2+</SUP>-induced conformational change of a single-stranded DNA which involves an electroactive, ferrocene-labeled DNA hairpin structure and provides strategically the selective binding of a thymine–thymine mismatch for Hg<SUP>2+</SUP> ion. <IMG SRC='http://pubs.rsc.org/services/images/RSCpubs.ePlatform.Service.FreeContent.ImageService.svc/ImageService/image/GA?id=b908457f'> </P>

        Prognostic Implication of Platelet Reactivity According to Left Ventricular Systolic Dysfunction Status in Patients Treated With Drug-Eluting Stent Implantation: Analysis of the PTRG-DES Consortium

        Background: Coronary artery disease patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) often exhibit reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF). However, the impact of LV dysfunction status in conjunction with platelet reactivity on clinical outcomes has not been previously investigated. Methods: From the multicenter PTRG-DES (Platelet function and genoType-Related long-term prognosis in DES-treated patients) consortium, the patients were classified as preserved-EF (PEF: LVEF ≥ 50%) and reduced-EF (REF: LVEF< 5 0%) group by echocardiography. Platelet reactivity was measured using VerifyNow P2Y12 assay and high platelet reactivity (HPR) was defined as PRU ≥ 252. The major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events (MACCEs) were a composite of death, myocardial infarction, stent thrombosis and stroke at 5 years after PCI. Major bleeding was defined as Bleeding Academic Research Consortium bleeding types 3–5. Results: A total of 13,160 patients from PTRG-DES, 9,319 (79.6%) patients with the results of both PRU and LVEF were analyzed. The incidence of MACCE and major bleeding was higher in REF group as compared with PEF group (MACCEs: hazard ratio [HR] 2.17, P < 0.001, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.85–2.55; major bleeding: HR 1.78, P < 0.001, 95% CI 1.39–2.78). The highest rate of MACCEs was found in patients with REF and HPR, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (HR 3.14 in REF(+)/HPR(+) vs. PEF(+)/HPR(-) group, P < 0.01, 95% CI 2.51–3.91). The frequency of major bleeding was not associated with the HPR in either group. Conclusion: LV dysfunction was associated with an increased incidence of MACCEs and major bleeding in patients who underwent PCI. The HPR status further exhibited significant increase of MACCEs in patients with LV dysfunction in a large, real-world registry.

      • Analysis and Implementation of a Beta-Multiplier Voltage Reference for Low-Power Systems

        The following paper reviews the principles of a beta-multiplier reference (BMR)- based voltage reference generator presented in [1]. Its use of subthreshold region transistors and PTAT voltage-generating cells allows the creation of a reference voltage at the cost of minimal power dissipation. Simulations of the circuit show that the BMR-based voltage reference circuit is capable of producing a 1.23V reference with a 3 variation of 40.173 mV and typical temperature coefficient of 24.090 ppm/°C, all at the cost of 319.8 nW of power dissipation from a 3.3V power supply.
