        생활변화량과 운동중 상해의 연관성에 관한 예비 연구 : 고등학교 축구선수를 중심으로 A Preliminary Study with Highschool Soccer Players

        102 high school soccer players in Seoul area were studied adopting the concept of Life Change Unit in order to evaluate and analyse the relationship between sports injury proneness and life change. The Adolescent Athletes' version of Social Readjustment Rating Scale was preliminarily developed by the authors with the inclusion of modified Schedule of Recent Experiences. 1) The Adolescent Athletes'. Social Readjustment Rating Scale was shown, in general, to have a significant correlation with Korean version of Social Readjustment Rating Scale standardized by applying to the general population (Spearman's rho=0.71, p<0.01). However, several peculiar differences were noted in such areas as academic achievements, vacation and etc. 2) Degree of perception of life events was not shown to have any significant difference between the injury-prone players and the non-injury ones. However, Life Change Units(total amount of life change) was significantly higher in the injury-prone group than the non-injury one, irrespective of the length of period before injury(Student's t-test, p<0.005). 3) The occurrence rate of illness was significantly higher in the injury-prone group than the non-injury one, irrespective of the length of period before injury(Student's t-test, p<0.005). 4) Other variables such as age, birth place, main growth place, career, and position showed no significant relationship with injury-proneness, perception of life event and Life Change Units. The 3rd year players showed significantly higher degree of perception of life events and had more Life Change Units than the other grades. In conclusion, our study showed that injury-proneness have a significant correlation with the Life Change Units as a psychosocial stressor.

        Awareness of Virtual Signage

        가상광고는 광고노출이 빈번한 공간의 효과증대와 기존 경기장광고의 약점을 보완하기 위한 수단으로, 오늘날 그 사용이 급격히 증가되고 있다. 노출이 빈번한 광고의 경우, 시청자들은 높은 회상 (recall) 또는 재인 (recognition)을 이끌었다는 기존 연구의 결과를 근간으로, 본 연구는 미국 메이저리그 야구경기 중계동안 노출된 가상광고와 기존의 경기장광고에 대한 시청자들의 재인을 측정, 비교분석 하였다. 총 164명이 이 연구에 참여하였고, 야구 경기장 안 세 군데의 공간 - 포수 뒤 (가상광고), 내야펜스 (경기장광고), 외야펜스 (경기장광고) - 의 광고들에 대한 실험 참여자들의 재인능력이 비교되었다. T-test 분석결과, 실험 참여자들은 기존 경기장광고보다 가상광고에 유의적으로 높은 재인능력을 보여주었다. 또한, 분산분석 (analysis of variance) 측정 결과, 가상광고와 내야펜스에 설치된 광고간의 재인의 유의적 차이는 있었지만, 가상광고와 외야펜스의 광고 그리고 내야광고와 외야광고 사의에서의 재인의 유의적 차이는 발견되지 않았다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 가상광고, 경기장광고, 그리고 장소의 선택에 대한 광고 전략이 논의되었다. Virtual signage is being increasingly utilized to maximize the effectiveness of highly visible locations and to overcome limits on traditional stadium signage. Building from past findings that signage in highly visible locations had a high recall or recognition rate, the current study measured recognition rates of virtual and in-stadium signage by location in the ESPN's Sunday Night Major League Baseball games. The recognition rates were examined from 164 surveys on three different locations in a stadium. A significant difference was found between recognition of virtual and in-stadium signage. Results from a one-way ANOVA with a Tukey post hoc test indicated a significant difference between virtual and infield signage. There were no differences between virtual and outfield signage, and between infield and outfield signage. Implications regarding the use of virtual versus physical signage and locations of signs were discussed.

        Promoting Leisure and Recreational Activities in Singapore

        Singapore is one of the countries striving to promote strong sporting culture in the nation. The Singapore government has believed that sport has the power to inspire, bond, and galvanize people and that more active participation in sport will be building healthy society (MCYS, 2008). Such beliefs have motivated the government to develop constructive policies and legal structures to increase people`s participation in sport and leisure activities. In 2000, the Singapore government established the Committee on Sporting Singapore (CoSS) and started a 10-year project to achieve three strategic pillars, `sport for all`, `sporting excellence, and `developing the sport industry`. The CoSS proposed 40 innovative recommendations to meet the goals. Out of the 40 recommendations, Singapore has already implemented 31; the remaining nine are currently being worked in process. While the project has yielded great success, the government prepared a next stage to continue the current sport development endeavors. In 2006, the government convened the Sporting Culture Committee (SCC) with an objective of `strengthening and transforming Singapore`s sporting culture`. To achieve the targeting goal, the SCC consisted of five sub-committees each examining its own area. After extensive deliberation and consultations with the sub-committees, the SCC coalesced and proposed 23 recommendations. Since the recommendations reflect various aspects such leisure and recreation as well as physical education, athletics, sport science, and the like, the researchers particularly scrutinized seven recommendations which closely concern the leisure and recreation context. Further information of each recommendation such as its background, rationales, guidelines, and implementations, along with the current singapore situations, was discussed. It is believed that this study provides important information for practitioners in other countries when planning and developing a high-level blueprint to guide leisure and recreation development efforts in their countries.

      • An Examination of Virtual Advertising Exposure on Major League Baseball (MLB) Games : Comparing to In-Stadium Advertising Exposure by a Content Analysis

        스포츠 광고에 있어서, 가상 광고는 TV 방송사들이 컴퓨터 그래픽을 이용하여 스폰서들의 광고를 스포츠 중계방송에 삽입하는 가장 최신의 광고기법이다. 이러한 가상광고는 마케팅 측면에서 상당히 많은 장점들을 가지고 있으며, 스포츠 마케터들은 서서히 가상 광고에 주의를 기울이게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 광고 형태, 광고 장소, 그리고 광고 상품에 따라서 가상광고와 일반 경기장 광고간에 TV 노출 빈도에 있어서 차이가 있는지를 규명하고, 스포츠 마케터들에게 가상 광고의 효율성을 재인식시키며, 가상 광고의 효율성을 측정하기 위한 후속 연구의 실증적 기초 자료를 제공하는데 있다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 무작위 추출 방법으로 다섯 개의 ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball 게임들을 선정, 녹화하였으며, 내용분석 (Content Analysis) 방법을 사용하여 광고 형태, 광고 장소, 광고 상품에 따른 광고 노출 빈도를 측정하였다. 자료 분석을 위하여 빈도분석과 카이 스퀘어 분석이 사용되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가상 광고가 일반 경기장 광고 보다 TV 노출 빈도가 높았다. 둘째, 광고 장소별로는 홈 플래이트 뒤, 내야 펜스, 외야 펜스, 덧아웃, 스코어 보드 순으로 TV 광고 노출 빈도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 홈 플래이트 뒤의 노출 빈도가 높다는 것은 곧 가상 광고의 노출 빈도가 높다는 것을 의미한다. 셋째, 소비자 상품과 방송사 관련 상품은 가상 광고를 통한 TV 노출 빈도가 일반 경기장광고에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 제조 상품은 일반 경기장 광고를 통한 TV노출 빈도가 가상 광고에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다.

      • The Effects of Service Quality of University Sport Facilities on Student’s Affective and Behavior Outcomes

        Supportive sport facilities in universities are necessary to encourage students to be actively involved in sport. The purpose of this study was to investigate students’ perceived and expected service quality of sport facilities in universities and test the relations to satisfaction and subsequent behavioral intention. Results from the study revealed that while satisfaction played as partial mediators in the relationships between tangibles/reliability and intention, satisfaction was a full mediator in the relationship between assurance/empathy and intention.

        e-스포츠 소비 동기척도 개발을 위한 탐색적 연구

        This study extended and applied prior knowledge on consumers' motivation for sport consumption to another context, e-sports. The primary purpose of this study was to develop the Motivation Scale for e-sports Consumption(MSEC). The authors conceptualized six domains of e-sports fans' motivation which were proposed to influence their e-sports consumption: achievement, drama, escape, knowledge, athlete attraction, and entertainment. The authors borrowed and self-generated 19 items to measure the six motivational factors. Using a convenient sampling method, a total of 157 subjects were recruited for this exploratory study. The internal consistency tests revealed that one item (attraction1) was not truly correlated with the others in the athlete attraction factor. After deleting the item, an exploratory factor analysis with a direct oblimin rotation was employed to examine the MSEC factor structure. A pattern matrix demonstrated that all of the 18 items properly loaded on their respective factors the researchers initially specified. In addition to the conceptual evidence, the study provided a strong empirical priori for further scale development of the MSEC.

        신이식 100예에서 이식신의 예후에 영향을 미치는 인자

        N/A It has been reported that many factors other than HLA and the mode of immunosuppression influence the results of renal transplantation. The factors are constantly changing with the advances in surgical techniques and introduction of Cyclosporin-A s-A), etc. We analyzed the possible prognostic factors in 100 cases of renal allograft which were performed by the transplantation team of Kosin Medical College from Dec. 1984 to Aug. 1988. Detailed results are presented for the several factors as follows: 1) HLA and the mode of immunosuppression. Excluding 9cases of graft failure due to non-immunological causes, the actuarial graft survival in 3 years was 100% in the E3LA-II) group, 95.1% in the HLA-HID group and 84.6% in the LUR group. In the HLA-HID group, the 3 year graft survival (3YGS) was 96.8% in the Cs A+P treated group and 93.3% in the Aza+P treated group, and the difference in these 2 groups was not significant statistically (p>0.1). Numbers of patients with serum creatinine equal or above 2 mg/dl were 5 of 17cases (29.4%) in the Aza+P treated HLA-HID group, and 8 of 47cases (17.1%) in the Cs-A+P treated HLA-HID group, but the difference was not significant statistically (p>0.1). 2) Pretransplant transfusions. Twenty-seven cases which were transfused with more than 10 units of packed red cells were 100% in 3YGS and the other cases were 97.8% in 3YGS, And there was no significant difference between Aza+P and Cs A+P treated HLA-HID groups in relation to transfusion (p>0.1), 3) Donor and recipient age. The 3YGS in donors older than 50 years and in those 50 years old and under were 93.796 and 94.895, respectively, The percentages of cases with serum creatinine equal or above 2mg/dl were 26. 5% in the older than 50 years group and 12.3% in the other group, but the difference was not significant statistically (p>0.1). Thirteen cases older than 60 years were 10096 in 3YGS. Recipient age had no significant effect on 3YGS between the older than 50 years group and the other group (p>0.1). 4) Donor and recipient sex. The 3YGS was highest (100%) in the male to male group and lowest (87.5%) in the male to female group, but the difference was not significant in these 2 groups (p>0.1). 5) Minor ABO incompatibility. Seventeen cases with minor ABO incompatibility were 100% in 3YGS, and in remaining compatible 74 cases, the 3YGS was 93.4% and there was no significant difference (p>0.1). In summary, the 3YGS was higherst in the HLA-ID group, and there was no signifcant difference in 3YGS between Aza+P and Cs A+P treated HLA-HID groups. And the elder (more than 50 years or 60 years) donor group did not show lower 3YGS than the younger age group despite somewhat worse graft function. There appears to be a minimal effect with mismatch of sex and minor ABO incompatibility. And the fact that there is no significant relation between pretransplant transfusion and 3YGS seems to be due to DST, which was done in all cases except HLA-ID and 2cases of the HLA-HID group.

        글로벌 스포츠 브랜드의 소비에 있어 자민족중심주의의 중재효과

        본 연구에서는 글로벌 스포츠 브랜드의 ‘지각된 브랜드 글로벌성(perceived brand globalness; PBG)’, ‘지각된 브랜드 품질(perceived brand quality; PBQ)’, 그리고 ‘시청의도(watching intention; WI)’사이의 인과관계에서 소비자들이 가지고 있는 자민족중심주의(ethnocentrism)가 어떻게 중재효과를 보여주는지를 조사하였다. 본 연구를 위해 세계적 스포츠 브랜드인 영국프리미어리그가 사용되었다. 기존연구의 이론적, 경험적 배경을 바탕으로 소비자들의 자민족중심주의가 두 인과관계(PBG>>>PBQ, PBQ>>>WI)에서 중재효과를 보여줄 것이라는 두개의 연구가설이 설립되었다. 가설의 검증을 위해서 싱가폴의 한 대학에 재학 중인 188명의 대학생들이 본 연구에 참가하였다. 본연구의 자료는 설문지를 통하여 수집되었다. 설문지에는 위에서 언급된 네 가지 구인들을 측정하기 위하여, 기존연구에서 신뢰도와 타당도를 입증 받은 11개의 문항들이 본 연구의 성격에 맞게 수정된 후 포함되었다. 가설의 검증을 위하여 AMOS 프로그램을 이용한 구조방정식 모형분석이 도입되었다. 또한, 자민족중심주의의 중재효과의 효과적인 분석을 위하여 다집단 불변성 분석을 통하여 낮은 자민족 중심주의와 높은 자민족중심주의의 두 집단에서의 인과관계 경로계수들이 과연 통계적으로 차이가 있는지를 검증하였다. 분석결과, PBG와 PBQ의 인과관계에서의 경로계수값들은 두 집단에서 통계적으로 차이가 없었지만, PBQ와 WI의 인과관계에서의 경로계수값들은 두 집단에서 통계적으로 차이가 있었다. 따라서 소비자들의 자민족중심주의가 영국프리미어리그의 PBQ와 WI사이에서 중재효과를 보여주었다. The purpose of this study was to test moderating roles of consumers` ethnocentrism between two causal relationships, perceived brand globalness(PBG)>>>perceived brand quality(PBQ) and PBQ>>>watching intention(WI). For the study, the Barclays Premier League, which has been considered one of the most globalized professional sports leagues, was selected. Data for the study were collected from 188 students attending a large university in the western Singapore. The questionnaire utilized in the study included 11 items measuring PBG(three items), PBQ(two items), WI(two items), and ethnocentrism(four items), which were borrowed and modified from the past literature. For data analyses, structural equation modeling and multi-group invariance techniques using the AMOS program were employed to test the hypotheses. Results revealed that there was a significant difference of path coefficients from PBQ to WI between the high and low ethnocentrism groups. However, no significant difference of the path coefficients from PBG to PBQ between the groups was found. It was concluded that consumers` ethnocentrism in the Barclays Premier League played a moderating role in the relation between PBQ and WI.
