대학생의 사회적 지지, 진로결정자기효능감 및 인지된 고용가능성에 관한 구조방정식 모형 = Exploring the Structural Modeling among University Student's Social Supports, Career Decision Self-efficacy, and Self-perceived Employability

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study pursues to explore the effects of social supports and career decision self-efficacy on employability among university students. In particular, this study focuses on the role of career decision self-efficacy as a mediator on the relationship between social supports and employability. 338 university students participated in this study to answer the questionnaire.
The results of the study show as following. First, social supports has a significant and positive effect on university student's employability. Second, career decision self-efficacy has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between social supports and employability. Third, social supports also have a significnat and positive effect on university student's career decision self-efficacy.
These results represent that if university students receive social supports including emotional, evaluative, informative, and realistic helping, they feel they are better ready to enter labor market. This cognitive evaluation on themselves also can be influenced by career decision self-efficacy while involving the confidence on activities such as self-evaluation, information collection on jobs, goal-setting, and planning. The more university students perceive themselves as people who receive more social supports and who are confident with activities related to career decision-making, the more they evaluate themselves marketable. These evaluation on themselves can influence their following activities on career and employment. Therefore, the universities can help students to develop their potentials and capabilities on their future jobs through informative and realistic systems and programs.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 사회적 지지와 진로결정자기효능감이 고용가능성에 영향을 미치는 과정을 구명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 4년제에 재학 중인 대학생 338명으로 측정도구는 사회적 지지, 진로결정자기효능감, 고용가능성 척도를 사용하였다. 사회적 지지와 고용가능성 간의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감이 매개변수로 작용할 것이라는 연구모형을 도출하였고, 구조방정식을 통해 확인하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 고용가능성은 사회적 지지와 진로결정자기효능감에 직접적인 영향을 받고, 사회적 지지가 진로결정자기효능감을 매개로 고용가능성에 영향을 줄 것이라는 초기모형보다는 수정모형이 더 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 고용가능성에는 사회적 지지와 진로결정자기효능감이 정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 사회적 지지는 진로결정자기효능감을 매개로 고용가능성에 부분매개효과를 가지고 있었다. 따라서 대학생의 고용가능성을 향상시키기 위해서는 환경적 차원에서의 사회적 지지와 개인의 내적변인인 진로결정자기효능감을 함께 고려한 통합적인 접근이 필요하다.
