사회복지서비스 질에 있어 사회복무요원과 사회복지사간 관계의 매개효과 분석: 사회복무요원의 직무요인과 직무만족을 중심으로 = The Study on the Mediated Effect of Public Service Workers and Social Workers about the Quality of Social Services: Based on Job Factors and Job Satisfaction of Public Service Workers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study intended for 512 public service workers who worked at social service facilities in 16 cities and provinces in Korea. The study figured out the influence of their job factors and job satisfaction on the quality of social services and investigated the mediated effect of leader(social worker)-member(public service worker) exchange(LMX). As a result, influence was exerted on an increase in the corporeality, credibility, and kindness of the service quality when jobs were clear. It was appeared that job stress influenced to partially decrease the corporality of the service quality, and to decrease kindness. In addition, it was shown that job satisfaction perceived by public service workers influenced the increase in the corporeality, credibility, and kindness of the service quality. Since it was identified that LMX had the mediated effect in the service quality, the study implied that it was necessary to increase exchange relationships between social workers and public service workers in social service facilities for the future improvement in the service quality. on and men with lower education show slightly higher probability in this type.
