유치원 교사의 교직경력에 따른 교사관심사의 차이 = A Search for Kindergarten Teacher Experience of Concerns

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to explore the differences of a matter of concern according to the work experiences of kindergarten teachers, based on the theory of a matter of teacher`s concern in Katz. The contents of this research were as follows. First, Analyzing the main interest resulted in the significance effect on the renewal of concern and mature of attention. According to the stages of the concerns of teacher, differences revealed in renewable concerns and mature concerns; Renewable concerns appeared by the teacher who has already work experiences between 3-5 years, Mature concerns discovered from the teacher who worked between 1-3 years. Second, A kindergarten teacher who has worked less than a year revealed concerns such as delight of meeting with infants, requirements of the time relaxation and advice, and dissatisfaction about the treatment. Also, a teacher who has worked between 1-3 years showed concerns such as interaction with infants, wonders about problem behavior of kids, and requirement of materials. Moreover, a teacher who has worked more than 3-5 years revealed concerns such as sharing the happiness with kids, boredom of the over-tasks, and self-development. A teacher who has worked more than 5 years appeared concerns such as the conflict about communication, one`s own professional advancement.
