대학생의 진로적응성과 긍정적 정서, 사회적 지지 및 삶의 만족의 구조적 분석 = The Structural Relationships among Career Adaptability, Positive Affect, Social Support and Life Satisfaction of College Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to identify a structural relationships among career adaptability, positive affect, social support and life satisfaction of college students. Data was collected from 420 students in colleges located in Seoul and Chungcheong-do(Province), Korea. The results showed that social support had direct effects on positive affect, career adaptability and life satisfaction and positive affect had direct effects on career adaptability and life satisfaction. Career adaptability showed a direct effect on life satisfaction. Positive affect meditated the links from social support to career adaptability and from social support to life satisfaction. These results have significant implication for career counseling to promote career adaptability for Korean college students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 진로적응성과 긍정적 정서, 사회적 지지 및 삶의 만족 간의 구조적 관계를 밝히고자 가설적 구조방정식 모형을 설정하여 변인간의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구대상은 서울과 충청 지역 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 420명이며, 임의표집을 통하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 사회적 지지는 긍정적 정서, 진로적응성, 삶의 만족에 정적 영향을, 긍정적 정서는 진로적응성과 삶의 만족에 정적 영향을, 진로적응성은 삶의 만족에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정적 정서는 사회적 지지와 진로적응성 간의 관계, 사회적 지지와 삶의 만족 관계를 매개하는 유의미한 매개변인임이 확인되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과가 진로상담에서 갖는 시사점을 논의하였다.
