청소년의 사회적 지지, 진로성숙도, 학습동기 및 공격성의 구조적 관계 = The Structural Relationships among Social Support, Career Maturity, Academic Motivation, and Aggression of Adolescents

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study executed to search for the ways that necessary to prevention and intervention of adolescents' aggression through the relational analysis after selected social support, career maturity, and academic motivation based on reviewing advanced researches among the variables which are expected to have a significant relationship with adolescent's aggression. The participants were 320 middle school students and 350 high school students from chosen high school and middle school located in Gyeongsangnamdo and the obtained data analyzed by structural equation model utilized Amos 17. According to the analysis, the significant relationships were found among social support, career maturity, academic motivation, and aggression. Social support had a significant effect on the other three variables and influenced on aggression through mediation effect of career maturity. Career maturity, main concern of this study had a significant impact on aggression directly, and in addition to the mediator effect and direct effect on aggression, affected to academic motivation directly. At the analysis of the difference between male and female students, the value of female students was higher than that of male students in social support, career maturity, academic motivation, and aggression. Based on these results, discussions such as practical plans on how to provide sufficient social supporting experience to adolescents, possibility of intervention to aggression through career maturity focused treatments in spite of lower level of social support, preparation for programs considered participants' gender in career education situation, and etc are suggested.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년의 공격성과 의미 있는 관련이 있을 것으로 판단되는 여러 변인 중에서 선행연구 검토를 검쳐 사회적 지지, 진로성숙도, 학습동기를 선정한 후, 이들 변인들 간의 관계 분석을 통해 청소년 공격성의 예방과 개입에 필요한 방안을 살펴보기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 경상남도 소재의 중학생 320명, 고등학생 350명이 연구에 참여하였으며 확보된 연구 자료는 Amos 17.0을 활용한 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과, 사회적 지지, 진로성숙도, 학습동기 및 공격성 간에는 모두 유의한 상관이 있었다. 사회적 지지는 다른 세 변인 모두에 유의한 영향을 주었으며 동시에 진로성숙도를 매개로 공격성에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 주된 관심 변인이었던 진로성숙도는 공격성에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었으며 진로성숙도의 매개효과 및 공격성에 대한 직접효과와 더불어, 진로성숙도가 학습동기에도 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 조사대상자의 성별에 따른 차이 여부를 살펴본 결과, 여학생이 사회적 지지, 진로성숙도, 학습동기, 공격성 모두에서 남학생보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 청소년에게 충분한 사회적 지지 경험을 어떻게 제공할 것인가 하는 실천적 방안 마련, 사회적 지지가 낮더라도 진로성숙도에 초점을 둔 개입을 통해 공격성에 개입할 수 있는 가능성, 진로교육 장면에서 참여자의 성별을 고려한 프로그램 마련 등에 대한 논의가 제시되었다.
