보육기관유형에 따른 교사의 직무수행과 직무스트레스에 관한 연구 = A Study on Job Stress and Job Performance of Teachers to Type of Day Care Center

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study focuses on the differences between teacher and kindergarten teachers and teachers who perform duties on child care center teacher and kindergarten teachers, and look at job performance and job stress according to the types of workplace teachers and teachers. For this purpose, he collected data from a childcare center for children in Jeonbuk Province and a kindergarten teacher working in preschool and kindergarten camps. The data collected were processed using the SPSS 21.0 program and analyzed the frequency analysis, crossover analysis, and conducted analysis. Studies have shown that there is a statistically significant correlation between the types of duties and duties related to nursery school teachers, duties of teaching teachers, tasks, tasks, tasks, tasks related to childcare, work-related tasks, work-related tasks, work-related tasks, work-related tasks, work-related tasks, and interpersonal functions. Second, there is a statistically significant correlation between the types of work-related teachers and work-related stresses and work-related stress, parental stress associated with work-related stress, stress related to economic treatment, work-related stress, and work-related stress.
