In addition, for variables found to be different through ANOVA, Scheffe test was conducted as a post?test. Teachers’ efficacy and job stress were examined through correlation analysis. The results of this study are as follows.First, kindergarten teachers’ job stress was highest in relation to economic stability and, next, in order of excessive workload, activities with kindergarteners, administrative support, and relation with colleague teachers. Next, teachers’ job stress showed significant difference according to teachers’ academic qualification and the type of institution but not according to teachers’ work experience and the type of class.Second, kindergarten teachers’ job stress was difference according to directors’ leadership types.
