        주민참여공모사업의 사업유형과 의견분석방법에 관한 연구 - 일본 요코하마 주민공모사업을 대상으로 -

        This study focuses on citizen-driven regional agenda and improvement projects, with a specific emphasis on the Yokohama Shimin Machi-bushin Project. The research aims to categorize the scope of citizens' thoughts and the objects for improvement, shedding light on the Analysis Methodologies of citizen-driven proposals for living environment improvement. It also highlights the diverse factors influencing citizens' perceptions of regional issues and the different approaches to addressing them. The paper discusses potential challenges and obstacles in implementing citizen-driven initiatives for community improvement and suggests ways to address them effectively.       • 동남참게(Eriocheir japonicus)의 난황단백질 정제와 그 전구체의 합성부위 구명

        To identify the histological site of synthesis of yolk protein precursor, vitellogenin, by immunocytochemical method in the freshwater crab Eriocheir japonicus, we purified the yolk protein, vitellin, from crude egg extracts, and prepared the anti-rabbit serum against vitellin. Then, the site of vitellogenin synthesis was demonstrated by immunocytochemical method with PAP(peroxidase-antiperoxidase) reaction using the rabbit antiserum against vitellin. Female specific serum protein was identified in female serum by immunoelectrophoresis and Ouchterlony's immunodiffusion test for mature male and female sera. Based on the immunoelectrophoresis and Ouchterlony's diffusion test for mature male and female sera and crude egg extracts using antiserum against vitellogenic female serum absorbed with male serum, the female specific serum protein was identified as vitellogenin, detected in female serum only. The major yolk protein, vitellin, was purified from the crude egg extracts by DEAE-cellulose ion exchange chromatography, followed by sepharose CL-4B gel filteration chromatography. The molecular weight of vitellin was estimated to be about 245,000 dalton by sepharose CL-4B gel filteration chromatography. From the results of immunological analysis for vitellin, it was found that the vitellin antiserum contained the antibody against vitellogenin. In the results of immunocytochemical reaction by PAP method with the rabbit antiserum against vitellin, the vitellogenic oocytes and the hepatopancreas of mature female showed positive PAP reaction, but not in follicle cells and previtellogenic oocytes of ovary, muscle of female and mature male hepatopancreas. Therefore, it showed that the hepatopancreas of mature female is the site of vitellogenic synthesis.

      • 동자개, Pseudobagrus fulvidraco (Richardson)의 생식년주기

        To clarify the annual reproductive cycle of the banded catfish, Pseudobagrus fulvidraco(Richardson), the seasonal changes in histological aspect of gonad and liver were examined. The adult fish was captured from the upper stream of Young-San river, Chunnam in each month from May 1992 to June 1993. Based on the annual changes in GSI (gonadosomatic index), HSI (hepatosomatic index), CF (condition factor) and histological aspects of the gonads, the annual reproductive cycle were classified into 5 periods as follows: 1) Growing phase (from April to early May): The value of GSI increased and the size of oocytes in perinucleolus stage in oocytes increased gradually. Spermatogonia were developed actively from the epithelial tissues of seminiferous tubules. 2) Maturing phase (from May to early June): GSI levels increased rapidly in both sex. Oocytes at various developmental stages were observed. Appearance of active spermatogenesis were observed. 3) Mature and spawning phase (from June to August): High values of GSI remained static and oocytes accumulated significant quantitis of yolk globules. 4) Degenerating phase (from September to November): GSI levels decreased and ovaries were filled mostly with oocytes at the perinucleolus stage. Hepatic cells accumulated significant amounts of lipid droplets. 5) Resting period (from December to March) : Low values of GSI were kept and the size of oocytes at the perinucleolus stage did not increase. Spermatogenesis was not observed.

        甲殻類は魚類とならび水産上重要な位置を占め るにもかかわらず,生殖周期やその成立機構につ いて詳細に調べた報告は殆どなし、。生殖周期や生 殖機構を明らかにすることは成熟・産卵の人工制 御を目指す上で重要で、ある。そこで,テナ力、エビ (Macrobrachium niρρonense)を実験材料に用 い,まず生殖年周期を明らかにした上で,その成 立機構を明らかにした。さらに卵黄蛋自の精製を 行い,酵素免疫測定法(ELISA)による卵黄蛋白 前駆物質(ビテロジェニン)定量システムを確立 し,産卵周期における血中ビテロジェニンの経時 的変動を調べるとともに免疫組織化学的手法によ りその産生部位の同定を試みた。

        가상군(Computer-Generated Forces)의 자율지능화 방안 연구

        최근 군은 과거 냉전시대와 다른 상황에 능동적으로 대처하고 비용 대비 훈련의 효과를 극대화하기 위한 방안으로 모델링 시뮬레이션 기법에 많은 관심을 보이고 있다. 이 모델링 시뮬레이션을 이용한 훈련이 효과적이기 위해서는 좀 더 사실적인 전장 환경과 전투상황을 모의해야 하는데, 최근에 이를 위해서 컴퓨터상에서 인간 행위와 부대의 집단논리를 표현하는 CGF(Computer Generated Forces)에 대한 기술 개발이 주목받고 있다. 인간 행위를 모델링하는 CGF는 자동화된 병력을 모의함으로써 적군을 모의하거나 미래 전투실험, 새로운 전투개념 개발 등 중요하면서도 다양한 역할을 수행 할 수 있다. 이번 연구에서는 CGF 가상군인의 자율지능화의 방안을 고찰해보고자 한다. 군사시뮬레이션상의 가상군인의 자율지능화의 첫걸음인 과업행위 목록의 적용을 과업행위의 기본요소인 METT+T를 기반으로 그 적용과정을 설명한다. 또한 군사모의 논리는 참 진의 이진값 표현이 외에도 '보유 무기가 충분하면 급속 공격을 빠르게 하라'와 같은 모의 규칙상에서는 군사 전문가에 의해서 결정될 수밖에 없는 '충분하다', '빠르다'와 같은 퍼지 팩트가 존재한다. 이러한 주관성이 가미된 많은 군사모의 논리를 완벽히 표현하기 위해서는 퍼지 추론을 이용하는 것이 효과적인데, 이를 이번 소부대 전투 시뮬레이션에 적용하여 보다 사실적인 모의가 가능하도록 하였다. Modeling and Simulation(M&S) technology gets an attention from various parts such as industry and military. Especially, military uses the technology to cope with a different situation from the one in the Cold War and maximize the effect of training against the cost in the new environment. In order for the training based on M&S technology to be effective, the situations of a battlefield and a combat must be more realistically simulated. For this, a technique development on Computer-Generated Forces(CGF) which represents a unit's simulation logic and a human's simulated behaviors is focused. The CGF simulating a human's behaviors can be used in representing an enemy force, experimenting behaviors in a future war, and developing a new combat idea. This paper describes a methodology to accomplish Computer-Generated Forces' autonomous intelligence. It explains the process of applying a task behavior list based on the METT+T element onto CGFs. On the other hand, in the domain knowledge of military field manual, fuzzy facts such as "fast" and "sufficient" whose real values should be decided by domain experts can be easily found. In order to efficiently implement military simulation logics involved with such subjectivity, using a fuzzy inference methodology can be effective. In this study, a fuzzy inference methodology is also applied.

      • A Multi-Attribute Group Decision Procedure Considering Preference Strength

        This paper presents an interactive multi-attribute group decision procedure to aggregate each group member's preferences when each group member articulates his or her preference information incompletely A strength measure, an indicative for the preference strength between alternatives, is derived to support each decision maker to articulate preference information about alternatives. mathematical programing model is proposed that can establish when dominance relations preference information about utilities, attribute weights, and group member's importance weights are provided incompletely. Also, the preference relation between alternatives is to be considered in the model Considering the preference strength measure and mathematical model, we develop an interactive group decision support procedure.

      • 징거미새우, Macrobrachium nipponense(De Haan)의 생식소성숙 제어에 미치는 광주기와 안병의 X-organ에 관한 연구

        To clarify the relations between photoperiodism and x-organ of eyestalks to the control of gonadal maturation in a freshwater prawn. Macrobrachium nipponense, the present investigation was performed with following examinations : 1) the influence of water temperature and daylength on the control of gonadal maturation, 2) the effect of eyestalk ablation on the gonadal maturation, 3) the seasonal variation of histology of MEX-organ (medulla externa X-organ) in the eyestalk. In previtellogenesis period (December∼March) and vitellogenesis period (April∼May), gonadal maturation was considerablely influenced by water temperature. In these periods, GSI increased and gonads were matured with water temperature rising without regard to photoperiod conditions (12L/12D and 15L/9D). In spawning period (June∼August), however, gonadal maturation was influenced by photoperiod condition. While high value of GSI was kept at long photoperiod regime (15L/9D), GSE was decreased at short photoperiod regime (12L/12D). In resting period (September∼November), no rematuration was occurred at all the experimental regimes combined with water temperatures (16℃, 22℃, 28℃) and photoperiod (12L/12D, 15L/9D). Effect of X-organ which inhibite the gonadal maturation was stronger in resting period than that in previtellogenesis and early spawning periods by observations on the effectiveness of eyestalk ablation on the gonadal maturation. In MEX-organ of eyestalk, the number of neurosecretory cells of which size was over 20㎛ in diameter varied according to the reproductive cycle. The number of cells increased 77±12 in resting period, and decreased 55±7 in vitellogenesis period. Volume of Bellonci's organ, however, increased in vitellogenesis period in comparison with that in resting period.
