Zi-Yang Liu,Yi Chen,Hao Li 한국컴퓨터정보학회 2018 한국컴퓨터정보학회 학술발표논문집 Vol.26 No.2
The purpose of this paper is to draw a conclusion on the impact of intermediate software on enterprise results. In this paper, product innovation and product reliability are especially used as analytical factors. An exploratory analytical study is conducted on the competitiveness of intermediate software, in the hope of gaining a new understanding of the competitiveness of intermediate software. Data are analyzed using such quantitative analytical tools as SPSS and AMOS. Using reliability analysis, validity analysis and structural equation model analysis, the final results are achieved. According to the analysis results, we can draw the following conclusions: the competitiveness of intermediate software has a positive impact on the innovation of software products. The competitiveness of intermediate software doesn’t have a positive impact on the reliability of software products. Product innovation has a positive impact on enterprise results. Product reliability also has a positive impact on enterprise results. By analyzing the conclusions, we can make certain suggestions and draw implications on the competitiveness of China’s software industry.

The carbohydrate-binding module (CBM) is an important domain of most cellulases that plays a key role in the hydrolysis of cellulose. The neutral endoglucanase (EG1) gene was reconstructed. A redesigned endoglucanase, named EG2, was constructed with a CBM containing a linker from Corticium rolfsii (GenBank Accession No. D49448). The redesigned EG genes were expressed in Escherichia coli, and their characteristics are discussed. Results showed that the degradation of cellulose by EG2 was about double that by EG1. The specific activities of EG1 and EG2 were tested under optimal conditions, and EG2 had higher activity (169.1 ± 2.74 U/mg) toward CMC-Na than did EG1 (84.0 ± 1.98) in the process of cellulose degradation. The optimal pH and temperature, pH stability, and heat stability of EG1 and EG2 were similar. Results indicated that the CBM plays an essential role in the hydrolysis of cellulose. We can improve EG`s catalytic power by adding the CBM from Corticium rolfsii.
Research on Use Motivations of Mobile Payment Adopters
Zi-Yang Liu(유자양),Hao Li(이호),Yi Chen(진예) 한국컴퓨터정보학회 2018 韓國컴퓨터情報學會論文誌 Vol.23 No.8
In this paper we purposes to analyze the motivation of mobile payment adopters. In this study, with unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model as the basis of research, we set up a structural equation model based on gender, age, experience and voluntary, collected data in the form of a questionnaire survey and analyzed drivers that affected mobile payers. In this study, The necessity of this paper is that the group of Korean students belongs to a special group with nearly 70,000 people. The penetration rate of mobile payment in China is 77%, ranking first in the world, but after the young people came to Korea. There are many obstacles and inconveniences when using mobile payment. We have proposed special subjects for special populations. the survey data were analyzed using SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 statistical software and the proposed model was modified. The results show that consumers’ mobile payment is mainly motivated by social influence and performance expectancy. These results are of theoretical value and offer a new direction and implications to mobile payment developers. Besides, they also provide useful information and guidance for enterprises to aim at the market of Chinese oversea students in South Korea.
Identification and expression analysis of the E2F/DP genes under salt stress in Medicago truncatula
Tian-Yi Ma,Jing Guo,Zi-Wei Li,Shu-Yong Zhang,Guo-Ting Liang 한국유전학회 2014 Genes & Genomics Vol.36 No.6
Cell cycle control in plants converges on theRb/E2F/DP pathway, which is regulated by cyclin-dependentkinases. Plants can coordinate their cell cycles duringsalt stress to benefit their growth and development. However, the mechanism underlying cell cycle control undersalt stress is still unclear. Here, we identified five predictedE2F/DP genes in the Medicago truncatula genome, including three E2Fs, one DP, and one DEL. The conserveddomains of the E2F/DP proteins were relativelywell conserved with those of Arabidopsis thaliana andOryza sativa. Intron/exon organization analyses indicatedthat Medtr;E2Fc and Medtr;DPa gained/lost introns in theconserved domains during recent evolutionary process. Furthermore, an expression analysis showed that thesegenes were expressed with varied transcription levels in allof the tissues tested. Contrasting gene expression changesin response to salt treatment in salt-tolerant versus saltsensitivegenotypes indicated that Medtr;DPa might be acandidate gene underlying the salt tolerance. This studywill contribute to the understanding of the E2F/DP transcriptionfactors in M. truncatula and of the mechanismorganizing cell cycle regulation and salt stress.

The establishment of social welfare policies for the care and protection of left-behind children has received attention from various countries, and it is an essential issue for the Chinese government and scholars to be set to offer the caring service for left-behind children according to local conditions. Actor Network Theory (ANT) is a sociological analysis method to study the interaction and formation of heterogeneous networks among actors. It presents the network construction process centred on this focal actor by following the operation of the focal actor. Through a case study of the hometown of overseas Chinese in Zhejiang Province, this paper finds that left-behind children's caring service mechanisms mainly include the focal actor, obligatory points of passage, and heterogeneous actors. These mechanisms mainly guide the expansion of the project through the focal actor, assign roles and responsibilities to actors according to the obligatory points of passage, dynamically recruit heterogeneous actors based on the benefits conferred, and actively mobilize actors to participate in the operation of the network for its sustainable development. In the operation of the caring service mechanisms for left-behind children in the hometown of overseas Chinese, first, it is necessary to establish the focal actor to offer both basic protection and precise caring service; second, it is necessary to build a reasonable obligatory point of passage to form a common vision for project development; third, it is necessary to deepen interessement, recruit multiple heterogeneous actors and mobilize their participation; fourth, it is necessary to ensure the efficient operation of the network to form the synergy of meticulous care.

Purpose: This study investigated the value of synchronous tele-ultrasonography (TUS) for naive operators in thyroid ultrasonography (US) examinations. Methods: Ninety-seven patients were included in this prospective, parallel-controlled trial. Thyroid scanning and diagnosis were completed by resident A independently, resident B with guidance from a US expert through synchronous TUS, and an on-site US expert. The on-site expert’s findings constituted the reference standard. Two other off-site US experts analyzed all data in a blind manner. Inter-operator consistency between the two residents and the on-site US expert for thyroid size measurements, nodule measurements, nodule features, American College of Radiology (ACR) Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System (TI-RADS) categories, and image quality was compared. Two questionnaires were completed to evaluate the clinical benefit. Results: Resident B detected more nodules consistent with the on-site expert than resident A did (89.4% vs. 56.5%, P<0.001). Resident B achieved excellent consistency with the on-site expert in terms of ACR TI-RADS categories, nodule composition, shape, echogenic foci, and vascularity (all intra-class correlation coefficients [ICCs] >0.75), while resident A achieved lower consistency in ACR TI-RADS categories, composition, echogenicity, margin, echogenic foci, and vascularity (all ICCs 0.40-0.75). Residents A and B had excellent consistency in target nodule measurements (all ICCs >0.75). Resident B achieved better performance than resident A for gray values, time gain compensation, depth, color Doppler adjustment, and the visibility of key information (all P<0.05). Furthermore, 61.9% (60/97) of patients accepted synchronous TUS, and 59.8% (58/97) patients were willing to pay for it.Conclusion: Synchronous TUS can help inexperienced residents achieve comparable thyroid diagnostic capability to a US expert.
