Relevant Analysis on User Choice Tendency of Intelligent Tourism Platform under the Background of Text mining

The purpose of this study is to find out the relevant factors of the choice tendency of tourism users to Intelligent Tourism platform through big data analysis, which will help enterprises to make accurate positioning and improvement according to user information feedback in the tourism market in the future, so as to gain the favor of users" choice and achieve long-term market competitiveness. This study takes the Intelligent Tourism platform as the independent variable and the user choice tendency as the dependent variable, and explores the related factors between the Intelligent Tourism platform and the user choice tendency. This study make use of text mining and R language text analysis, and uses SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis tools to carry out empirical analysis. According to the analysis results, the conclusions are as follows: service quality has a significant positive correlation with user choice tendency; service quality has a significant positive correlation with tourism trust; Tourism Trust has a significant positive correlation with user choice tendency; service quality has a significant positive correlation with user experience; user experience has a significant positive correlation with user choice tendency Positive correlation effect.

Research on Impact of Airport Service Quality on Passenger Satisfaction

The purpose of this paper is to design a survey of passenger satisfaction by using the Likert five-scale for the passengers of Incheon International Airport and Beijing Capital International Airport in China, and to combine the actual service situation of the airports in the two countries, using SPSS statistical software. Analyze and process statistics. Using the questionnaire survey method and exploratory factor analysis method, the airport service quality is analyzed to analyze the impact model of customer satisfaction. We will sort out the customer satisfaction with the two airports, compare and analyze the gaps in airport services between the two countries, and identify problems to formulate optimization and improvement plans.

The Impact of the Competitiveness of Intermediate Software on Enterprise Results

The purpose of this paper is to draw a conclusion on the impact of intermediate software on enterprise results. In this paper, product innovation and product reliability are especially used as analytical factors. An exploratory analytical study is conducted on the competitiveness of intermediate software, in the hope of gaining a new understanding of the competitiveness of intermediate software. Data are analyzed using such quantitative analytical tools as SPSS and AMOS. Using reliability analysis, validity analysis and structural equation model analysis, the final results are achieved. According to the analysis results, we can draw the following conclusions: the competitiveness of intermediate software has a positive impact on the innovation of software products. The competitiveness of intermediate software doesn’t have a positive impact on the reliability of software products. Product innovation has a positive impact on enterprise results. Product reliability also has a positive impact on enterprise results. By analyzing the conclusions, we can make certain suggestions and draw implications on the competitiveness of China’s software industry.

Fabrication and Properties of Mo2FeB2 Cermet Coating on Stainless Steel Surface via One-Step Forming Technology of Powder Metallurgy

Mo2 FeB2 cermet coating and stainless steel substrate were integrally fabricated by one-step forming technology of powder metallurgy. The phase and microstructure of the coating and interface were analysed through X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. Microhardness, bending strength, and wear resistance were also measured by Vickers tester, the electronic universal testing machine and wear tester. The microstructure of Mo2 FeB2 cermet coating showed Mo2 FeB2 hard phase and Fe binder phase, which was uniform and dense. A compacted interface without pores or defects was formed between the cermet coating and stainless steel substrate. The formation of eutectic liquid phase and applied pressure in sintering process promoted densification of the coating. Mo2 FeB2 cermet coating presented a microhardness of 1275 HV200 , which was obviously higher than that of 316L stainless steel substrate. The results of three-point bending test and wear test showed that Mo2 FeB2 cermet coating on steel substrate maintained good metallurgical interface bonding with the substrate, and the coating exhibited high bending strength and excellent wear resistance.

본 연구의 목적은 서로 다른 지역의 공항서비스품질이 고객만족도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고자 하는 것이다. 서로 다른 지역에 있는 공항의 서비스만족도를 고찰하는 것이다. 더 좋은 공항서비스 제고방안을 제시하려고 하는 것이다. 본 연구는 설문조사를 통해 SPSS와AMOS를 사용해 신뢰도분석, 타당성분석 그리고 구조방정식모형을 통해 통계분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 한국 인천공항 측에서 모든 가설 다 유익한 결과가 나타났고, 중국 수도공학 측에서 공항서비스 품질이 고객감지품질에 정의 영향과 감지품질이 고객충성도에 정의 영향을 유의하지 않은 결과를 얻었다.

Effects of intrauterine growth restriction during late pregnancy on the cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation in ovine fetal thymuses

Objective: This study investigated the effects of intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) during late pregnancy on the cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation in ovine fetal thymuses. Methods: Eighteen time-mated Mongolian ewes with singleton fetuses were allocated to three groups at d 90 of pregnancy: restricted group 1 (RG1, 0.18 MJ ME/body weight [BW]0.75/d, n = 6), restricted group 2 (RG2, 0.33 MJ ME/BW0.75/d, n = 6) and control group (CG, ad libitum, 0.67 MJ ME/BW0.75/d, n = 6). Fetuses were recovered at slaughter on d 140. Results: The G0/G1 phase cell number in fetal thymus of the RG1 group was increased but the proliferation index and the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) were reduced compared with the CG group (p<0.05). Fetuses in the RG1 group exhibited decreased growth hormone receptor (GHR), insulin-like growth factor 2 receptor (IGF-2R), and their mRNA expressions (p<0.05). For the RG2 fetuses, there were no differences in the proliferation index and PCNA expression (p>0.05), but growth hormone (GH) and the mRNA expression of GHR were lower than those of the CG group (p<0.05). The thymic mRNA expressions of cyclin-dependent protein kinases (CDKs including CDK1, CDK2, and CDK4), CCNE, E2-factors (E2F1, E2F2, and E2F5) were reduced in the RG1 and RG2 groups (p<0.05), and decreased mRNA expressions of E2F4, CCNA, CCNB, and CCND were occurred in the RG1 fetuses (p<0.05). The decreased E-cadherin (E-cad) as a marker for epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) was found in the RG1 and RG2 groups (p< 0.05), but the OB-cadherin which is a marker for activated fibroblasts was increased in fetal thymus of the RG1 group (p<0.05). Conclusion: These results indicate that weakened GH/IGF signaling system repressed the cell cycle progression in G0/G1 phase in IUGR fetal thymus, but the switch from reduced E-cad to increased OB-cadherin suggests that transdifferentiation process of EMT associated with fibrogenesis was strengthened. The impaired cell growth, retarded proliferation and modified differentiation were responsible for impaired maturation of IUGR fetal thymus.
