An optimization design study of producing transuranic nuclides in high flux reactor

Transuranic nuclides (such as 238Pu, 252Cf, 249Bk, etc.) have a wide range of application in industry, medicine, agriculture, and other fields. However, due to the complex conversion chain and remarkable fission losses in the process of transuranic nuclides production, the generation amounts are extremely low. High flux reactor with high neutron flux and flexible irradiation channels, is regarded as the promising candidate for producing transuranic nuclides. It is of great significance to increase the conversion ratio of transuranic nuclides, resulting in higher efficiency and better economy. In this paper, we perform an optimization design evaluation of producing transuranic nuclides in high flux reactor, which includes optimization design of irradiation target and influence study of reactor core loading. It is demonstrated that the production rate increases with appropriately determined target material and target structure. The target loading scheme in the irradiation channel also has a significant influence on the production of transuranic nuclides
A Hybrid Modular Multilevel Converter Topology with an Improved Nearest Level Modulation Method

In this paper, a hybrid modular multilevel converter (MMC) topology with an improved nearest level modulation method is proposed for medium-voltage high-power applications. The arm of the proposed topology contains N series connected half-bridge submodules (HBSMs), one full-bridge submodule (FBSM) and an inductor. By exploiting the FBSM, half-level voltages are obtained in the arm voltages. Therefore, an output voltage with a 2N+1 level number can be generated. Moreover, the total level number of the inserted submodules (SMs) is a constant. Thus, there is no pulse voltage across the arm inductors, and the SM capacitor voltage is rated. With the proposed voltage balancing method, the capacitor voltage of the HBSM is twice the voltage of the FBSM, and each IGBT of the FBSM has a relatively low switching frequency and an equalized conduction loss. The capacitor voltage balancing methods of the two kinds of SMs are implemented independently. As a result, the switching frequency of the HBSM is not increased compared to the conventional MMC. In addition, according to a theoretical calculation of the total harmonic distortion of the electromotive force (EMF), the voltage quality with the presented method can be significantly enhanced when the SM number is relatively small. Simulation and experimental results obtained with a MMC-based inverter verify the validity of the developed method.

本研究以移民安置区的社区居民对社区公共事务参与行为的解释,助力中国的基层社区治理和乡村振兴实践。以昭通市靖安区移民安置社区作为“陌生人社会”社区的典型案例,通过问卷调查法获取研究所需资料并进行定量分析。研究发现:婚姻状况、户籍和居住时间对社区居民公共事务参与产生重大影响,而学历、政治面貌、住房类型和职业次之;社区居民参与社区公共事务在主观层次上比较愿意的,但在实践层次上参与率却相对比较低;居民和所属社区的实际利益联系越紧密,社区的事务越是与居民利益攸关,则居民对其越关注,参与的意愿和参与程度就会越高。研究结果有助于增强地方政府对移民安置社区的社会治理,有助于促进精准脱贫与乡村振兴的有效衔接。 This study aims to explain the participation behavior of community residents in community public affairs in resettlement areas, and to assist in grassroots community governance and rural revitalization practices in China. Taking the resettlement community in Jing’an District, Zhaotong City as a typical case of a “stranger society” community, the necessary data for the study was obtained through questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis was conducted. The research finds that marriage status, registered residence and residence time have a significant impact on community residents’ participation in public affairs, followed by education background, political outlook, housing type and occupation; Community residents are more willing to participate in community public affairs on the subjective level, but the participation rate is relatively low on the practical level; The closer the relationship between the actual interests of the residents and the community they belong to, the more the community affairs are related to the interests of the residents, the more the residents pay attention to them, and the higher the willingness and degree of participation will be. The research results contribute to enhancing the social governance of local governments in resettlement communities, and promote the effective connection between targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
