        중국기업소득세제 일원화이후 한국제조기업의 대중국직접투자 결정요인에 관한 연구

        This paper tried to search for influencing factors on investment in China, studying FDI data from 2008 to 2013 after unifying an income-tax system of Chinese companies. Investment(dependent variables) were amounts and cases of FDI in China, Investment is subdivide into five categories, market-seeking, efficiency of production-seeking, export promotion, resources-seeking, knowledge-seeking according to the investment purpose of companies investing in China. The market-seeking case brings a plus effect to FDI by Infra, R&D, and Ethics. The efficiency of production-seeking case brings a plus effect to FDI by Hc, Wage, CL, R&D, and Ethics. The export promotion case brings a plus effect to FDI by Ethics, CL. The resources-seeking case brings a positive effect to FDI when a local technology development level is low. It is increasing the market-seeking investment in China by Korean companies but Korean companies more like to invest in the northeast 3 province(Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning) and the Maritime province where are more many korean-chinese and more developed relatively than other areas in China after unifying an income-tax system of Chinese companies.

        Colonic Hypersensitivity and Sensitization of Voltage-gated Sodium Channels in Primary Sensory Neurons in Rats with Diabetes

        Background/Aims Patients with long-standing diabetes often demonstrate intestinal dysfunction and abdominal pain. However, the pathophysiology of abdominal pain in diabetic patients remains elusive. The purpose of study was to determine roles of voltage-gated sodium channels in dorsal root ganglion (DRG) in colonic hypersensitivity of rats with diabetes. Methods Diabetic models were induced by a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ; 65 mg/kg) in adult female rats, while the control rats received citrate buffer only. Behavioral responses to colorectal distention were used to determine colonic sensitivity in rats. Colon projection DRG neurons labeled with DiI were acutely dissociated for measuring excitability and sodium channel currents by whole-cell patch clamp recordings. Western blot analysis was employed to measure the expression of NaV1.7 and NaV1.8 of colon DRGs. Results STZ injection produced a significantly lower distention threshold than control rats in responding to colorectal distention. STZ injection also depolarized the resting membrane potentials, hyperpolarized action potential threshold, decreased rheobase and increased frequency of action potentials evoked by 2 and 3 times rheobase and ramp current stimulation. Furthermore, STZ injection enhanced neuronal sodium current densities of DRG neurons innervating the colon. STZ injection also led to a significant upregulation of NaV1.7 and NaV1.8 expression in colon DRGs compared with age and sex-matched control rats. Conclusions Our results suggest that enhanced neuronal excitability following STZ injection, which may be mediated by upregulation of NaV1.7 and NaV1.8 expression in DRGs, may play an important role in colonic hypersensitivity in rats with diabetes.         사회 ; 지역축제의 경제적 파급효과 분석 -2007 제천국제음악영화제에 대한 산업연관모델분석을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 지역축제가 지역경제 활성화에 큰 기여를 하는 고부가가치산업이라는 인식이 확산되고 있는 시점에, 산업연관모델을 이용하여 제3회 제천국제음악영화제의 경제적 파급효과를 분석하였다. 지역축제에 대한 경제적 파급효과는 주최측의 축제예산지출과 방문객들의 재화와 서비스에 대한 지출액으로 산출된다. 제천국제음악영화제에 방문한 외지인은 전체 관객의 69.3%를 차지하며 1인당 평균지출액은 109,070원이었다. 지역축제의 경제적 효과를 분석한 결과, 제3회 제천국제음악영화제는 13억 4천만원의 예산을 들여 약 58억 7천만원의 생산유발효과를 제천지역 경제에 가져 왔고, 약 43억 4천만원의 부가가치 유발효과를 창출한 것으로 조사됐다. 이러한 연구결과는 지방자치단체의 지역축제 정책을 수립하는데 큰 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다. This paper examines the estimate the economic impact of Regional Festival, 2007 JIMFF(Jecheon International Music and Film Festival), using an Input-Output(I-O) model. For the research, the Regional Input-Output analysis was used, which makes it easy to grasp the economic impact of the tourism industry and other industries in Jecheon. The study revealed that other tourists of the 2007 JIMFF consisted of 69.3% of the total inward tourists and per capita expenditure was estimated to be 109,070 won. The results show that in 2007 JIMFF receipts generated output impact of 5,870 million won and value-added impact of 4,340 million won, respectively. I think the result of this study can be used as an objective indicator to help to establish and implement regional festival policies for the local government.

        민간투자사업에서 FDI 유치를 위한 프로젝트 파이낸싱 활용에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 한국의 민간투자사업에서 외자유치 활성화를 위해 새로운 금융기법인 프로젝트 파이낸싱을 도입해야 한다는 필요성을 제시하고 있다. 한국이 1997년말 외환위기를 맞이하여 외국인투자유치 정책이 최우선 과제로 등장하면서, 기존의 ``민자유치법``이 민자유치를 위한 지원체계가 미흡하고 특히 외국자본의 유치에 걸림돌로 작용한다는 비판이 제기되어, 1999년에 전면 개정된 ``민간투자법``으로 바뀌게 되었다. 이 법은 BOT, BOO, BTL 등과 같은 국제적인 경향을 민간투자 계획에 반영하기 위해 도입된 것이다. 민간투자법에 의해 지방자치단체들도 지역개발을 위해 프로젝트 파이낸싱을 적극 활용할 수 있는 법적 근거가 마련되어, 대규모 사회간접자본(SOC) 시설을 민자유치를 통해 건설할 수 있게 되었다. 그리고 2004년 1월 외국인투자촉진법시행령이 개정되어 SOC 민간투자시설에 대해 외국인투자지역으로 지정할 수 있게 되었다. 민간투자법상 SOC 민간투자사업과 외국인투자지역 지정은 BOT, BTO와 같은 귀속시설에 한하여 할 수 있다. 이러한 SOC 사업들은 국민들의 삶의 질과 산업경쟁력을 향상시키는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서 민간투자사업은 FDI 유치를 위한 방안으로 프로젝트 파이낸싱 기법을 도입하고 국내외 SOC 환경을 분석?대응해야 할 것이다. This paper focuses on the project financing to induce FDI of private investment projects and the Private Investment Act in 1997. The law was enacted to incorporate the international trends like BOT(build-operate- transfer), BOO(build-own-operate) or BTL(build-transfer-lease) schemes. I shows that project financing could be a possible alternative for the private investment projects to induce FDI with stable future cashflows. This project financing is necessary to reinforce the relationship between the governments and financing companies because of that is multi-complex financial supply method by various concerned. The private investment SOC projects is an important capital to decide the quality of national life and industrial competitiveness. As such, the private investment projects should consider induction of project financing as a means to attract FDI and need to analyze social overhead capital(SOC) environment in domestic and overseas.

        Retinoic Acid Promotes Interleukin-4 Plasmid-Dimethylsulfoxide Topical Transdermal Delivery for Treatment of Psoriasis

        Background: Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease that is caused by a shift in the Th1/Th2 balance toward Th1- dominant immunity. It has been established as an effective treatment to counteract psoriasis by subcutaneous injection of recombinant interleukin (IL)-4, and IL-4 gene therapy by topical transdermal penetration has shown its antipsoriatic effect in mice. Retinoic acid (RA) and dimethylsulfoxide can increase the efficiency of gene transfection in the topical transdermal delivery system. Objective: We investigated whether RA could improve anti-psoriasis efficiency using IL-4 expression plasmid pORF-mIL-4 (pIL-4) via transdermal delivery system in K14-vascular endothelial growth (K14- VEGF) factor transgenic mice. Methods: After pretreatment with RA, plasmid pIL-4 in 10% dimethylsulfoxide was applied to the ear skin by topical transdermal penetration. Hematoxylin- eosin staining and immunohistochemistry were performed with ear samples to evaluate anti-psoriasis efficiency in mice. Results: The psoriasis pathological features were relieved and psoriasis-associated factors were significantly reduced. Conclusion: Our results reveal that topical application of pIL-4 in dimethylsulfoxide by transdermal delivery with RA pretreatment can improve psoriasis significantly.(Ann Dermatol 27(2) 121∼127, 2015)

        모바일 디스플레이 디지털 인터페이스용 저전력 고속 수신기 회로의 설계

        본 논문에서는 모바일 디스플레이 디지털 인터페이스용 저전력 고속 수신기 회로를 제안하였다. 새롭게 제안된 저전력 수신기 회로는 바이어스 전류인 싱크 전류와 소스 전류를 공급전압, 공정, 온도 및 공통 모드 입력 전압의 변 동에 대해 둔감하도록 설계되었다. 3.0V${\sim}$3.6V의 전원전압과 -40${\sim}$85$^{\circ}$C의 온도에서 450Mbps 이상의 고속 데이터 수신이 가능하다. 그리고 모의 실험결과 소모전류는500${\mu}$A 이하이다. 테스트 칩은 매그나칩 0.35${\mu}$m CMOS 공정을 이용하여 제작되었으며, 테스터 결과 데이터 수신기 회로와 데이터 복원 회로가 정상적으로 동작하는 것을 확인하였다. We propose a low-power and high-speed client receiver for a mobile display digital interface (MDDI) newly in this paper. The low-power receiver is designed such that bias currents, sink and source currents, are insensitive to variations of power supply, process, temperature, and common-mode input voltage (VCM) and is able to operate at a rate of 450Mbps or above under the conditions of a power supply range of 3.0 to 3.6Vand a temperature range of -40 to 85$^{\circ}$C. And it is confirmed by a simulation result that the current dissipation is less than 500${\mu}$A. A test chip is manufactured with the Magna chip 0.35${\mu}$m CMOS process. When a test was done, the data receiver and data recovery circuits are functioning normally.
