A Self-organization Analysis of Knowledge Collaboration with Enterprise 2.0 Application

The development of Web 2.0 and its social application lead to the appearance of Enterprise 2.0. Based on the discussion of self-organization of enterprise knowledge system in Enterprise 2.0, this paper built a super-network model integrated the interpersonal network and the knowledge object network as well as the definition of the super-network structure entropy. Take the knowledge governance as a regulator variable between enterprise knowledge system and its environment, a relationship between the performance of knowledge collaboration and structure entropy has been built, then a Logistic Growth Model has been proposed to analysis the self-organization process.
Porosity-engineered Hard Carbons Hybridized with Carbon Nanotubes for Electrochemical Capacitors

Mesoporous carbon-based materials are attractive for energy storage devices. A novel multidimensional carbonaceous electrode material (hard carbon-CNT, denoted as HC-CNT) with the utilization of porous hard carbon as support was successfully synthesized in this work. Morphology of as-obtained products was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the phase was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the surface area was tested via Brunauer Emmett Teller (BET) method. The specific area of as-synthesized HC-CNT was up to 72.1 m2/g compared to hard carbon material (2.4 m2/g). The electrochemical characterization of HC-CNT electrode was performed in a three-electrode system. The results indicated great improvement in electrochemical performances for supercapacitors. The mass-specific capacitance of HC-CNT was 96.6 mF/cm2 at the current density of 1.5 mA/cm2, which was approximately two to three times larger than that of HCs. Furthermore, HC-CNT electrode showed a lower internal resistance and superior charge?discharge property, demonstrating the kind of materials can be a promising candidate for electrode material for energy storage devices.
MICROWAVE-ASSISTED SYNTHESIS AND CATALYTIC PERFORMANCE OF HIERARCHICAL Cu2O NANOSTRUCTURES

Hierarchical Cu2O nanostructures have been successfully fabricated on a large scale using copper acetate and glucose as starting reactants, CTAB as an additive via a microwave-assisted process. The influences of CTAB dosage and reaction time on the morphology of the products were investigated. The resulting Cu2O nanostructures were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). FESEM images show that the Cu2O nanostructures are microsphere, which are composed of nanoparticles. The concentration of CTAB plays a key role in the growth of Cu2O nanostructures under experimental conditions. The possible formation mechanism of these hierarchical Cu2O nanostructures has been proposed. Meanwhile, the catalytic performances of these Cu2O microspheres for thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate (AP) were investigated using DSC. The results revealed that Cu2O have a great influence on the thermal decomposition of AP. The additions of Cu2O powders lower the high decomposition temperature of AP.

Three novel alkaloids (1–3), together withnineteen known ones (4–22), were isolated from the bulbsof Lycoris longituba. Their structures were elucidated onthe basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses, which belongto several Amaryllidaceae alkaloid skeletons. Amongthem, the harmane-type alkaloids (the new compound 1and the known compounds 5, 6 and 7) were found for thefirst time from Lycoris genus. The isolates were tested fortheir neuroprotective activities against CoCl2, H2O2 andAb25–35-induced SH-SY5Y cell injuries, and the majorityof them exhibited neuroprotective activities of differentdegrees. The acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitoryactivities of the isolated alkaloids were also evaluated,while compounds 12, 14–20 and 22 exhibited extremelysignificant AChE inhibitory activities.
Study on molten salt oxidation process of simulated Co doped cation exchange resins

Cation exchange resins (CERs) are widely applied to purify waste liquids generated during the operationof nuclear reactors. The radioactive nuclides 60Co and 58Co are important corrosion activation products inreactor cooling water. In this study, the simulated Co doped CERs were oxidized with ternary carbonate. According to the thermogravimetric analysis (TG), the decomposition of Co doped CERs includes threeprocesses: 1. Elimination of the osmotic water; 2. Pyrolysis of sulfonic acid group; 3. Destruction of styrene–divinylbenzene copolymer. The X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) patterns indicate that sulfur mainly exists inthe form of sulfate in waste salt. The Co2+ undergoes the path of CoS2 ? Co3O4 with the increase of temperatureand the transition point is 650 C. Combined with Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR)spectra and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) analysis, sulfonic acid groups begin to decomposeat 350 C. During the molten salt oxidation process, most of the sulfur in sulfonic acid groups is entrappedby carbonate as the form of sulfate, and a little of which remains as sulfone group, sulfoxide group andsulfur bridge in residue. When the resins are oxidized at 800 C, the retention rate of Co2+ is 97.3%, indicatingthat the molten salt oxidation can effectively remain Co2+ and convert it into a more stablesubstance.
중국 여성의 색조 화장품 사용실태 및 구매행동에 관한 연구 - 산동성지역 20∼40대를 중심으로

This study was conducted to find out the usage and purpose of purchasing for color cosmetics among 20s to 40s women in Shandong Province, China with the objective for suggesting strategic implications. Through these findings, it is expected to contribute in developing color makeup products as well as new colors and to provide basic data for developing technology and marketing for color make products. The data for this study was collected from the online questionnaires were distributed through documental website and 417 data, out of 448 collected data overall excluding 31 low-quality data, was analyzed using the SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) 22.0 program. From the result of this study, it is presented that most women their 20s to 40s in Shandong province acknowledge the importance of color makeup and considered makeup as bringing social manners. Through the data from this research, it is expected that it will be effective in researching the usage and purchasing behaviors of women in their 20s to 40s in Shandong province for color makeup products as well as in developing the technology and new color for color makeup products and market research for beauty industry through their preferences and needs.
Insect-specific microRNA involved in the development of the silkworm Bombyx mori

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous non-coding genes that participate in post-transcription regulation by either degrading mRNA or blocking its translation. It is considered to be very important in regulating insect development and metamorphosis. Insects are the largest group of animals and are extremely valuable in biological and agriculture research. Insects are also important pests to human health and agriculture, and efforts are necessary protect both humans and plants from disease and damage. Despite their importance, insects lag behind mammals, nematodes, and plants in miRNA research. At present, only 279 insect miRNAs have been identified from Drosophila melanogaster, Anopheles gambiae, Apis mellifera, Bombyx mori, and D. pseudoobscura in miRBase, and most of these miRNAs were computationally predicted without experimental validation. Functional analysis of insect miRNAs has only been conducted in D. melanogaster.

A cantilever retaining wall with a long relief shelf (CRW-LRS) is a particular type of retaining wall, but no studies have yet reported on rotation about the top of this type of retaining wall. This work studied failure mechanisms in semi-infinite non-cohesive soils in rotation about the top using the finite element elastoplastic analysis method (FEEA). By considering the influence of both the relief shelf and rotational stress from the soil, a formula for calculating the active earth pressure (Ea) was developed using the horizontal differential layer limit analysis method. Four different parameters were studied, i.e., unloading plate’s geometric conditions, heel length and the internal friction angle of the backfill, in terms of their influence on the Eadistribution, resultant force etc. The lowest Ea was found when the relief shelf’ relative position m = 0.4.
