An automobile hub is composed of a hollow cylindrical part with inner and outer diameters. These hub diameters must be precise, as any irregularities in them (diameters) can influence/degrade the motion of an automobile with this problem. Highly accurate and reliable hub inner and outer diameters measurement systems are therefore required for inspection of the diameters. In this research, an automobile hub inner and outer diameters measurement system has been developed and tested. The system consists of measuring heads with LVDT sensors, and associated software for automatic measurement and calibration of the diameters and the sensors respectively. The system has been evaluated in comparison with an existing measurement system, and the following outcomes have been achieved; ·Improved and guaranteed quality and reliability ·Increased productivity and cost reduction These results prove the system developed in this research to be suitable for automobile hub inspection.

With rapidly industrial development, a railway has become of a main traffic means. But, the railway noise has caused much annoyance for the residents living nearby railway tracks. The result has been indiscreet installation of soundproof walls. But, even after soundproof walls were installed, the residents in the area would complain about the railway noise. In this study. The characteristics of Propagation and Attenuation of railway noise were compared among regions where the Honam Line travels. For this focus, the characteristics of sound field distribution of the soundproof walls in the area were investigated, and the results were supposed to serve as a basic data for effective and rational noise prevention measures.

연구목적: 신손상은 보통 복부외상 환자의 10% 정도에서 발생하며 비뇨기계에서 발생하는 손상 중 가장 높은 빈도를 차지하고 있다. 신손상 치료의 궁극적인 목표가 환자의 생명을 구하는 것이고, 가능 하면 신조직을 최대한 보존하면서도 합병증은 최소화하여야 하므로 정확하게 평가된 진단을 내려, 혈류 역학적으로 안정된 경우 보존적 요법을 시행하는 빈도는 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 10년간의 신손 상을 분석하여 손상의 원인, 정도, 치료 방법 등을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상및방법: 2000년 2월부터 2010년 6월까지 본원 응급실에 방문하여 신손상으로 진단된 59명의 환 자들을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 결과: 환자의 성별은 남자가 39례 (66.1%)였고, 여자가 20례 (33.9%)였다. 신손상의 원인은 교통 사고가 37례 (62.7%)였고, 낙상이 7례 (11.9%), 외상이 12례 (20.3%), 자상이 1례 (1.7%), 원 인미상이 2례 (3.4% )였다. 손상의 정도는 I 등급이 11례 (18.6%), II 등급이 10례 (16.9%), III 등급이 20례 (33.9%), IV 등급이 10례 (16.9%), V 등급이 8례 (13.6%)였다. 신손상 환자의 치료 는 대증치료가 46례 (77.9%)였고, 신절제술이 5례 (8.5%), 신혈관색전술이 5례 (8,5%), 그외 다른 치료들이 3례 (5.1%)였다. 결론: 신손상의 원인은 교통사고와 외상 등이 가장 많은 비중을 차지했으며, 3 등급의 손상이 가장 많 았고, 치료는 대증요법이 주를 이루었지만, 점차 신혈관색전술이 늘어나고 있다. 앞으로 지역단위로의 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

Since the industrial revolution, the expansion of urban areas has been amazingly rapid and the rate of urbanization has been very high. According to the urban development, the surface area of the city is completely sealed with the pavement whereas nature is especially disturbed and highly transformed by human activities and facilities. Nowadays we are realized the great importance of urban streams. The purpose of this study is an research-trends analysis concerning the pro-environmental design of urban streams with the current topics in several journals of Korea. To find out the number of articles with urban streams, I reviewed 2,280 articles from the recent and several journals from 1990 to 2005, from which 190 articles among four journals were selected. I also divided into four or seven categories according to the topics. We can see the results through the table 1, table 2, table 3 and table 4, Also We can observe the number of the research categories, looking into the picture 1.
Analysis of lawsuit cases in the Department of Surgery in Korea

Purpose: The aim of this study is to prepare medical staff in order to prevent medical malpractice litigation through analysis of litigation cases related to the department of surgery in Korea. Methods: A total of 94 litigation cases related to the department of surgery, where a certain amount of payment was ordered to the defendant between 2005 through 2010, were analyzed. We examined time of occurrence, amount claimed and awarded in damages, plaintiff claims, and court opinion. Results: An average of 3.2 years was spent from the date of the incident occurring to the end of the litigation procedures. The average amount awarded in judgments for damages was 59,708,983 ± 67,307,264 (range, 1,700,000–365,201,482) Korean won. Cases were found involving the following opinion of the court: violation of duty of care (49 cases), violation of informed consent (7 cases), violation of duty of care and informed consent (5 cases), and settlement, reconciliation, and others (32 cases). By analyzing defendants’ negligence in court opinions, diagnosis (30.8%) was the most common, followed by post-operation management (27.7%). Conclusion: Physicians have to conduct treatment and surgery based on exact diagnosis and be careful to observe patients’ conditions and symptoms after surgery. It is essential to identify the current status and characteristics of medical litigation for reducing further litigation and improving patient safety. In order to create a safe medical environment, national efforts should be made not only by individuals but also at the national level.

The purpose of this study is to observe the effects of Hwanglyuntang on serum reactions of CCI₄ treated rats. In this study the experimental rats were divided five groups(Normal, Control, Sample A, Sample B and Sample C). Under the same condition Normal group was fed basal diet and water, the Control group was injected with carbon tetrachloride(CCI₄, 0.5㎖/㎏) and fed a basal diet for 2 weeks, the Sample A group was injected with carbon tetrachloride(CCI₄, 0.5㎖/㎏) and fed the Hwanglyuntang extract(10㎖/㎏) for 2 weeks, the Sample B group was fed the Hwanglyuntang extract(10㎖/㎏) for 2 weeks and injected with carbon tetrachloride(CCI₄, 0.5㎖/㎏), the Sample C group was fed on the Hwanglyuntang extract(10㎖/㎏) for 2 weeks. The change in GOT, GPT, γ-GPT, ALP, LDH activity and Bilirubin level in blood serum were preasured. The obtained results are summarized as follows : It was found that GOT, GPT, γ-GPT, ALP LDH activity and Bilirubin levels in the blood serum of the sample groups, as compared with control group, sample group was significantly decreased.

In this paper, we propose a zero-knowledge key distribution scheme using zero-knowledge interactive prrof(ZKIP) system. The scheme performs identification using ZKIPs known to be secure and show two end users can generate session key without additional transmission. And the scheme can reduce the degree of dependency on key distribution center(KDC) using additional identification scheme which uses secret key that is generated by user.
