        상담자의 상담과정 내 스트레스의 회복경험에 대한 질적 연구

        이 연구의 목적은 상담자가 상담과정에서 겪게 되는 스트레스가 무엇인지 탐색하고 그에 영향을 미치는 요인을 구체화하며, 스트레스 회복 경험을 통한 변화들을 파악하고 그 의미를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 상담 경력 15년의 상담 전문가를 연구대상으로 선정하였고, 심층면담과 전화 인터뷰, 수퍼비전 기록 등 다양한 방법으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 이를 분석하기 위해 근거이론방법론을 적용하였다. 분석내용을 살펴보면, 인과적 조건은 `상담을 잘하고 싶은 열망`과 `소명의식을 갖고 하게 되는 상담`으로 나타났으며, 중심현상은 `상담자의 효능감 부족에 따른 불안`이었다. 이 과정에서 참여자는 상담에 대한 열정과 성실함, 그리고 사회적 지지체계인 수퍼바이저의 도움으로 상담과정 내 스트레스를 극복할 수 있었다. 결과적으로 상담자는 상담과정 내 스트레스 회복경험을 통해 상담 전문가로서의 자기성찰 및 성장을 이루게 된다는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore what counselors experience the stress in the counseling process, to specify the factors that affect its, and to analyze the meaning of the changes through stress recovery experience. For this purpose, we selected counselors with 15 years of experience in counseling career and collected data by various methods such as in - depth interviews, telephone interviews, and supervision records. In analyzing the contents, the causal condition appeared as `a desire to have good counseling` and `counseling to make a vocation`, and the central phenomenon was `anxiety due to lack of counselor` s efficacy. In this process, participants were able to overcome the stress in the counseling process with the passion and sincerity of counseling, and with the help of supervisor, social support system. As a result, the counselor confirmed that she experiences self-reflection and growth as a counseling expert through experiences of restoring stress in the counseling process. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed based on these results.

        전통 회화의 실감 미디어 기술 융합 차용에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 현재 존재하는 예술 작품의 차용에 대한 연구가 기존 예술 작품을 창조적으로 재해석한다는 점에 초점이 맞춰져 있어, 현대 미디어 기술의 발전으로 등장하는 새로운 유형의 미디어 기술 차용을 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있다는 문제에서 시작되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 기존 예술 작품의 차용에 실감미디어 기술을 적용하는 접근 방식을 기술의 유형에 따라 분석해 새롭게 등장하는 실감 미디어 차용 접근의 특성과 가치를 제시하는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존 예술의 차용과 실감 미디어의 선행 연구와 사례분석을 통해 연구를 이행하였다. 연구결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기존 예술의 차용과 실감 미디어 차용에서는 원작의 변용이라는 공통적인 특성이 나타난다. 둘째, 전통 회화와 실감 미디어 기술의 융합은 회화 작품의 창작 방식을 이해하는 것을 돕는다. 셋째, 실감 미디어 기술 차용은 수용자에게 높은 감각적 현실성을 제공한다. 넷째, 전통 회화와 실감 미디어 기술의 융합은 과거와 현대가 소통할 수 있는 창구이자 새로운 언어가 된다는 점에서 현대 예술의 새로운 가치를 제시한다. 본 연구는 기존에 제시된 실감 미디어 유형을 분류하는 기준을 토대로 분석을 이행하고, 사례분석을 통해 공통으로 나타나는 특성을 ‘전통 회화의 실감 미디어 기술 차용’의 특성으로 제시하였다. 표현 방식에 제약이 없으며, 차용을 통한 창작이 이루어진다는 점에서 현대 예술의 흐름을 함께하면서도 전통 회화와는 다른 현대 예술만의 특성을 보여준다. 다만, 차용이 이루어지는 다양한 장르 중 전통 회화에 속하는 예술의 재현에 관한 연구만을 이행하였기에 더 넓은 범위의 예술에 기술 차용 특성은 살펴보지 못했다. 따라서 이러한 한계를 보완할 수 있는 추가적인 연구가 필요하다. This study began with a problem that the study of borrowing existing works of art is not fully reflective of the new type of media technology borrowing that emerges as a result of the development of modern media technology, focusing on the creative reinterpretation of existing works of art. The purpose of this study is to analyze approaches that apply real-life media technology to borrowing existing works of art according to the type of technology and present the characteristics and value of the emerging real-life media borrowing approach. Therefore, this paper implements the study through the prior study and case analysis of the borrowing of existing art and the realization media. The significance and characteristics of the actual media borrowing of traditional paintings considered in this study are as follows: First, there is a common characteristic of borrowing existing art and borrowing realistic media. Second, the convergence of traditional painting and realistic media techniques helps us understand the way paintings are created. Third, the borrowing of real-world media technology provides high sensory realism to inmates. Fourth, the fusion of traditional painting and realistic media technology presents new values of modern art in that it becomes a channel for the past and modern communication and a new language. This study implements the analysis based on the existing criteria for classifying real-world media types and presents common characteristics through case analysis as the characteristics of "real-life media technology borrowing of traditional painting". There are no restrictions on the way of expression, and the creation through borrowing takes place, so it shows the characteristics of modern art that are different from traditional painting while sharing the flow of modern art. However, since only research on the reproduction of art belonging to traditional painting was implemented among the various genres of borrowing, the characteristics of borrowing technology in a wider range of art were not examined. Therefore, additional studies are needed to complement these limitations.

        Biocompatibility and strength retention of biodegradable Mg‐Ca‐Zn alloy bone implants

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>The biocompatibility and strength retention of a Mg‐Ca‐Zn alloy were studied to evaluate its efficacy for osteosynthesis applications. Mg‐Ca‐Zn alloy and self‐reinforced poly l‐lactide (SR‐PLLA) bone screws were implanted into New Zealand rabbits for radiography analysis, micro computed tomography analysis, histomorphometry, hematology, serum biochemistry, histopathology, and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry analysis. Bending and torsion tests were performed on intact specimens to find the initial mechanical strength of these Mg‐Ca‐Zn alloy bone screws. Strength retention of the Mg‐Ca‐Zn alloy implants were calculated from <I>in vivo</I> degradation rates and initial mechanical strength. Based on the animal study, Mg‐Ca‐Zn alloy bone screw showed absence of subcutaneous gas pockets, characteristic surface erosion properties, faster degradation rate than SR‐PLLA bone screw, normal reference range of hematology and serum biochemistry, better histopathological response than SR‐PLLA bone screw, and stable concentrations of each constituent element in soft tissues surrounding the implants. The initial strength and strength retention of Mg‐Ca‐Zn alloy were compared with those of various biomaterials. The initial strength of Mg‐Ca‐Zn alloy was higher than those of biostable and biodegradable polymers. The strength retention of Mg‐Ca‐Zn alloy bone screws was similar to those of biodegradable polymer. Therefore, this Mg‐Ca‐Zn alloy represents an excellent biodegradable biomaterial candidate for osteosynthesis applications. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.         Novel reassortants of clade 2.3.4.4 H5N6 highly pathogenic avian influenza viruses possessing genetic heterogeneity in South Korea in late 2017

        Novel H5N6 highly pathogenic avian influenza viruses (HPAIVs) were isolated from duck farms and migratory bird habitats in South Korea in November to December 2017. Genetic analysis demonstrated that at least two genotypes of H5N6 were generated through reassortment between clade 2.3.4.4 H5N8 HPAIVs and Eurasian low pathogenic avian influenza virus in migratory birds in late 2017, suggesting frequent reassortment of clade 2.3.4.4 H5 HPAIVs and highlighting the need for systematic surveillance in Eurasian breeding grounds.

        Identification of Microbes on the Single Fungus Fermented Tea by Pyrosequencing

        The high quality Chinese Fuzhuan brick-tea grows mainly a yellow colored fungus, Eurotium sp. which is called as a golden flowering tea. It is known that Eurotium species are the sexual states of Aspergillus species. A few studies reveal that extracts from microbial fermented teas contain natural antimicrobial components that have inhibitive effect on several food-borne pathogen and spoilage bacteria. In this study, golden flowering teas were manufactured using inoculated a single fungus, E. cristatum, fermented and identified the microbes in the fermented teas by means of pyrosequencing. The microbial fermented tea, which grows yellow colored fungi was manufactured through 5-step processing such as mother-tea preparation, inoculation, fermentation, ripeness and desiccation. The manufacturing processes were already applied to nation patent (2014-0010502). In order to grouping the microbes and survey some contamination with harmful microbes, the pyrosequencing was performed on 8-samples manufactured different conditions. The result have shown that the phylum was Ascomycota 99.8%, the class was Eurotiomycetes 99.8% among total 27 class, the order was Eurotiales 99.6~99.8% among total 41 order, the family was Trichocomaceae 99.6~99.8% among 48 family, and the genus was Aspergillus 94.3~97.9% among 63 genus. The8-samples had 100% similarity in above 5-classification except genus level, otherwise the genus level have shown 94.3~97.9% of Aspergillus and 1.8~5.3% of Penicillium. The microbial fermented tea was manufactured successfully by single fungus inoculation. The pyrosequencing results indicate that the genus Aspergillus is existed dominantly in the tea which is the asexual name of Eurotium.

      • Community Characteristics of Waterbirds in Junam Reservoir, Changwon-si, Korea

        The study was performed for birds living around Junam Reservoir, a representing place for migrant birds in Korea for 10 times from February to December (except November) in 2011. The result states that a total of 11,742 individuals, 102 species, 41 families and 13 orders of birds were found around the reservoir and anseriformes including Anser albifrons (16.42%), Anser fabalis (14.44%), Fulica atra (14.08%), Anas platyrhynchos (10.01%), Anas clypeata (7.70%), Aythya ferina (6.88%) and Anas poecilorhyncha (6.59%) are dominant species. By seasons, winter shows high frequencies of types, number of species, number of individuals and diversity. The result of comparing individuals of swans from 1989 to 2011 shows large fluctuation of individuals, irregular repetition and the number of individuals gradually decreases. The number of geese, dabbling ducks and diving ducks between 1999 and 2011 shows gradual increase. Number of species and individuals of birds in the Junam Reservoir have increased and it is estimated that about between 12,000 and 14,000 individuals of 60~65 species spend winter. The reservoir is important as a habitat for migratory birds, as well as ecological study. It requires administrative supports to provide stable environment for birds to spend winter.

        미생물발효차에서 Eurotium cristatum ssp. 분리 및 특성 분석

        본 연구는 금화현상이 발현된 중국 호남성 익양 차창 복전차로부터 금화균으로 추정되는 균주를 분리하고, 분리한 균주를 200배 확대한 주사전자현미경(SEM)으로 선발된 균주를 관찰한 결과 폐쇄 포자낭과(Cleistothecium)와 균사를 관찰할 수 있었으며, 기존의 연구와 비교한 결과 형태학적으로 Eurotium 속 이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 분리한 균주의 단일 균체로부터 Genomic DNA를 분리하여 β-Tubulin gene과 RNA Polymerase β gene을 PCR 방법을 사용하여 증폭하였다. 클로닝한 후 DNA 염기서열 분석결과 β-Tubulin gene과 RNA Polymerase β gene의 크기는 각각 400 bp, 600 bp로 확인 되었다. 염기서열 분석결과 KACC93171P는 NRRL4222로부터 분리된 Eurotium cristatum의 β-Tubulin gene과 가장 높은 상동성을 나타내었다. 비가중산술결합법을 이용한 유전계통도 작성 결과 분리된 KACC93171P 균주는 Eurotium sp. 중에서도 E. cristatum과 가장 유사하였으며, E. cristatum의 아종(Subspecies)으로 사료되었다. Golden flower tea is known as a tea fermented by yellow colored microbial colonies found dominantly in Chinese Fuzhuan brick tea. In this study, a golden flowering fungi, Eurotium cristatum, was isolated from Chinese Fuzhuan brick tea and characterized. To isolate the strain, the tea extract was spread out on potato dextrose agar plates and cultured at 25 °C for 120 h. Phylogenetic analysis through UPGMA showed that the isolated golden flowering microbes were most similar to E. cristatum. This suggests that the isolated microbes are grouped to E. cristatum subspecies. This microbe was registered at the National Agro Biodiversity Center (KACC93171P) for golden flower tea development.
