        8주간의 엉덩 관절 유연성 트레이닝이 벨리 댄서들의 힙-쉬미(Hip-Shimmy) 동작에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 8주간의 엉덩 관절 유연성 트레이닝 프로그램이 골반 가동 범위 개선에 따른 힙-쉬미동작에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 본 연구의 연구 대상자는 벨리댄스 경력 2년 이상이며 6개월 이내에 근골격계 상해가 없는 벨리댄서 22명이었다. 연구대상자는 동수의 NT(Non-Traning)와 TR(Traning)의 두 그룹으로 나누어졌으며, NT그룹은 기존의 일반 벨리댄스 수업프로그램을 TR그룹은 벨리댄스 수업 프로그램에 추가하여 엉덩 관절 유연성 트레이닝 수업을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 수행하기 위하여 8대의 적외선 카메라를 사용한 3차원 동작분석이 실시되었으며 훈련 효과를 검증하기 위하여 반복측정 이원분산 분석(Two-way ANOVA with repeated measure)이 사용되었다. 통계적으로 유의하게 나타난 항목은 Bonferroni 사후검정을 실시하였으며, 유의 수준은 α= .05로 설정하였다. 본 연구를 수행한 결과, 8주간의 트레이닝 후 TR에서 통계적으로 유의하게 증가된 시상면의 좌, 우 무릎관절 가동범위가 나타났다(오른쪽: 10.79° vs. 20.83°, 왼쪽: 12.67° vs. 22.21°, p<.05). 또한 골반과 몸통분절의 경우, 관상면에서 TR이 훈련 전에 비하여 통계적으로 유의하게 증가된 가동범위를 나타내었을 뿐 아니라(골반: 13.07° vs. 22.87°, 몸통: 1.74° vs. 3.29, p<.05), NT와의 차이도 나타내었다(골반: 16.53° vs. 22.87°, 몸통: 2.22° vs. 3.29°, p<.05). 마지막으로 골반과 몸통분절 모두 트레이닝 후 수평면에서 TR이 NR에 비하여 통계적으로 유의하게 증가된 가동범위를 나타내었으며(골반: 11.69° vs. 15.32°, 몸통: 4.93° vs. 6.59°, p<.05), 특히 몸통분절의 경우 트레이닝 효과도 나타내었다(4.91° vs. 6.59, p<.05). The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 8 weeks - hip joint flexibility training program on improving pelvic range of motion. Total of 22 belly dancers who have done belly dancing more than 2 years and had no musculoskeletal injury within 6 months participate this study. After recruiting process, participants were divided into two groups: NT (Non-Traning) and TR (Traning). Both group performed the traditional belly dancing class program and TR performed additional hip flex training. To pursue the study goal, a 3-dimensional motion analysis with 8 infrared cameras was performed. To examine a 8-week training effects, a two-way ANOVA with repeated measure was used. For statistically significant items, Bonferroni’s post hoc test was performed and the significance level was set to α = .05. As a result of this study, after 8 weeks of the training, the range of motion (ROM) of the left and right knee joints of the sagittal plane was significantly increased in TR (p<.05). In addition, in the case of the pelvis and trunk segment, the TR showed a significantly increased ROM after training in the frontal plane as well as the difference from the NT group (p<.05). Lastly, both the pelvis and trunk segments showed a significantly increase in ROM in the transversel plane after training compared to NR, and in particular, the trunk segment showed a training effect (p<.05).

        현대 독일 아동청소년문학의 동향과 현황 -주요 작가들을 중심으로-

        현대 독일 아동청소년문학의 동향과 현황을 파악하기 위하여 시기별로 1) 1900년경 부터 1990년까지의 양차 세계대전과 독일의 분단 시기, 2) 1990년 독일 재통일 이후부터 현재까지로 대별하여, 주요 작가를 중심으로 발달과정의 대략적 얼개를 소개하고자 하였다. 독일 아동청소년문학의 경향은 크게 환상성이 부각되는 ‘환상적 아동청소년문학’과 현실 사회와 역사의 문제에 천착하여 이를 사실적으로 표현하려는 ‘사실주의적 아동청소년문학’으로 분류될 수 있다. 주요 작가로는 구서독에서 활동했던 에리히 케스트너 Erich Kastner, 오트프리트 프로이슬러 Otfried Preusler, 제임스 크뤼스 James Kruss, 미하엘 엔데 Michael Ende, 그리고 구동독의 경우 베르톨트 브레히트 Bertolt Brecht, 에르빈 슈트리트마터 Erwin Strittmatter, 벤노 플루드라 Benno Pludra를 중심으로 그들의 삶과 대표작품들이 소개되었다. 1990년 이후의 경우, 구드룬 파우제방 Gudrun Pausewang, 페터 헤르틀링 Peter Hartling, 레나테 벨쉬 Renate Welsch, 파울 마르 Paul Maar, 크리스티네 뇌스틀링어 Christine Nostlinger, 미리암 프레슬러 Mirjam Pressler, 키르스텐 보이에 Kirsten Boie, 안드레아스 슈타인훼펠 Andreas Steinhofel의 삶과 대표작품들이 간략히 소개되었다. In order to grasp the trend and current status of contemporary German Literature for Children and Adolescents, the historical tradition of literature was divided by period, and the major authors were introduced to introduce a rough outline of the development process. For this purpose, the development process of German Literature for Children and Adolescents was examined in 1) the period between 1900 and 1990 and 2) the period from German reunification in 1990 to the present. German Literature for Children and Adolescents tends to be realistic children’s literature - that tries to express realistically the children’s literature and the real society and history - and fantastic children’s literature. The major writers of the former West-Germany (ehemalige BRD) included Erich Kastner, Ottfried Preussler, James Kruss and Michael Ende. The writers of the former East-Germany (ehemalige DDR) dealt with Bertolt Brecht’s works, Erwin Strittmatter’s works and Benno Pludra’s works. Since 1990, the works of Gudrun Pausewang, Peter Hartling, Renate Welsch, Paul Maar, Christine Nostlinger, Mirjam Pressler, Kirsten Boie and Andresa Steinhofel have been briefly introduced.

        가상현실의 현존감을 활용한 입체조형 교육 방법 제안 -스케일 감각 향상을 위한 실험내용을 중심으로-

        입체조형 교육은 평면조형과 더불어 대학에서 디자인을 전공하는 학생들의 조형 감각을 키우는 것을 목표로 한다. 디자인 교육의 시작이라고 불리는 바우하우스 이후로 학생들은 물리적 재료 탐구를 동반한 반복적인 실습을 통해 입체조형 교육을 받는다. 기술 발전과 디지털 교육 환경이 구축됨에 따라 수작업 방식 이외의 방법으로 입체조형 교육이 탐구될 필요가 있다고 보았다. 그 중에서도 제작과 직접적인 관련이 있는, 조형의 규모와 사용성과 관련된 조형원리인 스케일에 대해 집중적으로 연구하고자 하였다. 이 연구는 시공간 제약이 없는 가상현실을 활용하여 입체조형 교육 프로그램을 제안하고, 스케일 감각의 향상 및 조형의 이해도 향상을 살펴보는 것에 목적이 있다. 문헌 고찰을 통해 입체조형 교육에 대한 배경과 목표를 살펴보고, 가상현실의 매체적 특성과 가상현실을 적용한 대학 커리큘럼의 사례를 조사하여 적용 가능한 디자인 원칙을 정리하였다. 가상현실과 입체조형교육을 결합한 프로젝트를 제안하고 1학년 학생들과 실험을 설계하였다. 기존의 물리적인 모형제작 방법과 가상현실의 적용을 통한 디지털 제작 방법을 융합하였으며, 학생들은 실험한 과정을 녹화하고, 경험에 대한 문서를 기록하며 실험 참가자들 간의 경험을 공유하였다. 입체조형 프로그램과 가상현실 기술을 결합한 프로젝트는 효과적이었다. 가상현실 속에서 직접 사물을 만지고 체험하는 과정을 통해 학생들은 조형에 대한 이해와 스케일 감각, 그리고 공간감을 높이는데 도움이 된다고 평가하였다. 본 연구를 통해 교육적 관점에서 가상현실의 특성을 이해하고 입체조형 교육에 적용 할 수 있는 다양한 방향을 논의 할 수 있는 연구 기반 마련이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. The goal of the three-dimensional modeling education is to develop a sense of modeling for students majoring in design at university as well as flat-dimensional modeling. Since Bauhaus, which is called the beginning of design education, students are received 3D formative education through repetitive practice accompanied by exploration of physical materials. As technology advances and digital education environments are established, it is considered necessary to be explored in ways other than manual methods. The sense of scale was intended to be studied intensively as a formative principle related to the size and usability. The purpose of this study is to propose a 3D formative education program using virtual reality without space-time constraints, and to examine the improvement of sense of scale and understanding of formativeness. The beginning and development of 3D formative education was investigated through literature research. The characteristics of virtual reality were investigated, and cases applied to the university curriculum were examined. Combining virtual reality with 3D education, project was selected and modified accordingly. It was intended to converge the existing physical modeling method and digital production method through the application of virtual reality. Students recorded the process of the experiment, documented their experiences, and shared among participants. It was effective by combining the 3D formative program and virtual reality technology. Through the process of touching and experiencing objects directly through virtual reality, students evaluated that it was helpful to increase their understanding of formativeness, sense of scale, and sense of space. Through this study, it is expected that it will be possible to understand the characteristics of virtual reality from an educational perspective and prepare a research foundation to discuss various directions applicable to 3D formative education.

        TAALES 프로그램을 활용한‘춤’,‘움직이는 몸’에 대한 다양한 글쓰기의 어휘적 특성 비교연구

        This study utilizes TAALES program to compare and analyze lexical features of the texts that focuses on describing and depicting 'dance' and 'moving body'. From diverse range of literature accumulated in Dance studies and Somatics, twelve texts are chosen as they provide writings that closely analyze and describe dance movements and moving body. The authors of the selected literature includes Jane Desmond, Geraldine Morris, Susan Leigh Foster, Ann Cooper Albright, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, and Youngeun Yang. In this study, three research questions are addressed. Firstly, what are the significant lexical features of each writing? Secondly, what are the specific lexical elements that show similarities or differences between literature? (3) Is it possible to distinguish certain types of writing through these lexical similarities and differences? If so, what are the lexical characteristics of each type? As the result, the use of polysemy was recognized as the main lexical features that differentiates each literature. Moreover, four types of writing were distinguished by sharing specific lexical characteristics among the literatures. Nonetheless, it is found that the four writing types were not precisely classified, rather these types formed an intersection with each other. This study contributes to the dance scholarship, by presenting the first linguistic and quantitative investigation that analyzes corpus document data on dance and moving body, using most recently developed computer language analysis tool.

        논문 : 건물 파사드의 디자인 패턴과 감성 디자인 특성의 상관관계 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 건물 파사드 디자인을 효과적으로 지원 할 수 있는 패턴의 감성적인 디자인 특성을 도출하여 그 특성들의 상관관계를 분석하는 것이다. 본 논문에서 다루어지는 디자인 패턴은 Ben Pell이 제시한 5가지,즉 응용 패턴, 다공 패턴, 레이어드 패턴, 캐스트 패턴, 타일 패턴 이다. 본논문은 5가지 패턴 유형의 예비 조사 후 50명을 대상으로 10쌍의 형용사어휘를 가지고 Likert 7단계의 SD척도로 감성 어휘 조사 하였다. 본 논문은 예비조사에서 감성 어휘의 감성 치수가 가장 높은 응용 패턴의 디자인 특성을 분석하고 있다. 응용 패턴은 ‘연속적인’과 감성 상관성이 높다. 이 ‘연속적인’과의 상관관계가 높은 감성 어휘는 ‘비연속적인’ 과 ‘규칙적인’ 으로 도출 되었다. 본 논문에서 최종 도출한 응용패턴의 감성 디자인 특성은 ‘연속적인-비연속적인’ 과 ‘불규칙적인-규칙적인’ 등의 감성 어휘 쌍과 상대적으로 높은 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 요약될 수 있다. 디지털 기술의 지원에 의해 디자인된 파사드의 디자인 특성을 분석했다는 점과 도출된 디자인 특성의 활용 방향을 논의하고 있다는 점이 본 논문이 갖는 가치이다. The purpose of this study is to derive the design characteristics of the pattern, which can effectively support the building facade design and to analyze the correlation of their characteristics. This paper deals with five different design patterns suggested by Ben Pell. They are the applied pattern, perforated pattern, layered pattern, casting pattern, and tiled pattern. This paper analyzes the design characteristics of the applied pattern, which shows the highest point in the previous survey. The ‘continuous’ has a high emotional correlation. The high correlation with the emotional word ‘continuous’ and ‘regular’ was derived. The final emotional design characteristic is ‘continuous-discontinuous’, and ‘irregular-regular’. and these emotional words can be summarized as the relatively highest correlation. In this paper, it is worth analyzing design characteristics of building facade by a support of digital technology and discussing utilization of design characteristics derived.

        Traumatic lumbar hernia: clinical features and management

        Purpose: Traumatic lumbar hernia is rare, thus making diagnosis and proper treatment challenging. Accordingly, we aimed to investigate the clinical manifestations and proper management strategies of traumatic lumbar hernias. Methods: The medical records of patients with traumatic lumbar hernia treated at Gachon University Gil Hospital from March 2006 to February 2015, were retrospectively reviewed. Results: We included 5 men and 4 women (mean age, 55 years; range, 23–71 years). In 8 patients, most injuries were caused by motor vehicle collisions, including those wherein a pedestrian was struck (5 cases of car accidents, 2 falls, and 1 involving penetrating materials); in 1 patient, the probable cause was severe cough. Eight patients underwent hernia repair surgery (5 open and 3 laparoscopic), and a prosthetic mesh was used in 7 patients. Hernia repairs were elective in 7 patients; emergency hernia repair was performed with right hemicolectomy in 1 patient. No severe complication or recurrence was observed. Only 2 patients had mild complications, such as postoperative seroma. Conclusion: Traumatic lumbar hernia is a relatively rare injury of the posteriolateral abdominal wall. Lumbar hernia should be suspected in patients with high-energy injuries of the torso, and all such patients should undergo abdominopelvic computed tomography. After diagnosis, hernia repair can be electively performed without complications in most cases.

        Inhibitory activities of Perilla frutescens britton leaf extract against the growth, migration, and adhesion of human cancer cells

        BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Perilla frutescens Britton leaves are a commonly consumed vegetable in different Asian countries including Korea. Cancer is a major cause of human death worldwide. The aim of the current study was to investigate the inhibitory effects of ethanol extract of perilla leaf (PLE) against important characteristics of cancer cells, including unrestricted growth, resisted apoptosis, and activated metastasis, using human cancer cells. MATERIALS/METHODS: Two human cancer cell lines were used in this study, HCT116 colorectal carcinoma cells and H1299 non-small cell lung carcinoma cells. Assays using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide were performed for measurement of cell growth. Soft agar and wound healing assays were performed to determine colony formation and cell migration, respectively. Nuclear staining and cell cycle analysis were performed for assessment of apoptosis. Fibronectin-coated plates were used to determine cell adhesion. RESULTS: Treatment of HCT116 and H1299 cells with PLE resulted in dose-dependent inhibition of growth by 52-92% (at the concentrations of 87.5, 175, and 350 μg/ml) and completely abolished the colony formation in soft agar (at the concentration of 350 μg/ml). Treatment with PLE at the 350 μg/ml concentration resulted in change of the nucleus morphology and significantly increased sub-G1 cell population in both cells, indicating its apoptosis-inducing activity. PLE at the concentration range of 87.5 to 350 μg/ml was also effective in inhibiting the migration of H1299 cells (by 52-58%) and adhesion of both HCT116 and H1299 cells (by 25-46%). CONCLUSIONS: These results indicate that PLE exerts anti-cancer activities against colon and lung cancers in vitro. Further studies are needed in order to determine whether similar effects are reproduced in vivo.

        Plasma pharmacokinetics and urinary excretion of isoflavones after ingestion of soy products with different aglycone/glucoside ratios in South Korean women

        Asian populations are thought to receive significant health benefits from traditional diets rich in soybeans due to high isoflavone contents. However, available epidemiologic data only weakly support this hypothesis. The present study was carried out to assess the pharmacokinetics of isoflavones in South Korean women after ingestion of soy-based foods. Twenty-six healthy female volunteers (20-30 y old) consumed three different soy products (i.e., isogen, soymilk, and fermented soybeans) with different aglycone/glucoside ratios. Plasma and urine isoflavone concentrations were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) after ingestion of one of the soy products. Pharmacokinetic parameters were determined using the WinNonlin program. The area under the curve (AUC) for plasma daidzein levels of the soymilk group (2,101 ± 352 ng?h/mL) was significantly smaller than those of the isogen (2,628 ± 573 ng?h/mL) and fermented soybean (2,593 ± 465 ng?h/mL) groups. The maximum plasma concentration (Cmax) of daidzein for the soymilk group (231 ± 44 ng/mL) was significantly higher than those of the isogen (160 ± 32 ng/mL) and fermented soybean (195 ± 35 ng/mL) groups. The half-lives of daidzein and genistein in the soymilk group (5.9 and 5.6 h, respectively) were significantly shorter than those in the individuals given isogen (9.6 and 8.5 h, respectively) or fermented soybean (9.5 and 8.2 h, respectively). The urinary recovery rates of daidzein and genistein were 42% and 17% for the isogen group, 46% and 23% for the fermented soybean group, and 33% and 22% for the soymilk group. In conclusion, our data indicated that soy products containing high levels of isoflavone aglycone are more effective for maintaining plasma isoflavone concentrations. Additional dose-response, durational, and interventional studies are required to evaluate the ability of soy-based foods to increase the bioavailability of isoflavones that positively affect human health.
