      • 自生 山菜類의 開發에 관한 硏究

        In order to use as vegetable, studies on valuable wild plants-Pimpinella brachycarpa, Cryptotaenia japonica., Synurus deltoids., Solidago virga-aurea var. gigantean., Hemerocallis fulva. Were carried out by field observation and cultivation. The result were obtained as follow : 1. Pimpinella brachycarpa, Cryptotaenia japonica, Solidago virga-aurea var. gigantea were distributed at the higher altitude of 600M, but Synurus deltoids, Hemerocallis fulva were distributed under 500M. 2. Pimpinella brachycarpa, Cryptotaenia japonica, Solidago virga-aurea vat. Gigantean, Hemerocallis fulva except Synurus deltoids grew well on fertile soil in habitat. 3. The germination of Hemerocallis fulva were promoted at 25℃ under dark condition with Ethrel, whereas Synurus deltoides were promoted at 20℃ under dark condition with IBA treatment. 4. Te transplant seedlings of 5 plants, shading was necessary. Low light intensity under 5000Lux is recommended for low rate of bolting and for softening of tissue. 5. All 5 plants grew vigorously toward the end of July. 6. Plants would be harvested after 3 years with seed germination, but it would be desirable to transplant in order to reduce cultivation time. 7. It is desired that 5 plants should be subjected to suppressing or forcing cultivation.

        This study in movement analysis as a result of have extracted the following conclusions. 1. It was disclosed that all subjects released the bar at almost some angle, Once back somersault was released angle 86°∼92°, and Twice back somersault at angle 85°∼86°. 2. It was disclosed that a performer would diminish the body angle of himself in order to speedily swing the second round than first while perporming twice back somersault. 3. The power which canthrust the trunk of a performer was originated when swinging speedily and having small shoulder angle as soon as release-the hands and this power can thrust the center of his weight. And by doing so, I think that the somersault can be nicely performed. 4. Somersault should have the power of thrusting feet while swinging because this power can originate other power which can originate other power which can perform second round. I belive that only round-speed accelerated by the falling power can round third or fourth somersault. 5. While once back somersault has much angle difference with angle 26°∼45° from the bar, twice back somersault perform first-round at almost same point as angle 32°∼34°. But the angle of second-round(O_3) has much difference with angle 32°∼4°. This fact, we think is the differentia of round-speed.

      • 국내산 양송이, 느타리, 표고 버섯의 휘발성 향미 특성 : Agaricus bisporus, Pleurotus ostreatus, and Lentinus edodes

        Volatile compounds in Agaricus bisporus, Pleurotus ostreatus and Lentinus edodes cultivated in Korea were analyzed by using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and gas chromatography/olfactometry (GCO). A total of 108, 103, and 122 volatile compounds were identified in Agaricus bisporus, Pleurotus ostreatus and Lentinus edodes, respectively. Some odorants, such as butanoic acid (described as strong rancid), 2-methyl butanoic acid (described as stinky), 3-methyl butanoic acid (described as buttery), 2-heptanol (described as grassy), 2-pentanol (described as green), trans-2-heptanal (described as fatty), trans, trans-2,4-octadienal (described as grassy), 1-octen-3-one (described as fresh mushroom-like) and 1-octen-3-ol (described as mushroom-like) were found in all the samples. The unique odor compounds of each mushroom were benzaldehyde (described as almond) and benzyl alcohol (described as floral) in Agaricus bisporus, 2-formyl-5-methylthiophene (described as strong sulfurous) in Lentinus edodes, and unknown compounds (described as spicy) in Pleurotus ostreatus.

        중등 예비교사 체육수업에서의 피드백 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analysis on the feedbacks of middle school student teachers in physical education classes during a period of practical training and to find effective feedback for enhance the quality of classes. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, data were collected through record the 9 student teachers' classes on video tape and analysed by using feedback analysis profile(FAP). The result of this study showed that the FAP of student teachers were severe and both teachers and students. First, feedback type for subject was in large part personal feedback and mainly feedback was prescriptive feedback about not correct skill, and the feedback was given during or after perform skill. Second, student teachers rather gave negative feedback to learners than positive. They showed correction complex. Third, student teachers didn't understand the content of class completely, so they didn`t show development of content and harmony between task and practice, feedback.

      • 니트섬유강화 복합재료의 기계적 성질에 관한 연구

        Using conventional textile techniques such as weaving, braiding, knitting and stitching it is possible to produce a wide range two and three dimensional fiber preforms. However, so far only a limited attention has been given to knitted fabrics in composite industry. This is mainly due to the opinion that knitted fabric reinforced composites posses low mechanical properties owing to their looped fiber architecture. But it is possible to obtain desired mechanical properties by selecting proper knitted fabric structure. In this paper, tensile failure load and displacement of one yarn, four yarns and knitted fabrics of ten yarns of kevlar fiber were determined experimentally in the unidirection. Mechanical properties of plain weft knitted fabrics reinforced composite intrusion beam for car side door application were investigated experimentally, which compared with desire value of American Fedral Motor vehicles Safety Standard (FMVSS) and presented the results.

      • 三鍾 黃連類의 氣管支 平骨筋 弛緩效果에 關한 硏究

        This study was carried out to investigate the tracheal muscle relaxation of water extracts of three kinds of Coptis thizoma and also compare of Coptis rhizoma, in isolated rat tracheal smooth muscle. As a result, Coptis chinensis showed significant tracheal muscle relaxation on KCI-induced contraction and more markedly on carbachol-induced contraction in close-dependent manner. Coptis japonica exhibited also tracheal muscle relaxation on both contraction with slightly weaker activities than those of Coptis chinensis. The activities of the root hair of Coptis chinensis were the most weakest in three thizomas. Berberine and palmatine had strong tracheal muscle relazation, especially, on carbachol-induced contraction, however, their activities on KCI-induced contraction were weaker than that of Coptis chinensis. The inhibitory effects of three kinds of Coptis rhizoma on the contraction by KCI and carbachol were inbestigated to explain the process of their tracheal muscle relaxation. All rhizomas inhibited the contraction by both agents, among them, Coptis japonica showed the most significant effect, so indicating the tracheal muscle relaxation of Coptis rhizoma may be concerned with the blocking of muscarine receptor and Ca²+ channel.

        Tandem SAW process with high heat input is widely used on steel fabrication industries to enhance the productivity by decreasing the melding layers on comer joint of box column. In this process the crack occurred in partial penetration joint. because of carbon contents. high cooling rate. welding groove and welding speed. Otherwise crack &d not occur in full penetration joint. because of - decreasing carbon dilution from base metal. - improving welding condition between weld surface width and weld depth. - low carbon equivalent by GMAW.

      • 부상형 직파육묘방법에서 cell 크기에 따른 dibbling의 깊이가 담배 묘 생육에 미치는 영향

        The objects of this study were to search ideal dibbling depth and cell size in direct-seeding improved float system. Percentage of dry cell was high in dibbling depth of 0.0mm and 7.5mm in every cell size. Dibbling treatment increased the seed germination rate. Germination power of the 128 cell was high in dibbling depth of 15.0mm or more, and that of the 162 cell and 200 cell was high in the depth of 12.5mm or more. Rate of usable plant of the 128 cell was high in dibbling depth of 15.0mm, and that of the 162 cell and 200 cell was high in the depth of 12.5mm. Compaction and low oxygen levels of media by deeper dibbling depth contribute significantly to spiral root. According to the interacting results of the treatments, dibbling depth of 15mm in 128 cell and that of 12.5mm in 162 cell and 200 cell were recommended to get high seed germination rate and good seedling growth.
