The experimental results of synthesized expansive ettringite with aqueous solution of alumi-numsulphate and milk of lime are as follow, 1) The synthesized reaction are progressed toward exothermic reaction rapidly. 2) Compared to crystallizing H2O content of the synthesized 3CaOㆍAl2O3ㆍ3CaSO4ㆍxH2O, diluted aqueous solution is less than concentrated aqueous solution. 3) The crystalline forms of synthetic ettringite are observed to spherical and columned forms by SEM. 4) By the results of XRD analysis, ettringites contained below 6 moles CaO appeared to CaSO4 but in the 7 and 8 moles CaO contained ettringites obtained CaSO4 and free CaO. 5) The expansibility and water absorption ratio of 6 and 7 moles CaO contained ettringite are excellent.

Welding defects are deeply related to welding metallurgy. To clarify the cause of welding defects, it is important for welding engineer to understand the characteristics of welding materials, the thermal distribution of welding zone and the thermal effects of welding. Also the welding zone shape, welding method and welding rod could be important factors. The residual stress, deformation of welding zone and material property changes are caused by the thermal effects of welding. The sudden change in temperature before and after welding is the main reason for it.

Tandem SAW process with high heat input is widely used on steel fabrication industries to enhance the productivity by decreasing the melding layers on comer joint of box column. In this process the crack occurred in partial penetration joint. because of carbon contents. high cooling rate. welding groove and welding speed. Otherwise crack &d not occur in full penetration joint. because of - decreasing carbon dilution from base metal. - improving welding condition between weld surface width and weld depth. - low carbon equivalent by GMAW.
Fe-Cu계 합금분말을 이용한 Fe-Cu-Sn계 소결합금의 제성질

In order to reduce the sintering temperature of iron based sintered parts, sintering properties of iron-copper-tin compact made from iron-copper prealloyed and tin powders were investigated at various temperatures in the range 700∼890 ℃, and then the results were compared with those of the conventional iron-coper-tin compact made from iron, copper and tin powders. The results obtained are as follows : 1) Sintered density ratio and radial crushing strength of iron-copper-tin compact made from iron-copper prealloyed and tin powders were higher than those of the conventional iron-copper-tin compact made from iron, copper and tin powders at all sintering tempeatures. 2) The radial crushing strength of iron-copper-tin sintered compact made from powder mixture, of which iron-7.20%copper prealloyed powder mixed with 1.80% tin powder in the copper and tin ratio 8 : 2, was obtained about 50kg/㎟ at the lowest temperature studied 700˚C for 30min, and this increased to about 60kg/㎟ after sintering at 890˚C for 30min. 3) The radial crushing strength of iron-copper-tin sintered compact made from iron, copper and tin powders mixture as the conventional method, also its chemical composition was same with in case of using above the iron-7.20%copper prealloyed powder, was obtained about 23kg/㎟ at 700˚C for 30min, and this increased to about 43kg/㎟ after sintering at 890˚C for 30min. As the result, the using of iron-copper prealloyed powder improve its sintering performance permitting lower sintering temperature more than conventional metnod.

The safety supervision in welding operation has two fields, management of human and that of materials. For the prevention of these two calamities and to countermeasure the couses of accident, the person concerned should have full knowledge of the laws and requlations, and appoint a supervisor systematically and set standard work condition on by on. Moreover, he should train the workers to put them into operation fo the work step by step through keeping orders and regulation. With the safety supervision of welding operation he could carry out the standard work and decrease and remove the accidents in advance. The safety supervision of welding operation has deep conection with not only the general production but the success or failure of production. As it has much influence on the enterprise administration, so intensive safety supervision will contribute greately to the management of business.

본 연구는 산업현장에서 작업자 안전 관제를 위해 실시간으로 작업자의 자세를 분석할 수 있는 엣지-클라우드 시스템 설계하고 개발한다. 이를 위해 스마트폰을 사용하여 엣지 시스템을 구축하고 가속도/관성 센서 데이터를 수집하여 실시간으로 작업자의 자세를 인식하고 원시 데이터와 함께 클라우드에 전송한다. 클라우드는 원시 데이터와 실험데이터를 사용하여 자세 인식 모델을 학습하고 이를 엣지에 전송한다.
