Inheritance of Leucine Aminopeptidase and Glutamate - oxalate Isozymes in Pinus Koraiensis
손원하,김진수,Youn, Young Koun 한국임학회 1982 한국산림과학회지 Vol.57 No.1
Using techniques of starch gel zone-electro-phoresis, market variability was detected in the leucine aminopeptidase (LAP) and glutamateoxalate transaminase (GOT) isozyme patterns found in the hapolid endosperm of dry Korean Pine seeds (Pinus Koreiensis S. et Z. LAP-B) of activity on gels stained for leucine aminopeptidase suggests that two loci control each of these isozymes. Electrophoretic variants in each zone segregate randomly with respect to the other zone suppeor this hypothesis. three zones of activity are observed for glutamate-oxalate transaminase. No variations was found in the fasted migrating zone (GOT-A). The other tow zones (GOT-B and GOT-C) display a segregation pattern that ciomcides precisely each other. Whether both zones are controlled by the same locus or whether they represent two tightly linked loci remained unknown at present. Electrophortic variants in GOT-B segregate as alleles at single locus. No evidence of genetic linkage was observed between pairs of loci that were heterozygous in the same mother tree

In general Hospitals are using electronic medical Record(EMR) and OCS(Order Communication System) for the patient because of their continued treatment or management of treatment-direct. We have to protect the EMR format and the content because both(EMR and OCS) are the original format of the Hospital. At the same time, we do not have to update or change the EMR. Each of the Hospitals need connection to other Hospital because each use different EMR system. So, we can get the medical industry development and high quality medical service through so many data collection of the EMR. Therefore, In this paper, we build the EMR standard management system through the electric signature and SAM(Sequential Access Method) file conversion.

This paper is a study on the CPR(Computer-based Patient Record) system. In this paper, we deal with following 3 problems for CPR system. First, the undefined problem for a Hospital EDPS system. Second, the need of EMR(Electrical Medical Record) when occurs hospital's trouble. Third, Standard EMR Management system for the every Hospital. Therefor, using the method proposed in this paper to drive results from the new CPR system will now lose objectivity.

Generally OCS(Order Communication System) is determined by input from outside of the operating room because the operating room is clean area. In this case, it may have a little bit of a problem in the patients management. It is an OCS leaks or does not quickly. Therefore, In order to solve this problem it should be directly input OCS in the operating room doing surgery at the same time. In this study, in order to Write a prescription, we were introduced by applying speech input which we were not used input Keyboard or mouse. Because it is to avoid physical contact in the operating room as possible. Therefore, our OCS was built for speech input in this study, and also we create new algorithm. In general, input speech does not be used in the Hospital for prescription. The result of this study, therefore, is thought to actually be useful.

Abstract

Water splitting is a clean and renewable way to produce hydrogen, and developing an efficient water oxidation electrocatalyst is crucial to overcome the slow kinetics and large overpotential of the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) in water electrolysis. In this work, we demonstrate that OER activity of an electrodeposited Ni catalyst can be influenced by a support material, and electron transfer between the Ni-based catalyst and the support is proposed to increase the oxidation states of Ni and thus contribute to enhancing its intrinsic OER activity. When a Ni catalyst layer is deposited using a carbon-based powder support instead of an expensive Au foil, the overpotential decreased by more than 50 mV at 10 mA/cm2 due to the synergic effect of the increased surface area and the modified Ni electronic states. In addition, compared with carbon powder supports, Fe and N doped carbon (Fe-N-C) is found to provide particularly more efficient support for the Ni OER catalyst; however, according to electrochemical measurement results, there is no indication of additional Fe intercalation. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis shows the highest binding energy of Ni particularly on the Fe-N-C, suggesting facile electron transfer from Ni to the Fe-N-C interface.

Highlights

Oxygen evolution reaction activity of Ni-based electrocatalyst was improved on the carbon supports due to electron transfer.

Electronic states of Ni catalysts were influenced by the support types such as Au, carbon, and Fe, N modified carbon.

Fe-N-C/Ni had enhanced activity due to the synergic effect of high surface area and electron transfer from Ni to support.

Graphical abstract

[DISPLAY OMISSION]

In this paper, we is studied for traction performances of KTX. Main transformer of this train are compose of 3 motor blocks. In order to this test is developed measurement system. Using this system, we obtained important result for running speed, acceleration, axle speed, transformer oil temperature.

In general, it is reported that biometrics recognition rate is low if it is using iris information. Iris Information Locator inject expensive and difficult to recognize the difficulties caused by non-contact. Initial located point in pupil is gotten by average gray method. In order to fasten the speed of iris location, this paper introduces a fast location algorithm for pupil detecting based on the geometrical characteristic of circle. The use of iris feature extraction independent component analysis and core vector machines and geometric information of identification. According to the characteristic of ICA classification, the SUM and CUM after identification method, recognition rate is 90%-91%. The experimental results show that this method can be progressive.

The aim of this study was to examine whether serum homocysteine (Hcy) levels correlated with cardiovascular disease (CVD) depending on the presence or absence of metabolic syndrome (MetS) in Korean men. We conducted a case-control study, including 138 CVD and 290 non-CVD age-matched control subjects. The subjects were divided into four subgroups: 34 CVD/MetS, 104 CVD, 77 MetS, and 213 normal subgroups. The mean Hcy was significantly higher, whereas HDL and intake of vitamin B1 and B2 were lower in the CVD group (P < 0.05) than non-CVD group. When compared to the control group, subjects with CVD/MetS, CVD and MetS exhibited high Hcy levels, with the highest observed in the CVD/MetS subgroup (P < 0.001). Multivariate stepwise linear regression between CVD and markers of CVD showed Hcy significantly correlated with CVD (P < 0.05). To predict CVD based on Hcy, Hcy threshold of 11.72 μM in non-MetS subjects had an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.664 (95% CI 0.598-0.731). In MetS subjects, the AUC was 0.618 and Hcy threshold was 13.32 μM (95% CI 0.509-0.726). The results of our study show that the presence of MetS needs to be considered when using Hcy levels for predicting CVD.
