A high speed and stable A/D conversion data process is required to weigh a mass on moving conveyer weighing platter. The paper presents a new method to obtain stable and fast automatic weighing A/D conversion data process. Dynamic weighting system which is constructed with dual load cell is realized by the stable A/D conversion data preocess algorithm using DSP. The proposed memthod is applied to the real design, and that experimental results showed good performances of the weighing stability.

연구에서는 SBA15를 지지체로 하는 1세대 Polyamidoamine (PAMAM) 덴드리머를 제조하여 이를 수중 구리 이온제거에 이용하였다. 실란커플링제인 (3-Aminopropyl)triethoxysilane (APTES)를 이용하여 SBA15 표면을 아민화한 후 제조된 APTES-SBA15의 아민기에 Methyl acrylate와 Ethylenediamine을 번갈아 반응시켜 덴드리머 가지의 수를 1세대까지 늘려나갔으며, 제조된 SBA15, APTES-SBA15, Methyl acrylate까지 반응시킨 0.5세대 PAMAM-SBA15 (G0.5 PAMAM-SBA15), 1세대 PAMAM-SBA15 (G1.0 PAMAM-SBA15)에 대한 Attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) 분석을 통해 PAMAM-SBA15 표면의 기능기를 확인하였다. 또한, 구리 이온의 초기 농도가 변화할 때의 G1.0 PAMAM-SBA15의 수중 구리 이온의 흡착능을 Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES) 분석을 통해 확인하였고, Langmuir model로 피팅하였을 때의 최대 흡착능은 61.155mg/g이었다.
