        비만한 성인남성의 음주 및 식이습관의 특성연구

        The Case Study of Alcohol & Food Habits in Obese Adult Men Young-Jun Lee, O.M.D., Myeong-Jong Lee, O.M.D. Department of Oriental Rehabilitaion Medicine, College of Oriental Medicine, Dongguk University Objective : Obesity is closely related to several factors such as genetic factors, energy intake and energy expenditure. It was said that alcohol & food habits were important to formation of obesity. The purpose of this study are to find out the alcohol & food habitual characteristic of obese adult men and to promote the health of these men. Method: From May, 2000 to November, 2001, We collected 75 cases obese patients, who visited to the Health Examination Center Dept. of Kangnam oriental medicine hospital, Dongguk University who took the health examination, and control group who were matched by age and sex. We investigated the alcohol & food habits by questionnaire. Results and Conclusions: 1. The patients over BMI 25 were in excess of the standard of obesity such as Modified Broca s Index, Percent Body Fat, Abdominal Fat Distribution. But, the patients below BMI 20 were normal range of obesity degree. 2. Abdominal Fat Distribution was increased according to age and physical activity was decreased in obese group. 3. The mean of total calory by alcohol in a month was 4324.6kcal in obese group while control group was 2206.8kcal. 4. In the comparison of food habit, obese group is higher than control group in 7 articles of the 13 articles which influenced obesity.

      • 삼초(三焦)의 '협관계(協關系)' 관점에서 본 측두하악관절(側頭下顎關節)에 대한 고찰

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to try to embody the method of treating Tempromandibular Joint Disorder in Oriental Medicine. Methods : I had researched anatomic features and functions of TMJ, causes and symptoms of TMD and reviewed classic medicine books in Oriental Medicine on Sanjiao. Then, I tried to interpret the disorder in the point of Sanjiao's 'Cooperative Relationship'. Results and Conclusions : 1. Symptoms of TMD IS not limited at TMJ and spread in whole body by circulation of Sanjiaojing. 2. Sanjiao is a invisible organ to control the general physical functions as 'Cooperative Relationship'. 3. It is a due in improving the symptoms of TMD to regulate Sanjiao-Jing-qi and balance the Yin-Yang.

      • FCST의 음양균형장치를 활용 삼차신경통 증례보고

        본 증례에서는 극심한 삼차신경통 진단을 받고 안면부와 턱관절 통증으로 일상생활이 어려워 항간질약과 수술적 치료를 받았지만 통증이 개선되지 않던 환자에게서 음양균형장치를 포함한 자세조절훈련, 침치료 등 구조적 치료를 통해서 유의한 자각적 증상 개선뿐만 아니라 턱관절의 구조적 개선이 나타남을 관찰하였고, 요통과 경항통 및 비염 같은 제반 증상들의 호전과 척추의 구조적 개선이 관찰되었다. Therapeutic effect of Yinyang Balancing Appliance (YBA) of functional cerebrospinal therapy (FCST) for meridian and neurologic yinyang balance was observed in a trigeminal neuralgia case. One Trigeminal neuralgia case was managed with YBA on temporomandibular joint (TMJ), combined with acupuncture. Clinical outcome measurement was performed by subjective rating and clinical observations. The patient's subjective rating and clinical symptoms showed improvement immediately after the initial treatment and this improvement maintained over the follow-up period. Although it is not clear whether the effect is temporary in its nature, a positive effect was observed and further clinical and biological research on FCST is expected.

        염소 함량에 따른 클링커 및 시멘트의 물성에 관한 연구

        In this study, a clinker was prepared using raw materials with CaCl<sub>2</sub>. The characteristics of the chlorine-added clinker and cement were analyzed. The clinker modulus were set to Lime Saturation Factor (LSF) 92, Silica modulus (SM) 2.5, and Iron Modulus (IM) 1.5. The physical properties of cement using the chlorine-containing clinker were characterized. As the chlorine content increased, the free-CaO content in the clinker decreased, and that in the 2000 ppm clinker was reduced by approximately 40% compared to that in the 0 ppm clinker. There was an increase in the amount of chlormayenite, with a content of up to 3.4% present in the 2000 ppm clinker. The amounts of alite and belite also slightly increased. The compressive strength of mortar at 3 days and 7 days increased as the chlorine content increased. This trend was presumed to arise from the effect of hydration, which was promoted by the presence of chlorine. The compressive strength of 1000 ppm mortar increased by approximately 20% compared to that of 0 ppm mortar.

        Halogen lamp 광조사기와 Plasma xenon arc lamp 광조사기에 의한 광중합 복합레진의 중합률 비교

        본 연구의 목적은 일반 halogen lamp 광조사기와 비교하여 plasma xenon arc lamp 광조사기의 광중합 능력을 평가하기 위한 것이다. 7mm의 내경과 1mm, 2mm, 3mm 두께를 갖는 레진 시편을 aluminum 주형상에서 제작하여 plasma xenon arc lamp 광조사기는 2초, 3초, 6초, halogen lamp 광조사기는 20초, 40초, 60초 동안 광조사한 후 Raman spectroscopy를 이용하여 레진 시편 표면과 후면의 중합률을 측정하였다. 표면 중합률은 광조사 시간이 증가함에 따라 halogen lamp 광조사기와 plasma xenon arc lamp 광조사기 모두에서 유의성있게 증가하였으며 전반적인 중합률은 halogen lamp 광조사기에서 더 높았으나 plasma xenon arc lamp 광조사기와 유의한 차이는 없었다. 광조사 시간이 증가함에 따라 halogen lamp 광조사기의 경우 후면 중합률은 모든 두께에서 점차 증가하였으나 1.2mm 두께에서는 유의한 차이가 없었으며 plasma xenon arc lamp 광조사기로 중합한 경우에는 모든 두께에서 조사시간이 증가할수록 중합률은 유의성있게 증가하였다. 이상의 결과로 plasma xenon arc lamp 광조사기의 강한 광도가 광조사 시간의 감소를 완전히 보상하지는 못하는 것으로 판단되므로 plasma xenon arc lamp 광조사기로 광중합 복합레진을 중합할 경우 2mm이내의 적층 충전이 요구되며 또한 제조회사가 제시한 조사 시간보다 추가적인 광조사가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. Recently, new light curing unit utilizing the plasma xenon arc lamp is introduced. This curing unit is operated at relatively high intensity, so shortening the curing time significantly. The aim of this experiment was to estimate curing capability of plasma xenon arc lamp curing unit compared to traditional halogen lamp curing unit. Degree of conversion was evaluated by Raman spectroscopy after irradiation of specimens with halogen lamp curing unit(Optilux 150, Demetron, USA) for 20s, 40s, 60s and plasma xenon arc lamp curing unit(flipo, Lokki, France) for 2s, 3s, 6s. The results showed that strong light intensity of plasma xenon arc lamp curing unit did not compensate for short exposure time completely. So, Multi-layered curing within 2mm thickness and additional exposure time is recommanded when light-cured composite resin is polymerized with plasma xenon arc lamp curing unit.

        간, 신장수치 이상 환자에 부자(附子) 배합 처방 투여가 미치는 영향

        Objectives : Aconiti Lateralis Preparata Radix(fuzi, 附子) and its class herbs(chaunwu, caowu etc.) are necessary for some clinical conditions, such as cold pain, chilling etc,. But, they has some poison component. And, they have been known to cause liver and kidney injury, and dangerous in the patients who has abnormal range of LFT and RFT. This study shows the consequences for aspartate aminotransferase(AST), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), blood urea nitrate(BUN), and Creatinine were analyzed using samples from patients who took the decoction containing fuzi. Methods : Blood samples for Experiment Group(E) were collected from 63 patients, who took the decoction containing fuzi, admitted into the 6th internal medicine department of Dong Eui Oriental Medical Hospital between from January 2007 to March 2011. In compared to those of experiment group, blood samples as Control Group(C) were collected from 64 patients, who took the decoction not containing fuzi, admitted into the same hospital from January 2009 to April 2011. Results and Conclusions : 1. AST No changed : E 4.17%, C 2.63%, Increased : E 12.5%, C 28.95%, Decreased : E 80.33%, C 68.42% 2. ALT No changed : E2.94%, C5.13%, Increased : E 8.82%, C 20.51%, Decreased : E 88.24%, C 74.36% 3. BUN No changed : E 0%, CG 7.14%, Increased : E 32.25%, CG 14.29% Decreased : EG 67.65%, CG 78.57% 4. Creatinine No changed : EG 5.00%, CG 0%, Increased : EG 35.00%, CG 54.55% Decreased : EG 60.00%, CG 45.45% 5. The results suggest that the decoction containing fuzi isn't harmful AST, ALT, BUN, Cr of the patients who has high range of them.

      • FCST의 구강내 균형장치를 이용한 경추부 근긴장 이상증 증례보고

        경추부 근긴장 이상증에 대해 턱관절 자세균형 개념에 따라 구강내 균형장치를 활용한 자세훈련법 등의 치료로 긍정적인 호전을 관찰했다. 증례 보고이기는 하지만 턱관절 자세균형을 활용한 치료법에서 긍정적인 치료효과가 이어지고 있어서 앞으로 더욱 체계적인 관찰과 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. To investigate the effects of the postural balance of TMJ using intraoral balancing appliance of functional cerebrospinal technique (FCST) combined acupuncture and manual medicine therapeutics in the treatment of congenital muscular torticollis. An idiopathic cervical dystonia case was managed with postural training with intraoral balancing appliance, combined with acupuncture and manual medicine therapeutics. Clinical assessment included radiography, Toronto Western Spasmodic Torticollis Rating Scale, and global clinical impression. Clinical improvement was observed over 5 months of treatment period. Clinical observational data on spasmodic torticollis provide an positive prospective for further investigation on the effect of FCST.

        고수압 조건에서 쉴드터널 세그먼트 라이닝 구조설계에 관한 연구

        양호한 암반조건이나 균질한 점토지반 등 불투수성 지반의 경우에도 불연속면에 의하여 수압이 작용될 수 있으므로, 설계시 지반조건에 상관없이 수압조건을 고려하고 있다. 그러나, 세그먼트 라이닝의 형상이 원형임에 따라 수압을 고려하는 경우가 오히려 라이닝에 발생되는 부재력을 감소시킬 수가 있으므로, 고수압 조건에서는 이에 대한 설계개념정립이 중요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 고수압의 불투수성 지반조건에서 하중조건 및 하중조합에 따른 부재력 크기 등을 비교함으로서, 세그먼트 라이닝 설계시 합리적이고 적절한 설계개념에 대하여 서술하였다. In impermeable ground, water pressure is applied due to discontinuity such as joint or fissure. Therefore, water pressure should be considered in design regardless of ground condition. However, when the shape of segmental lining is circular, water pressure may reduce the lining member force, so it is important to define the assumption and the concept of design in case of high water pressure. This paper presents the concepts of design of the lining of shield tunnel at high water pressure and in impermeable ground condition. In addition, the member forces in various load conditions were compared in this study. (elastic equation, closed form solutions, beam-spring model).
