        The effects of the ⁴He interfacial layer on the average superfluid fraction (pdp) were measured as a function of temeperature, pressure, and poresize by means of fourth sound propagation. Up to a pore size dependent threshold ⁴He coverage. pdp remain equal tl those for pure ³He. Beyond the threshold. pdp rapidly increase as ⁴He coverage is increased. The enhancements vanish at pressure greater than some critical pressures depending on ⁴He thickness and pore size.

        Goal-based Scenarios (GBS) 모형을 적용한 웹기반 교육용 컨텐츠의 설계 및 개발 연구

        인터넷이라는 새로운 IT기술을 교육현장에서 적극적으로 활용해야 한다는 강한 요구에도 불구하고 웹기반 교육의 정착은 미흡한 실정이다. 그 원인은 현재 웹기반 교육이 전통적 교실수업과 질적으로 다르지 않고 웹기반 교육에 적합한 설계모형들이 충분히 개발되지 않았기 때문이다. 본 연구자들은 구성주의 학습관에 기반한 GBS 설계모형을 이용하여 도서관 이용에 관한 웹기반 교육용 컨텐츠를 개발함으로써 웹기반 교육을 개발하거나 활용하고자 하는 교사와 교육실천가들에게 구체적인 개발사례를 제공하고자 한다. 3개월 간 요구분석, 학습내용분석, 학습자 및 학습환경분석을 통해서 GBS모형을 적용한 웹기반 교육용 컨텐츠를 설계하고 GBS의 7가지 구성요소들에 충실하게 개발하였다. 본 연구의 결과들은 학교와 기업에서 새로운 형태의 웹기반 교육을 개발하고자 하는 실천가들에게 구체적인 가이드를 제공해줄 것이다. In spite of the strong request that Internet, a new IT technique, should be extensively used in classroom settings, WBI is not still wide spread. One possible reason is that most WBIs developed so far are not qualitatively different from the traditional classroom ones and various design models for WBI are unknown. Developing a WBI program according to Goal-based Scenarios (GBS), a constructivistic instructional design model, this study offers a useful case for the design and development of WBI to educators and implementers. The program developed embodied seven important components of the GBS model. The development process also included needs assessment, task analysis, and learner and environment analysis, which are the basic components of the domain of instructional design. The GBS development case in this article will provide concrete guidelines to educational practitioners who have an intention to create a new type of WBI in schools as well as in corporate.

      • 월성원자력발전소 주변의 삼림식생 분석

        월성원자력발전소 주변의 삼림식생을 분석하기 위하여 1994년 4월부터 1994년 10월까지 식물사회학적 조사를 실시하였다. 또한 상관에 의해 현존식생도 및 녹지자연도를 작성하였으며, 순 1차 생산력과 식물현존량도 추정하였다. 군집조성표에 의한 삼림군락은 소나무군락, 곰솔군락, 굴참나무군락, 상수리 나무군락의 4군락으로 구분되었다. 각 군락의 주요 구성종으로는 소나무군락에서 소나무, 졸참나무, 털진달래, 맑은대쑥, 산거울, 곰솔군락에서 곰솔, 소나무, 진달래, 청미래덩굴, 굴참나무군락에서 굴참나무, 조록싸리, 큰기름새, 맑은대쑥, 댕댕이덩굴, 상수리나무군락에서 상수리나무, 갈참나무, 큼기름새, 그늘사초, 맑은대쑥 등이다. 현존식생도에 의한 삼림군락의 분포율은 곰솔군락이 40.3%로 가장 높고, 녹지자연도는 7등급이 60.0%로 가장 넓은 분포율을 보였다. 삼림토양의 pH는 4.45∼5.32, 유기물함량은 5.61∼6.34%의 범위로 나타났다. Montreal model에 의한 순 1차 생산력은 1,555.2g/㎡/yr, 식물현존량은 14,963.32ton/㎢로 추정되었다 The forest vegetation, estimation of phytomass and net primary production on the vicinity of Wolsong Atomic Power Plant were analyzed on the basis of the phytosociological data. And depending on physiognomy, actual vegetation map and the degree of green naturality(DGN) was drawn in 1:50,000 scale. According to Z-M method, the forest vegetation was classified into 4 communities; A. Pinus densiflora community, B. Pinus thunbergii community, C. Quercus variabilis community, D. Quercus acutissima community. Generally, Pinus densiflora, Quercus variabilis, in tree-1 layer, Quercus acutissima, Quercus variabilis, in tree-2 layer, Rhodedendron mucronulatum, Quercus serrate, in shrub layer, Artemisia keiskeana, Carex humilis, in herb layer, showed high coverage index. The pH and contents of organic matter of the forest soil collected in each sites were shown range of 4.45 to 5.32 and 5.61% to 6.34% in mean of communities respectively. The distribution rate in actual vegetation map were the highest in Pinus thunbergii community. The average DGN showed to 5.1. Net primary production and phytomass per unit area which estimated by Montreal model were assumed in 1,555.2g/㎡/yr, 14,963.32ton/㎢, respectively.

      • 칠절봉 신갈나무(Quercus mongolica)림의 군락구조와 토양환경

        칠절봉 신갈나무림의 군락구조와 토양환경과의 관계를 파악하기 위해 식물사회학적 조사와 토양 환경을 분석하였다. 조사지역의 신갈나무림은 신갈나무군락, 철쭉꽃하위군, 큰개별꽃하위군으로 구분되었으며, 철쭉꽃하위군과 큰개별꽃하위군에서의 방형구당 평균출현종수는 각각 30종(24∼46종), 43종(31∼52종) 이었다. 피복지수치에 의한 계층별 우점순위는 교목층에서 신갈나무(6750.0), 아교목층에서 당단풍(2364.0) 관목층에서 철쭉꽃(988.5), 초본층에서 쌀새(1040.5)가 가장 높게 나타났다. 신갈 나무림의 DBH 분포는 2∼10㎝ 범위의 소경목이 전체의 29.7%를 차지하였으며 전체적으로 정규분포를 나타내어 교란 후 재생과정에 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 후계목의 발달로 인한 극상상태로의 천이가 가능할 것으로 조사되었다. 전반적인 토양환경은 두 하위군 간에 뚜렷한 차이가 없었으며, 큰개별꽃하위군이 철쭉꽃하위군에 비하여 다소 양호한 것으로 조사되었다. 환경구배분석에서 까치박달, 물푸레나무, 함박꽃나무 등은 습한 곳에 분포하고 철쭉꽃, 전나무, 국수나무 등은 건조한 곳에 분포하는 것으로 나타났다. A relationship between the community structure composition and soil environmental factors of the Quercus mongolica forest on Mt. Chiljelbong was investigated from June 1996 to August 1997. The Q. mongolica community was classified into two subcommunity of Rhododendron schlippenbachii and Pseudostellaria palibiniana. The 30(24-46) species per quadrat were appeared in R. schlippenbachii subcommunity and 43(31-52)species in P. palibiniana subcommunity. The dominant sequences on each stratum determined by the coverage index showed that Q. mongolica was the most dominant in tree-1 layer with 6750.0, Acer pseudo-sieboldianum in tree-2 layer with 2364.0, R. schlippenbachii in shrub layer with 988.5, and Melica onoei in herb layer with 1040.5 value. The value of diameter breast height(DBH) showed a normal distribution displaying a highest value in the range of 2∼10㎝(29.7%) in Q. mongolica forest and it was investigated being at restoration phase after disturbance. It also was investigated that the succession to climax state would be possible due to growth of successive tree. Overall, which the soil conditions make little difference between two subcommunities, P. palibiniana subcommunity was favorable than those of R. schlippenbachii subcommunity. It was shown that in an environmental gradient analysis, Carpinus cordata, Fraxinus rhynchophylla, and Magnolia sieboldii were distributed in a mesic area, but R. schlippenbachii, Abies holophylla, and Stepanandra incisa in a xeric area.

        Application of Logistic Simulation for Transport of SFs From Kori Site to an Assumed Interim Storage Facility

        A paradigm shift in the government's energy policy was reflected in its declaration of early closure of old nuclear plants as well as cancellation of plans for the construction of new plants. To this end, unit 1 of Kori Nuclear Power Plant was permanently shut down and is set for decommission. Based on these changes, the off-site transport of spent fuels from nuclear power plants has become a critical issue. The purpose of this study is to develop an optimized method for transportation of spent fuels from Kori Nuclear Power Plant's units 1, 2, 3, and 4 to an assumed interim storage facility by simulating the scenarios using the Flexsim software, which is widely used in logistics and manufacturing applications. The results of the simulation suggest that the optimized transport methods may contribute to the development of delivery schedule of spent fuels in the near future. Furthermore, these methods can be applied to decommissioning plan of nuclear power plants.

        Background: It`s well known that serum vitamin D level is reduced in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Serum vitamin D level affect by dietary intake, decreased sunlight exposure, or reduced 25(OH)D conversion from liver disease. However, there is no study for cause relations with vitamin defi ciency in NAFLD. We investigate to changes of serum vitamin D level through diet control and risk factors of serum vitamin D concentration. Methods: Ninety newly diagnosed NAFLD patients were enrolled. NAFLD was diagnosed by liver-spleen Hounsfi eld ratio and elevated liver enzyme. All patients received nutritional education for two months. Nutrition education was performed by the dietitians for every two weeks. five days food diary, abdominal CT scan, and blood chemistry were done at baseline and 8 week. Results: 82 patients complete diet education program among 90 patients. 64 patients (78.0%) reduced their body weight. 48 patients (58.5%) normalized their ALT levels. 49 patients (59.7%) increased liver-spleen Hounsfi eld unit. Baseline serum vitamin D level was 13.0ng/mL. Only 8 subjects (8.9%) had more than 20 ng /mL, and 29 patients (35.4%) had less than 10mg/mL. Although 57.7% of the patients decreased their vitamin D consumption, serum vitamin D level was signifi cantly increased (13.0ng/mL vs. 15.9ng/mL, p<0.001). Physical activity and sunlight exposure did not change during study period. Serum vitamin D level increased after weight reduction independent of dietary vitamin D intake, sunlight exposure, and physical activity. Conclusions: Weight loss through reducing total calorie intake increased serum vitamin D level in NAFLD patients independent of sunlight exposure, and physical activity.

        Recently, with government policy for new renewable energy expansion, many studies of ESS which are key component of Smart Grid have been conducted in developed countries. USA and Europe countries have developed many polices and schemes for invigorating ESS, but they are now developing in Korea and there is no metrics for economic benefits of ESS. Therefore, invigoration of ESS is very hard in Korea. In this paper, we proposed the effective method for economic analysis of ESS based on electricity pricing in Korea to invigorate energy storage system. We defined models of operating energy storage system and proposed the economic analysis method for each it to find the best one for economic analysis of energy storage system.

        On the Ensuring Safety and Reliability through the Application of ISO/PAS 21448 Analysis and STPA Methodology to Autonomous Vehicle

        Recently, the use of electric and electronic control systems is increasing in the automobile industry. This increase in the electric and electronic control system greatly increases the complexity of designing a vehicle, which leads to an increase in the malfunction of the system, and a safety problem due to the malfunction is becoming an issue. Based on IEC 61508 relating to the functional safety of electrical/electronic/programmable electronics, the ISO 26262 standard specific to the automotive sector was first established in 2011, and a revision was published in 2018. Malfunctions due to system failure are covered by ISO 26262, but ISO/PAS 21448 is proposed to deal with unintended malfunctions caused by changes in the surrounding environment. ISO 26262 sets out safety-related requirements for the entire life cycle. Functional safety analysis includes FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), and HAZOP (Hazard and Operability). These analysis have limitations in dealing with failures or errors caused by complex interrelationships because it is assumed that a failure or error affecting the risk occurs by a specific component. In order to overcome this limitation, it is necessary to apply the STPA (System Theoretic Process Analysis) technique.

        농학(농업곤충)과 공중위생학(위생곤충) 뿐만 아니라 최근 기초생명과학 분야에서 중요하게 여겨지는 곤충학 전공은 분류학, 생태학, 생리학, 독성학, 생명공학 등을 아우르는 종합 응용학문이라 판단된다. 이러한 다양한 연구 분야를 포함하는 곤충학 전공 학생들의 장래 직업선택에 있어서도 다양한 선택지가 있을 것이다. 대학원생에게 진로 선택은 크게 수학의 연장과 취업으로 구분될 수 있다. 수학 연장의 경우에는 국내 및 외국으로의 박사과정 혹은 박사후과정으로의 진학이 가능하며, 취업의 경우에는 공공분야(국가 연구소), 기업 및 대학 연구원으로의 지원이 가능할 것이다. 특히 박사학위 취득 후에는 추가로 교수직 지원 또한 가능하게 된다. 성공적인 진학 또는 취업을 위한 정보의 획득과 전략의 수립은 각각의 진로 방향성에 맞게 특화되어야 할 것으로 판단되며, 본 심포지엄에서 는 공공기관, 기업, 해외 및 국내교수직에 종사하고 있는 여러 선배 곤충학자들을 통해 그들의 경험과 정보를 공유하고, 성공적인 취업 준비에 대한 논의를 하고자 한다. 뿐만 아니라 해외 박사과정 및 박사후과정을 마친 선배들을 통해 해외로의 진학을 위한 구체적 정보, 일정 및 전락에 대해서도 논의하고자 한다.

      • Rheumatoid Arthritis and HLA Class II Genotypes in Korean

        To determine which HLA antigens are associated with rheumatoid arthritis in Korean, we studies the HLA class II genotypes in 40 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and 35 normal healthy persons by the two step polymerase chain reaction. At first we designed 20 pairs of group specific primers followed by the alleles which have the same nucleotide sequences in the exon 2 region. We performed amplification reaction with these 20 pairs of primers for 32 cycles. Recation products were electrophoresed and only specifically amplified products were reamplified for 15 cycles with total 76 pairs of allele specific primers. We typed the HLA class II genotypes with specific band patterns of each allele. The genotypes in patients were compared with those of normals. HLA-DR4 gave the highest relative risk for rheumatoid arthritis(RR=4), which was statistically significant(P<0.01). The frequency of HLA-DR4 was 75.0% in patient group and 42.9% in normal control group. Relative risk was also associated with HLA-DQw4 of DQB1 gene(RR=3.82), which was statistically significant(P<0.05). The frequency of HLA-DQw4 was 38.9% in patients group and 14.3% in normal control group. HLA-DR1 and DQw3 were not associated with rheumatoid arthritis(P>0.05), Among HLA-DR4 subtypes, the frequency of Dw14(0404) in patient group was relatively higher (19.2%) than that in normal control group(7.7%). The relative risk was high(2.85), although it was not statistically significant(P>0.05). From this study, HLA-DR4 was found to be highly associated while DRI was not associated with rheumatoid arthritis patients in Koreans.
