대학교수의 생활체육 참여와 직무만족의 관계

The purpose of this study was to examine relation of participation in sport for all and job satisfaction of professors. The subjects of the study were 119 professors who worked at "S" university located in seoul. A questionnaire was designed to measure relation of participation in sport for all and job satisfaction. The questionnaire consisted of three main sections: (a) sochi-demographic characteristics, (b) questions concerning participation in sport for all, (c) job satisfaction. The reliability coefficients of the questionnaire was .7549. The data were analysis with covariance analysis and multiple classification analysis. Results obtained from this research are as follows: 1. Participation in sport for all has positive effect on job satisfaction. 2. The degree (frequency, duration, intensity) of participation in sport for all has no effect on job satisfaction.

In rehabilitation programs involving muscle re-education and endurance exercise, it is necessary to confirm when fatigue occurs. It is also necessary to quantify fatigue, to confirm whether the muscle has been exercised sufficiently. In general, as fatigue occurs, the force-generating ability of the muscle is reduced. If the median frequency (MDF) obtained from electromyograrn (EMG) power spectrum is correlated highly with work, then the timing and degree of fatigue may be confirmed. This study examined the relationship between work and MDF obtained from the EMG power spectrum during repetitive isokinetic exercise. Surface EMG signals were collected from biceps brachii and vastus lateralis of 52 normal subjects (26 males, 26 females) at 120˚/sec and 60˚/sec while performing an isokinetic exercise. The exercise was finished at 25% of peak work. MDF data was obtained using a moving fast Fourier transformation (FPT), and random noise was removed using the inverse FPT, then a new MDF data was obtained from the main signal. There was a high correlation between work and MDF during repetitive isokinetic exercise in the biceps brachii and vastus lateralis of males and the biceps Brachii of temales (r=.50∼.77). However, there was a low correlation between work and MDF in the vastus lateralis of females (r=.06∼.19).

21세기 새로운 시대를 준비하는 원광대학교 의과대학의 교육목표 개정과정

교육목적은 대학의 교육이 지향하는 대전제이다. 그러므로 대학교육 목적과 목표가 어떤가에 따라 교육과정과 교육방법이 달라진다. 원광대학교 의과대학의 교육목표는, '지덕겸수'로 요약되는 '과학과 도학을 겸비한 전인교육'의 건학정신과 '학술탐구'와 '덕성함양'의 원광대학교 교육목표와 일치하게 현재까지 유지되었다. 그러나 현행 교육목표의 여러 문제점이 발견되었고, 시대상의 변화에 따라 원광대학교 의과대학에서도 사회적 변화 빛 의료인에 대한 시대적 요구에 걸맞은 의학교육의 목적 및 목표의 재설정 과정을 시작하게 되었다. 그 결과 개정 작업을 통해 새로운 교육목표를 설정하게 되었으며 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 1. 기본진료능력을 지닌 의사를 양성한다. 2. 원불교 교리 이념을 반영한 윤리적, 도덕적인 의사를 양성한다. 3. 평생 학습하는 연구하는 의사 혹은 의과학자를 양성한다. 4. 사회적 책무를 수행하는 리더십을 갖춘 의사를 양성한다. 5. 지역 사회에 공헌하는 봉사정신을 갖춘 의사를 양성한다. Purpose : With the changes to the medical environments and to the medical educational systems, we aimed to evaluate the current mission statement of the School of Medicine, Wonkwang University, and to revise it. Methods : To establish the new goal and mission statement, a Special Committee for the Revision of Medical School Mission and advisory group were organized in 2008. This special committee conducted through five steps of action, which are composed of investigation, education, development, surveillance of various opinions, and announcement. Results : For the development of new goal and mission, the revised, final goal and mission statements decided through the five steps of action. The new mission of Wonkwang University School of Medicine was as follows; 1. Doctor who can diagnose and treat easily 2. Ethical and moral doctor who practice Won Buddhism 3. Doctor or Medical Scholar who studies lifelong study 4. Doctor who has leadership to social responsibility 5. Doctor who goes into service to a local community. Conclusion : The authors expect that the new goal and mission of Wonkwang University School of Medicine would be helpful in giving the guideline on the educational process of medical school and will give the information to reform the medical school system according to the rapidly changing educational environment.

Whirl Fire와 Pool Fire의 화염 거동에 관한 연구

4-panel of Im height and 45cm width were fixed on the 40cmx40cm bottom plate and the opening of the panel comer was 5cm. Diameter of stainless vessel is 10em and its height is 2cm and it located at the center of the bottom plate. 78mL liquid fuel was filled in the vessel and its depth was lcm. Flame temperature was measured with K type thermocouple, and radiation heat of flame was measured with heat flux meter. Flame height and its behavior was visualized with video camera. and mass burning rate was measured by fuel combustion time. According to the development of fire, flame swirling was begin. From the experiment the mass burning rate was larger and the height of flame was higher than the usual pool fire flame. Flame temperature and heat flux also increased far more than the pool fire. Consequently the swirling air flow through the openings between the panel and thermal buoyance contribute to increase of heat release rate, flame length and mass burning rate.

땅콩 협실(莢實) 발육과 내생(內生) Cytokinin 함량과의 관계

땅콩의 결협율 향상과 화기내 Cytokinin함량과의 관계를 검토분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 화기의 착생위치별로는 1차분지에서는 저위분지, 자엽절 분지에서는 기부절(제1-2절)에서 Cytokinin함량이 높았다. 화기의 채취시기별 화기내 Cytokinin함량은 분지종류 및 분지위치에 관계없이 DAF 7, DAF 10, 개화당일의 順이었다. 2. 低位節(제1-2절) 절제시 頂部節(제5-6절) 화기내 Cytokinin함량은 DAF 7과 DAF 14구가 무절제구보다 각각 112, 337% 높았다. 3. 主莖 出液중 Cytokinin함량은 화기내 Cytokinin보다 월등히 높았다. 4. 자엽절분지에서 결협율은 화기내 Cytokinin 함량과 밀접한 관계를 보였다. Contents of cytokinin of cotyledon branch and first branch among primary branches were higher than those of other branches. Contents of cytokinin of basal part (first and second nod) of primary branches were higher than those of upper nod (fifth and sixth nod). Contents of cytokinin of floral instrument with days after flowering were high at DAF 7, DAF 14, DAF 0 orderly irrespective of kinds of branch and position of nod. Contents of cytokinin of upper nodal part with removing the lower nodal part (first-fourth nod) were high by 112-337% at DAF 7 and DAF 14 compared with those of the control plot. Contents of cytokinin of an extract from cutting site of main stem were much more than those of floral instruments. Pod-setting ratio of flowers versus flower position on the cotyledon branch was closely related with the cytokinin contents of floral instruments.

상부요로계감염 환자에서 Gallium-67 Citrate 스캔 및 Tc-99m Dimercaptosuccinic Acid(DMSA)스캔의 임상적 의의

It is often not certain whether the focal defect of renal cortex of Tc-99m Dimercaptosuccinic acid(DMSA) renal scan in patients with acute pyelonephritis means the cortical scar by previous inflammation or recent active inflammatory lesion. Gallium-67 citrate(Ga-67) also has been known to be accumulated at the active inflammatory lesion. In order to evaluate the usefulness of the Ga67 and Tc-99m DMSA renal scan in patients with acute pyelonephritis, we reviewed the results of both study and clinical findings. Nintecn patients with typical clinical findings of acute pyelonephritis and admitted to our institute from Jan. 1998 to Nov. 1998 were included in this study. Tc-99m DMSA and Ga-67 scan were performed mean 3.3 and 7.3 days after admission. Eleven of 19 patients (57.9%) showed abnormally increased focal renal uptake on the Gallium-67 citrate scan and 14 of 19 patients(73.7%) had a cortical defect on the kidneys in Tc-99m DMSA scan. Seven(36.8%) patients had an abnormality in both study. Seven(36.8%) patients had an abnormality only in Tc-99m DMSA scan and 4 (21.1%) patients had an abnormality only in Ga-67 scan. Of 7 patients who had an abnormality on both scan, 5 patients had. an abnormality at same region in both scan and 2 patients had an abnormality at the different sites on the kidneys. With the above results, we speculate that Ga-67 scan and Tc-99m DMSA scan play a complementary role in the patients with upper urinary tract infection.

우리나라 국제체육행정의 현황과 개선방향

The purpose of this study was examined status and wrongs of international sports administration of south korea and proposed improvemental directions. Domains of international sports administration were sports cooperation among nations and international corporation, helding and participation in international events, sports interaction between south korea and north korea. 1. In sports cooperation among nations and international corporation history of sports interaction was short and the number of treatment of sports interaction between south korea and other nations were 19. The number of treatment of sports interaction between KOC and other nation olympic committees were 33. Since L.A. olympic records of olympic games of south korea have been over tenth and as for asian game since first game records of south korea have been upper level but status of south korea in international corporation was lower. The number of athletics and men of interaction were a few. 2. In helding and participation in international sports events participating in sports events was appropriate but in helding international sports events need considering validity of politic, economic, etc. 3. In sports interaction between south korea and north korea roles of sports was loosing of tension and helping uniting of south korea and north korea and reinforcing ties of korean dwelling in out of korea.

알코올 의존 환자의 MMPI 특성 : 임상 척도와 내용 척도를 중심으로

본 연구는 군집 분석을 이용하여 알코올 의존 환자의 MMPI 임상척도와 내용 척도의 특성을 알아보았다. 연구 결과, 60명의 남자 알코올 의존 환자들은 2개의 하위 유형으로 분류되었다. 첫 번째 집단은 모든 척도가 T 점수 45 ~ 55 범위에 있는 정상 유형이었고(n=40, 66.6%), 두번째 집단은 MMPI 타당도 척도의 L, F, K 가 역전된 V형이며 임상 척도는 6-8 유형을 보였다(n=20, 33.4%). 내용 척도에서도 두 집단간에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었는데, 첫 번째 집단은 프로파일이 정상범위에 속했으며, 두 번째 집단은 ANX, FRS, OBS, HEA, BIZ, ANG, HYP, LSE, SOD, TRT 척도의 T 점수가 첫 번째 하위 유형에 비해 의미있게 상승하였다. 본 연구는 MMPI 임상 척도와 내용 척도가 알코올 의존 환자의 임상적인 진단과 연구에 도움이 된다는 것을 시사한다. This study was to investigate the characteristics of MMPI clinical and content scales on patients with alcohol dependence by using cluster analysis. As a result, the 60 male patients with alcohol dependence were classified into two subtypes. The MMPI profile of first subtype was within normal range, 45~55 of T score(n=40, 66.6%), second subtype had the inverted V shape validity scales and 6-8 clinical scale profile(n=20, 33.4%). The content scale was statistically significant difference between two groups. First subtype was within normal range, second subtype had more elevated T score of ANX, FRS, OBS, HEA, BIZ, ANG, HYP, LSE, SOD, and TRT scale. This study suggest that the MMPI clinical and content scale can be helpful and applicable to clinical diagnosis and research in patients with alcohol dependence.

무전해 Ni-Cu-B 도금속도에 미치는 도금욕 조성과 도금조건의 영향

Using several complexing agents, plating rate and plating condition of electroless Ni-Cu-B plating have been studied. The result obtained from this experiment summarized as follow: It was found that the optimum bath composition consisted of 0.1M nickel sulfate, 0.02M copper sulfate, 0.07M DMAB as reducing agent and 0.15M malic acid as complexing agent, whereas the bath of pH 8 adjusted by ammonia solution and 70℃of bath temperature gave good result. The activation energy between 40℃ and 70℃ was calculated to be 34.8 kj/mole for deposition. Plating reaction had been ceased by increase of temperature above 90℃, pH higher than 8 and under 4. Deposited surface became worse in case of the increase of bath temperature above 80℃.
