        COVID-19 환자를 간호한 간호사의 외상 후 성장 영향요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that affect the posttraumatic growth (PTG) among nurses caring for patients with COVID-19. Methods: The subjects of this study were 194 nurses working at COVID-19 designated hospital who had experience in providing direct care for patients with COVID-19. Data were collected in November 2020 using self-administered questionnaires. Results: Deliberate rumination(β =.51, p<.001), calling (β=.20, p=.001), and religion (β=.11, p=.023) were found to affect the PTG of the subjects. Conclusion: The findings of this study demonstrate that it is necessary to develop intervention programs and policies to enhance deliberate rumination and calling in order to promote PTG among nurses providing care for patients with emerging infectious diseases.

      • Correlation of preoperative biomarkers with severity of adhesion in endometriosis

        Objective: This study was undertaken to evaluate the preoperative correlation of serum markers and pelvic adhesions in endometriosis patients, and to explore their clinical value for prediction. Methods: A total of 152 women who underwent surgery for endometriosis were reviewed retrospectively. Preoperative basic serum laboratory test and CA 125 were analyzed, and the adhesion score calculated. The group with less than 28 points was defined as a mild adhesion group, and a score of 28 or more as a severe adhesion group. Results: CA 125 was significantly higher in severe adhesion group than mild adhesion group (P = 0.003). The statistically significant risk factors for adhesion were CA 125 35 U/mL (OR [odds ratio], 5.362; 95% CI [confidence interval], 2.519 - 11.415; P < 0.001), size of largest cyst 5 cm (OR, 2.626; 95% CI, 1.104 - 6.241; P = 0.029), and WBC 5,680 /L (OR, 2.279; 95% CI, 1.025 - 5.065; P = 0.043). The adhesion score was significantly higher in the CA 125 35 U/mL group than the CA 125 < 35 U/mL group (P < 0.001). Conclusion: CA 125, size of largest cyst and WBC are associated with pelvic adhesions. In particular, CA 125 was the most significant factor. Patients with preoperative CA 125 higher than 35 U/mL are at high risk for pelvic adhesion.

        일반고, 자율고, 특목고 입학생의 고등학교 진학 결정 영향 요인 탐색

        본 연구는 일반고, 자율고, 특목고 입학에 입학생의 개인, 가정, 학교, 지역사회 특성 변인이 미친 영향력을 확인하였다. 이를 위해 한국아동ㆍ청소년패널조사 중1패널의 데이터를 활용하여, 다항로지스틱회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 진학한 고등학교 유형에 따라 유의미한 영향을 미치는 변인이 다른 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 일반고 대비 자율고 진학에는 가정, 학교, 지역사회 특성의 하위 변인(모의 학력, 가정의 연간소득, 월평균 방과후 교육비, 학교 평균 SES, 중학교 소재지, 재정자립도, 사설학원 수)이 유의미하게 영향을 미쳤으나, 특목고 진학에는 가정 특성의 하위 변인(형제자매유무, 모의 학력, 가정의 연간소득, 월평균 방과후 교육비)만이 유의미하게 영향을 미쳤다. This study confirmed the influence of individual, family, school, and community characteristics on general high school, autonomous high school, and special purpose high school entrance. To verify this, multinomial logistic regression analysis was performed using KCYPS data. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that statistically significant variables differ depending on the type of high school. The sub-variables of family, school, and community characteristics(mother's academic background, family's annual income, average after school educational expenses, middle school average SES, middle school location, financial self-sufficiency, number of private educational institutes) had a significant effect on entering autonomous high school compared to general high schools. And only the sub-variables of family characteristics(existance/non-existance of siblings, mother's academic background, family's annual income, average after school educational expenses) had a significantly effect on admission to special purpose high schools.

        As the number of lithium-ion batteries discarded at the end of their lifespan increases, interest in ways to recycle them is increasing. In this paper, an experiment was conducted to recover cathode active materials from spent lithium-ion batteries using solvents as part of direct recycling, and the electrochemical properties of the cathode active materials recovered for each solvent were reported. The experimental results suggest the possibility of recycling the recovered cathode active materials.

      • 딥러닝 기반 이미지 인식 기술을 활용한 영어 학습 애플리케이션 개발

        본 논문에서는 사용자의 주변사물을 인식하여 영단어로 알려줌으로써 사용자가 실생활에서 영단어를 능동적으로 학습할 수 있도록 돕는 애플리케이션을 개발한다. 본 애플리케이션은 사용자가 카메라로 촬영하거나 사진첩에서 선택한 이미지를 인식하여 사진 속 물체의 영어 단어와 한국어 뜻을 알려주며, 단어의 발음 또한 확인할 수 있고, 직접 단어장에 저장하여 다시 학습할 수 있도록 한다. 이를 위해 TensorFlow를 활용한 딥러닝 기반 이미지 인식 기술을 사용하였으며, 추후 TensorFlow를 통하여 모델을 추가적으로 훈련시킴으로써 이미지 인식의 정확도를 높일 수 있다. 그 오I 영어-한국어 번역, 텍스트-음성 변환 등 부가 기능을 통해 사용자가 다양한 방식으로 영단어를 학습할 수 있도록 한다.

        MicroRNA-26a/-26b-COX-2-MIP-2 Loop Regulates Allergic Inflammation and Allergic Inflammation-promoted Enhanced Tumorigenic and Metastatic Potential of Cancer Cells

        <P>Cyclooxgenase-2 (COX-2) knock-out mouse experiments showed that COX-2 was necessary for <I>in vivo</I> allergic inflammation, such as passive cutaneous anaphylaxis, passive systemic anaphylaxis, and triphasic cutaneous allergic reaction. TargetScan analysis predicted COX-2 as a target of miR-26a and miR-26b. miR-26a/-26b decreased luciferase activity associated with COX-2–3′-UTR. miR-26a/-26b exerted negative effects on the features of <I>in vitro</I> and <I>in vivo</I> allergic inflammation by targeting COX-2. ChIP assays showed the binding of HDAC3 and SNAIL, but not COX-2, to the promoter sequences of miR-26a and miR-26b. Cytokine array analysis showed that the induction of chemokines, such as MIP-2, in the mouse passive systemic anaphylaxis model occurred in a COX-2-dependent manner. ChIP assays showed the binding of HDAC3 and COX-2 to the promoter sequences of MIP-2. <I>In vitro</I> and <I>in vivo</I> allergic inflammation was accompanied by the increased expression of MIP-2. miR-26a/-26b negatively regulated the expression of MIP-2. Allergic inflammation enhanced the tumorigenic and metastatic potential of cancer cells and induced positive feedback involving cancer cells and stromal cells, such as mast cells, macrophages, and endothelial cells. miR-26a mimic and miR-26b mimic negatively regulated the positive feedback between cancer cells and stromal cells and the positive feedback among stromal cells. miR-26a/-26b negatively regulated the enhanced tumorigenic potential by allergic inflammation. COX-2 was necessary for the enhanced metastatic potential of cancer cells by allergic inflammation. Taken together, our results indicate that the miR26a/-26b-COX-2-MIP-2 loop regulates allergic inflammation and the feedback relationship between allergic inflammation and the enhanced tumorigenic and metastatic potential.</P>

        영재교육진흥종합계획 시기별 <영재교육연구> 연구동향 분석

        this study, we analyzed trends in the study of gifted education in Korea during the last 15 years from the year 2003 when the first master plan for the promotion of gifted and talented education was implemented to the end of the third master plan for the promotion of gifted and talented education in 2017. Total 515 research papers were collected and analyzed based on the 4 basic categories: research subject, topic, field, and method, and the results were additionally classified into sub-categories. In addition, research trends were analyzed by period from 2003 to 2007, from 2008 to 2012, and from 2013 to 2017, depending on the first, second and third master plan for the promotion of gifted and talented education. The results are as follows. In 2003-2007, the research on learner was the most conducted, and the research on development of gifted education programs was accounted for more than two-thirds of research topics. Regarding research area, more than half of the research were concentrated on the mathematics and science area, and 38.5% of the research were the general area. In addition, quantitative research-nonexperimental research and research methods were most frequently used. In 2008-2012, as the teacher observation recommendation was initiated, a number of related research were carried out and the research on the general giftedness as well as the field specific giftedness was conducted. However, more than half of the research were still conducted in the mathematics and science area. Quantitative and nonexperimental research were mostly used, but the proportion of qualitative research was also increased. Finally, in 2013-2017, the research on giftedness was expanded to music, art, and invention area, and the research on teacher observation recommendation was actively conducted. In addition, the research on curriculum and instructional model were conducted from a macro perspective as well as course development and application. Based on the results, the needed research areas and contents for better education were discussed. 본 연구에서는 1차 영재교육진흥종합계획이 시행된 2003년부터 3차 영재교육진흥종합계획이 종료된 2017년까지의 최근 15년 국내 영재교육 연구동향을 시기별로 분석함으로써 영재교육진흥법 시행 이후 현재까지 이루어진 관련 연구 양상을 파악해 보고자 하였다. 분석대상 논문은 2003~2017년 간의 ‘영재교육연구’ 학술지 논문 총 515편이었으며, 연구 논문의 기본 요소인 연구대상, 연구주제, 연구영역(교과), 및 연구방법 등의 4개 대분류에 따라 일차적으로 분류하였고, 각 대분류에 따라 하위 및 세부 변인별로 분류, 분석하였다. 또한, 1차, 2차, 3차 영재교육진흥종합계획 시기에 따라 2003~2007년, 2008~2012년, 2013~2017년으로 시기를 구분하여 위의 각 분류틀에 대한 내용을 시기별로 분석하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 2003~2007년에는 학습자 대상 연구가 집중적으로 이루어졌으며 영재교육 프로그램을 개발, 적용하는 연구가 교육과정, 프로그램 관련 주제의 2/3 이상을 차지했다. 연구영역으로는 수학 및 과학 영역이 절반 이상이었고, 영역일반 연구가 38.5% 비율로 수행되었으며, 양적연구-비실험연구 및 조사연구 방법을 활용한 연구가 가장 많았다. 2008~2012년에는 교사관찰추천제가 시작됨에 따라 관련 연구가 다수 수행되었고, 특정 분야 영재성뿐만 아니라 영역 일반적 영재성에 대한 연구도 수행되었으나, 수학 및 과학영역 연구가 여전히 높은 비율로 이루어졌다. 양적연구-비실험연구가 가장 활발히 이루어졌으나 질적연구의 비율도 증가하였다. 마지막으로 2013~2017년에는 영재성 연구 영역이 다소 확대되어 음악, 미술, 발명분야에 대한 연구가 수행되었고 교사관찰추천제 관련 연구도 활발히 수행되었다. 또한, 수업개발, 적용 뿐 아니라 거시적 관점에서 교육과정 및 수업모형 연구가 이루어졌다. 이와 같은 분석 결과를 바탕으로 효과적인 영재교육 지원을 위해 추가적으로 필요한 연구의 방향 및 내용에 대한 논의가 이루어졌다.
