      • 韓國弓道選手들의 體格 및 體力에 關한 硏究 : 國家代表 및 體育大 選手들을 中心으로

        The autors have an observation study on physical characteristic and fitness were determined in forty-two competitors of archery(31 of male and 11 of female), who are Korean national archer's and archer's of Korean National College of Physical Education. The results are summarized as follows: (1) Male and female competitors of archery of physique stage were as obesity in regard to standard body composition of the other athletes. (2) Mascular strength of competitors of archery was when compared those of data were excellent than those of Korean youth. And there was statistically significant difference of lifting power between archer's and shooter's, when compared those of data of archer's was excellent than those of shooter's. (3) Comparison of agility, flexibility and power(motor function) score were not differences between competitors of Korean national archery and college archer's, when compared those of data was good than those of other athletes.

      • 중국, 한국, 조선족 중고등학생의 학교따돌림 피해실태에 대한 비교연구

        This study was attempted to compare the aspects of victims including incidence rate of bullying victims, type of bullying and period and place of bullying for the past one year among Chinese, Korean and Korean-Chinese juveniles of 605, 683 and 617, respectively. Investigation with the self-administered questionnaire was conducted, which was for Korean, Chinese and Korean-Chinese junior high and high school students(12 schools in total of each 2 junior high schools and each 2 high schools) in Seoul and Yanbian between Oct. 2001 and Mar. 2002. Findings of this study are as follows: The definite characteristics of Korean victims were found: Generally, they showed low incidence rate of bullying victims but they showed more "alienated follower type" bullying, more period and frequency of bullying, and more collective bullying than Chinese and Korean-Chinese students. Also, they showed more severe psychological pain and lethargy - a state of sluggishness when other students are bullied - compared to Chinese and Korean-Chinese students. The other side, most of Korean-Chinese victims replied "They wanted revenge" as a feeling after being bullied like Korean victims but significant numbers of them replied "They endured" as a coping method, suggesting their psychological pain. On the other hand, Korean-Chinese students showed more bullying victims "outside the school" than Korean and Chinese students, suggesting difficulty in intervention. It is concluded that comparative studies on individual conditions and cultural characteristics of the victims are further needed in order to make the above-mentioned differences clear.

      • Aluminium板의 環境破壞에 關한 基礎的 硏究

        It is known that the most of Enviroment Assisted Fracture affected remarkably by the various environmental effect are brittle fracture, and that the above field is very wide. In this paper, Environment Assisted Fracture is discussed from the view point of fracture mechanics. Aluminium and SUS304 Stainless Steel in solutions of several percentage of MgCl₂(10%, 15%, 20%) at the temperature(60℃±3℃)is investigated according to the crack growth, and the value of K is compared with the K obtained by the changes of deflection according to the crack growth. THe results of the experiment is summarized as following 1)The tendency of crack growth as time goes by is shown as 4 region in both materials. 2)The experimental value of K of SUS304 Stainless Steel is same as the calculated value from the variation of the compliance according to crack growth, but not in Aluminium.

      • 비냉각 적외선 감지기용 비나듐 산화막의 전기전도기구

        Thin films of vanadium oxide(VO_(x)) have been deposited by r.f. magnetron sputtering from V_(2)O_(5) target in gas mixture of argon and oxygen. The oxygen/(oxygen+argon) partial pressure ratio is changed from 0% to 8%. Crystal structure, chemical composition and electrical properties of films sputter-deposited under different oxygen gas pressures have been characterized through XRD, AES, RBS and electrical conductivity measurements. All the films prepared below 8% O_(2) are amorphous, and those prepared without oxygen are gray indicating the presence of V_(2)O_(4) phase in the films. In order to measure the current-voltage characteristics and temperature dependence of conductance, devices of A1/VO_(x)/A1 sandwich structure have been fabricated. I-V characteristics are distinguished between linear and nonlinear region. In the low field region the conduction is due to Schottky emission, while at high field it changes to Fowler-Nordheim tunneling type conduction. The conductivity measurements have shown an Arrhenius dependence of the conductivity on the temperature.

      • 만성 심부전 환자에서의 Denopamine 투여효과

        만성 심부전 환자에게 새로운 경구용 비 digitalis 강심제인 denopamine 1T(5mg)을 1일 3회 3개월간 투여하여 그 유효성 및 안전성을 검토했다. Background : Patients with congestive heart failure have a high mortality rate and are also hospitalized frequently. We studied the effects of a new oral inotrophic agent, denopamine in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods : 16 patients receiving conventional treatments for heart failure were treat ed with denopamine 5mg tad for at shortest 3 months. Their history were taken and the physical examination, general laboratory test and the echocardiographic examination were done before and after treatment. Results: There were 3 deaths and 1 withdrawal because of worsening heart failure. 5 patients (42%) among 12 patients showed the improvement in their subjective symptoms. The fractional shortening and ejection fraction of the left ventricle were increased by 3.2% and 5.6% respectively in their absolute values. Conclusion : The addition of denopamine to conventional therapy considerably improved the subjective symptoms and the left ventricular function in the limited number of patients with chronic heart failure.

        김미료 소재로서 Di-D-Fructofuranose Dianhydride3의 물리 및 생리적 특성

        충치 원인균인 Streptococcus mutans와 유용 장내 세균인 각종 Bifidus 균주 증식에 미치는 di-D-fructofuranose dianhydrideIII(DFAIII)의 효과를 조사 분석하여 DFAIII의 생리 효과를 간접적으로 분석하였다. DFAIII는 Arthrobacter sp. A-6 토양 분리균이 생산하는 inulin fructotransferase(depolymerizing)을 이용, inulin을 분해하여 다량 생산한 다음 gel filtration 과정을 거쳐 순수 분리 정제하였다. 정제 DFAIII는 pH 2.5, 130℃에서 15분 가열 처리에 의해 약 35%의 분해율을 보이는 반면 sucrose는 완전히 분해되었으며, pH 5.5, 140℃ 처리 조건에서는 거의 분해되지 않는 매우 높은 열 안정성을 나타내었다. 또한 충치 유발의 중요 기준이 될 수 있는 S. mutans 증식 효과도 fructose와 sucrose는 물론이고 시판 올리고당보다도 훨씬 낮았다. 반면, Bifidus 균에 대한 증식 효과는 균주에 따라 다소의 차이는 있었으나 증식을 전혀 보이지 않았던 E. coli에 비해 뚜렷한 증식 촉진효과를 나타내었다. BL 배지에서의 Bifidus longum과 E. coli의 혼합 배양에 있어서도 Bifidus longum의 경우에서는 선택적으로 뚜렷한 증식 촉진 효과를 보였으나 E. coli의 증식은 오히려 억제됨을 확인하였다. 이상의 실험 결과를 종합 분석해 본 결과 DFAIII는 매우 우수한 생리 효과를 기대할 수 있는 감미료 소재중의 하나인 것으로 평가되었다. Some physical and physiological properties of di-D-fructofuranose dianhydrideIII(DFAIII), as a new sweetener, were investigated via in vitro experiments. The disaccharide was prepared by decomposing inulin with inulin fructotransferase(depolymerizing) from Arthrobacter sp. A-6. DFAIII had more excellent heat and acid stability than sucrose. This was one of the most desirable properties especially for the oligomer types of sweetener. DFAIII showed the least pH drop in the Streptococcus mutans culture, compared with the other saccharides examined. This indicates that the sugar will be fairly effective for prevenreas, E. coli did not show growth promotion in the DFAIII-containing medium. In the co-culture of Bifidus longum and E. coli in the BL medium, Bifidus longum had a selective growth while the growth of E. coli appeared rather to be inhibited.

        The effects of the material properties of thermal curtains upon reduction of the greenhouse heat loss were studied. A theoretical analysis procedure with equations and computer programs was developed to estimate them by using energy balance principles. Curtain effectiveness for every three kinds pf value level of the material properties were studied and compared. The results of this study would be useful for the developent and management of greenhouse thermal curtains.

        Biodegradable retinal fixation devices obtain mechnical fixation of the retina with desirable chorioretinal scarring and with the potential for local, sustained release of antimetabolites and steroids to inhibit proliferative vitreoretinopathy. We manufactured a biodegradable retinal tack with barb that was designed in order to prevent intrusion from implantation of retinal tacks. This study was carried to evaluate the efficacy for retinal fixation and the capability for sustained release of drugs with a newly designed biodegradable retinal tack Biodegradable retinal tacks were made of polymers of glycolic acids and were designed with barbs in a shape to prevent the disinsertion. Biodegradale retinal tacks are divided into 3 parts, a conical portion that is inserted into the sclera, a cylinder portion that remains in the vitreous, and a neck portion between the pin and the cylinder. The tapered conical end was manufactured to allow easy insertion through the retina and choroid into the sclera. A cylinder portion was manufactured with a tapered angle that fixes firmly into the orifice of 19 gauge spinal needle. A neck portion, 0.4 mm in diameter, was designed to prevent disinsertion from following implantation of retinal tack. The applicator was a 19 gauge spinal needle and its orifice was prepared to 15°angle to accept the tapered cylinder portion of the retinal tack. The retinal tacks, secured in the needles, were passed through the formed vitreous and inserted into the retina, choroid, and sclera and were released by pushing the internal needle, usually within 2-3mm of the medullary ray of the posterior rabbit retina A retinal tack was placed in each of 8 pigmented rabbit eyes. Slit-lamp biomicroscopy, indirect ophthalmoscopy and fundus photography were performed periodically from 1 day to 8 weeks after surgery. Eight eyes were enucleated and studied by light microscopy at 8 weeks. Biomicroscopic evaluation of the animals revealed edemas adjacent to the retinal surfaces immediately after insertion of the biodegradable retinal tacks in all the animals. These edemas disappeared after 1 week. The first noticeable change in the size of retinal tacks was shown after 2weeks. The size of the retinal tacks gradually got smaller, decreasing to about one-half at 4 weeks and about one-third at 8 weeks. All retinal tacks remained in inserted places without any movement for an 8 week period. On light microscopy, epiretinal proliferations were seen to extend into the vitreous cavity. Cellular capsules that lined the inner aspect of the scleral defect caused by tack insertion were found. However the adjacent retina had a normal cytologic appearance and architecture in all specimens. We manufactured a biodegradable retinal tack that is designed to prevent intrusion from implantation of retinal tacks. All biodegradable retinal tacks reduce in size with time, but no retinal tacks extruded from the inserted place. The newly designed biodegradable retinal tack can be used for retinal fixation and may be used as a vehicle for the introduction of pharmacologic agents to prevent the cellular events that promote proliferative vitreoretinopathy.

      • T형 합성보의 스터드 쉬어 콘넥더의 내력에 관한 연구

        This study summarizes the results of tests on 18 Two-slab push out specimens. The main purpose of the investigation was to evaluate the capacity and behavior of stud shear connectors embedded in the normal concrete(F_c=173∼295㎏/㎠). Two different diameters(Φ16mm,Φ13mm) of steel shear connectors welded on T-shpaed steel were used for push out specimens. The following conclusions were drawn from this study. 1. The shear strength(q_u) of stud shear connectors embedded in concrete was influenced by the cross sectional area of the steel shear connector(A_s), concrete design strength(F_c) and elastic modulus of the concrete(E_c). The emperical function described the test results. q_u = 0.3A_s√FcEc 2. The maximum loads in this study were reached at slips varing from 1.5mm to 4.0mm 3. The webs of T-shaped steels welded by the steel shear connectors were safe under t≥d/2. Where t is the thickness of the webs, d, the diameter of stud shear connector.

      • 저항방사열계 적외선 감지기 제조를 우한 바나듐 산화막의 전기적 특성 및 유전 특성

        For fabrication of bolometric infrared detector, thin films of vanadium oxide(VO_x) was deposited by r.f. magnetron sputtering from V_2O_2 target in 10% gas mixture of argon and oxygen, and in-situ annealed in vacuum with different temperatures and times. Crystal structure and surface morphology of films were characterized through XRD and SEM. In order to measure the current-voltage characteristics, temperature dependence of conductance, and dielectric properties of vanadium oxide, Al/VO_x/Al sandwich devices structure was adopted. The films prepared below 200℃ were amorphous, and those prepared above 300℃ were polycrystalline. Above 3×10^4V/cm conduction of vanadium oxide is limited by space charge formed near eletrode. Conduction mechanisms above 10^5V/cm are due to Schottky emission and Fowler-Nordheim tunneling effects. Resistance and capacitance of grain boundary are decreased with increasing annealing temperature. Oxygen vacancy is related to the localized state and non-stoichiomeric of vanadium oxide.
