The purpose of the current study is to specify the nature of Korean dance by clarifying the dynamic contemplative norm inherent in the aesthetic structure of Korean dance. The traditional styles of Korean dance conveyed a universal aesthetic view and the cognitive systems developed through dynamics have solidified the aesthetic structure of Korean dance to define the awareness of aesthetic truth. The aesthetic structure of Korean dance can be discussed in terms of the spiritual, emotional, and active structural systems. The spiritual structure is identified as the ‘spirit of dance’ where the concept of Oneness of Heaven and Men in the Book of Changes underlies as the nature of Korean dance. The emotional structure is the orientation of body and mind. The mind reflects the abstract spirit and its emotion is expressed through the body to convey the contents of dance. The active structure embodies the natural meaning of mind through the circulating process of generation and extinction of breaths. The dynamic contemplative norm inherent in the aesthetic structure is threefold: first, the contemplative norm of ‘the law of heaven, earth, and men’ explains the law of universe and nature and specifies the natural principle of Korean dance as a ‘metaphysical law’ to conceptualize the property of space through the generation and change of universe and humankind. Second, the contemplative norm of ‘law of change’ is specified in terms of time and space in the phrase, ‘the law of one ying and one yang,’ and interprets the law of Yixue in terms of time and space. Third, the contemplative norm of ‘law of sun and moon’ is specified in terms of time in the phrase, ‘endlessly created universe’ and clarifies the property of time through yin and yang, the law of universe. 이 연구는 한국춤의 심미구조에 내재된 역학적 사유규범을 밝힘으로써 한국춤의 본질을 확고히 하는 데 목적이 있다. 한국춤의 전통적인 양식에는 보편인 심미관이 있는데, 특히 역학으로부터 형성된 인식체계는 한국춤의 심미적 구조체계를 견고히 하여 미의 진리에 대한 의식을 규정하였다한국춤의 심미구조는 정신구조, 감정구조, 동작구조 체계로 살펴볼 수 있다. 정신구조는 『주역』에서 논의하는 ‘천인합일’의 이념이 한국춤의 근본을 이루는 ‘춤의 정신’으로서 파악한다. 감정구조는 몸과 마음의 작용으로, 마음은 추상적인 정신이 반영된 것으로 감정이 구체적인 몸으로 드러나 춤의 내용을 담는 것으로 파악한다. 동작구조는 호흡의 생성과 소멸이 반복되는 순환과정에서 마음의 본질적 의미를 형상화한 것으로 파악한다. 이러한 심미구조에 내재된 역학적 사유규범은 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘삼재지도(三才之道)’의 사유규범은 천지자연의 이치를 설명한 것으로 천지와 인간의 생성⋅변화를 관통하는 역리로서 규정, 이는 ‘형이상(形而上)의 원리’로서 한국춤의 근본원리를 규정, 공간성을 개념화한 것이다. 둘째, ‘변화지도(變化之道)’의 사유규범은 ‘일음일양지위도(一陰一陽之謂道)’라는 구절에서 시⋅공간적으로 규정, 시⋅공간적 관점에서 역도(易道)를 해석한 것이다. 셋째, ‘일월지도(日月之道)’의 사유규범은 ‘생생지위역(生生之謂易)’이라는 구절에서 시간적으로 규정된 것으로, 천도인 음양을 통해서 시간성을 밝힌 것이다.

The purpose of this article is to provide understanding of Japan’s coalition politics, especially LDP-Komeito election cooperation. It first reviews LDP’s incentives in forming a coalition cabinet, and then discuss why LDP and Komeito are motivated to cooperate. Then , the authors apply electoral data to analyze the practical effects of LDP-Komeito cooperation. The Liberal-Democratic Party(LDP) and the Komeito have maintained their partnership to date. The time and significance of LDP-Komeito cooperation are remarkable in Japanese politics. Since there are differences between the two electoral systems, coalition patterns of LDP-Komeito in the two chambers differ as well. First of all, House of Representatives adopts “The Mixed System of Single-Member and Proportional-Representation Districts.” In some parts of single-member districts, LDP and Komeito negotiate with each other and decide not to nominate individual candidate in the same voting precincts. Moreover, they even require their supporters to cast ballots for candidates nominated by the other party. In proportional-representation districts, although two parties provide their own party-lists respectively, LDP voluntarily requires their firm supporters to vote for those on the party-list that Komeito presents. House of Councilors adopts the “Mixed System of Multi-Member and Proportional-Representation Districts.” In parts of proportional- representation districts, LDP and Komeito do not align but nominate candidates respectively. When a district is larger than two, Komeito nominates a candidate to “compete and coexist” with LDP. However, in a district with only one or two Councilors-elect, Komeito will give precedence to LDP. 이 글은 55년체제 이후 일상화된 일본의 연합정치를 이해하는 데 일차적인 목적을 가지고 있다. 연합정치 중에서도 선거 이전의 선거연합에 초점을 두고 연합의 목적, 내용, 그리고 방법을 구체적으로 고찰하고자 한다. 그런데 일본은 중의원과 참의원으로 구성된 양원제 국가이기 때문에, 의회 선거는 중의원 선거와 참의원 선거로 나눠진다. 중의원은 소선거구와 비례대표 병립제라는 혼합제 선거제도로, 참의원은 1명에서 5명을 선출하는 소-중선거구제와 전국 단위의 비례대표제가 결합된 혼합제 선거제도로 실시한다. 중, 참의원 선거제도가 다르기 때문에 선거연합의 목적과 방법도 다르게 나타날 것이란 기본적인 가정에 입각해서, 자민당과 공명당의 선거협력을 구체적인 선거결과의 분석을 통해서 고찰하였다. 자민당과 공명당의 선거협력은 중의원 선거에서는 “선거구는 자민당, 비례대표는 공명당” 기본 전략과는 달리 자민당이나 공명당 모두 소선거구에서 이익을 보았으며, 비례대표에서 공명당의 이익은 그리 크지 않았다. 중의원 선거협력은 선거연합의 실질적인 이익에 기초하여 진전되었으며, 자민당과 공명당 모두 선거연합의 필요성을 공유하였다. 참의원 선거에서 자공 선거협력은 1-2인 선거구에서 자민당 후보에 대한 공명당 지지자들의 일방적인 지원만이 요구되었으며, 3-5인 선거구에서는 자민당과 공명당은 협력하지 않고 경쟁하였으며, 비례대표에서의 선거협력은 없었다. 따라서 참의원의 자공연합은 선거협력보다는 연립내각 구성이라는 통치연합의 이익에 기반하고 있으며, 자민당은 선거에서 이익을 공명당은 연립내각에의 참여에서 효과를 기대하였다.

Japanese long stagnation in 1990s has been resulted from the non-performing loans problem, its policy failures, the East Asian Financial Crises, and the deepening of deflation. Delays in the disposal of non-performing loans prolonged deflation and deflation has still been persistent. To build a more robust financial system to support economic activity, measures must be taken to accelerate disposal of non-performing loans. The first step toward economic revitalization is the definite and final disposal of non-performing loans. And more rigorous measures must be taken to deal with deflation. The Koizumi government has tried to accelerate structural reform ("no growth with-out reform") to revitalize the economy. Therefore the Japanese economy will recover from the long tunnel of slow down if the% tasks can be solved simultaneously and that it will be able to play a positive and significant role in the international economy.
