        치경부 마모병소의 상아질 표면처리 방식에 따른 상아질과 접착제 간의 계면 양상

        In order to know the effect of dentin bonding agents on the restoration of cervical abrasion, Scotchbond Multipurpose, Single Bond and Clearfil Liner Bond 2 were used in 51 teeth with abrasion lesion and normal teeth. The surface structure anddentinal tubules of acid etched dentin and resin replica were examined using scanning electron microscopy. The inter facial morphology between dentin and adhesives was investigated by confocal laser scanning microscopy. Following results were obtained. 1.The hybrid layer and resin tag of the dentin showing cross-sectional surface of dentinal tubules are thicker and longer than those of dentin showing oblique surface of dentinal tubules. 2.The sclerotic cast was frequently observed in dentinal tubule, and the cast looked like cuboidal or rhomboidal-shaped crystals clumped from outer side to inner side. 3.The formation of hybrid layer and resin tag was the most prominent in Scotchbond Multipurpose group, whereas Clearfil Liner Bond 2 group showed very poor formation. The formation of hybrid layer and resin tag in Single Bond group was less than Scotchbond Multipurpose group.

      • 조정선수의 좌심실 비대에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to elucidate the left ventricular hypertrophy of the rowers and non-athletes. Left ventricular dimensions measured by 2-dimension echocardiography. For the subjects this experiment, 10 rowers(Age : 19.9) and 7 non-athlets(Age : 23.1) were choson from collage. The conclusion obstained were as follows. Rowers demanstrated significantly greater left ventricular end-diastolic and systolic dimensions(LVDD and LVSD) compared to non-athletes, but LVDD/S and LVSD/S did not differ significantly to non-athletes(s : body surface area) In rowers, this was due to increase left ventricular septum(end-systolic and diastolic) and posterior wall thickness(end-systolic and diastolic) compared to non-athletes. Rowers demonstrated significantly greater left ventricular mass compared to non-athletes(268.9g vs 135.7g).

        유가사유(儒家思惟)에 의한 처용무 분석 : 『(三國遺事)』「(處容郞望海寺)」條의 서술 구조 중심으로

        신화와 제의는 인류 문화의 시작이며 서로 밀접한 관계에 있다. 신화는 우리의 고대종교인 무교와 관련지어 생각하지 않을 수 없으며 당연히 원시 샤머니즘이나 토테미즘과의 연관성은 뗄 수 없는 계승관계라 하겠다. 신화적 세계관은 고대인의 삶과 사상에 깊이 자리 잡고 생활은 물론 예술의 모든 형식과 유형에 깊이 관여하였다. 고대 신화의 고유한 특성인 조화와 합일은 궁극적으로 인간과 신, 과거와 현재, 조상과 자기의 조화·합일을 의미하는 것이다. 신·과거·조상은 고대인들의 원형적 이미지이며 이것과의 동화의지(同化意志)가 바로 전통적 이상인 천인합일(天人合一)의 모태인 것이다. 처용설화가 네 신령에 대한 무속신앙에 기반을 두었음은 바로 이러한 고대인의 신화적 세계관에 의한 제의적 표현이며, 따라서 처용설화의 서술구조를 살펴보면 신화적 상징성과 제의적 요소를 배재할 수 없음을 알 수 있다. 유가적 입장에서 보면 신화는 의식(儀式)을, 의식은 예악(禮樂)으로 실현되어 사상·윤리적 발전과 함께 문화와 예술 등에 많은 영향을 주었으며 이러한 예악은 신화로까지 연결되는 전통성을 갖는다. 처용이 용이면서 인간이라는 양면성을 가진다는 점을 합리적으로 설명하자면 처용은 무(巫)의 유가적 수용으로 나타나는 유덕자(有德者), 곧 처용은 훗날 유가에서 말하는 바로 군자·대인이라 할 수 있다. 대인의 특징은 자기를 바르게 함으로써 그 주변의 것들도 바르게 하는 자, 즉 수양을 통하여 자기를 바로 잡으니 의도하지 않아도 그 주변의 모든 사람과 사물이 저절로 감화되어 바르게 되는 그러한 인격체이다. 역신을 물리치는 처용의 초월적인 춤과 노래는 바로 그러한 인격체를 의미하는 것이다. This study discussed Cheoyong tale from confucianism perspective ‘Cheoyongrang Mang-hae sa.’ in the book, Samgukusa.‘s description structure. The confucianism approach refers to the world view based on confucianism principles, which starts from the mythical symbolism system of primitive shamanism and totemism. Myths and sacrificial rites are closely related and the starting point of the human culture. It is hard to separate shamanism, our ancient religion, from the myths, and consequently the ancient shamanism and totemism have subsequent relationship in their nature. The mythical world view is deeply grounded in the life and philosophy of the ancient people and permeated into many forms of arts as well. The unique features of ancient myths, balance and integration, indicate the balance and integration of human and god, past and present, and ancestors and descendants. The god, past and ancestors are the images of origin for ancient people. The willingness to integrate with them is the fetus of the notion of Cheonin-hapil (God and human came to one). The fact that Cheoyong tale is based on shamanism around the four gods in2dicates that it is an ritual expression of ancient mythical world view. Therefore the story telling structure of the Cheoyong tale inevitably contains the mythical symbols and elements of sacricial rites. The myths came out as rituals, while the rituals came to with Li-Yueh (ritual music), which heavily influenced on the ethical and philosophical growth. In turn, the Li-Yueh formed a tradition by linking to myths back. The fact that Cheoyong is presented as a dragon as well as a human can be explained in which Cheoyong is Yudeokja (a wise man), indicating the acceptance of confucianism into shamanism. In other words, he was described as a Gunja, the big man valued in Confucianism later on. The characteristics of the big man include the person who gets his surroundings right by being himself right. In other words, he does himself a right being by practicing on himself then it impresses and changes others including people and the inanimate into being right. The dance and song of Cheoyong to defeat bad spirits infer the aspects of the big man.

        Because of internet's growth, today's network has a serious bandwidth problem. Today, there are many solution for bandwidth problem. WDM(Wavelength Division Multiplexing) is one of them. In the WDM networks, QoS(Quality of Service) is as important as bandwidth. And today, VoIP and UMS technology makes a lot of delay-sensitive internet traffic. Delay-sensitive internet traffic is growing up, so more QoS is needed. In this paper, we proposed effective solution to assign QoS. This paper proposed a priority algorithm for assign wavelength to each node. If node A has very delay sensitive traffic, it will be assigned wavelength first. This action does before transmission is start. In this paper, It is showed WDM can have QoS supporting ability of itself and no need upper layer's help.

      • 장거리 선수의 운동시 좌심실 형태에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was carried out to investigate changes of the left ventricular dimensions in long distance runners during exercise. The subjects were eight male long distance runners(average age; 21 ±1.04 years, carreer; 7.4 ±2.11 years, height; 170.1 ±4.41cm, body weight; 59.2 ±3.27kg) and ten male non-athletes(average age; 23.2 ±1.16 years, height; 168.3 ±3.65cm, body weight; 61.4 ±3.41kg). Left ventricular dimensions were measured by 2-dimension echocardiography at rest and during 8 min of semisupine, graded bicycle ergometer exercise(0.5kp and 1.0kp) Left ventricular dimension was significantly hyperthrophy in long distance runners than non-athlets. As for dimensions, left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVDD), left ventricular end-systolic posterior wall thickness(PWTS), interventricular septum thickness at end-systolic(STS) and amplitude of motion of posterior left ventricular endocardial echo(ENa) increased during exercise in long distance runners and non athletes. Left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVSD), left ventricular end-diastolic posterior wall thickness(PWTD), interventricular septum thickness at end-diastolic(STD) and ratio of wall thickness to internd radius(h/R) decreased during exercise in long distance runners and non-athletes.

        This study is on the analysis of the site for the fortress by means of photogrammetry. Analysis of the historical site No.57, Nam Han Mt. fortress, was done by means of aerial photogrammetry which has high accuracy in plane coordinate system and terrestrial photogrammetry which has high accuracy in height coordinate system. The size and degree of slope of the fortress was analysed with reference to the topographic map which had been plotted by aerial photogrammetry. Terrestrial camera P 32 was used to survey and plot the Southern gate region which made it possible to acquire the quantitative data for fortress analysis.

        Catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT; EC 2.1.1.6) is the enzyme which catalyzes the transfer of methyl group to the catecholamine neurotransmitters from its methyl donor S-adenosyl-L-methionine. Partially purified COMT from rat liver has been used to measure the concentration of catecholamines in the blood through solvent extraction and thin layer chromatography after converting ^3H-methyl derivatives of catecholamines. To improve this inconvenient and fluctuating method, an attempt was made to use COMT gene for the measurement of catecholamines. Specific primers, COMT5P (5'-TGC TCA GAG GTG CTT TGA AG-3') and COMT3P (5'-GGA GCC GCA GAA GGT CA G-3'), were used to amplify COMT gene from human placenta cDNA library. The amplified COMT gene through 35 cycles of polymerase chain reaction was cloned into T-vector and the nucleotide sequences are determined by automatic sequencer. Human COMT has two common variants, a thermostable high activity form which has valine at amino acid 158 and a thermolabile low activity form which Has methionine at the same position. The cloned COMT gene in this study has both variants. Clone 4 and 5 have valine at amino acid 158 (guanine at nucleotide 472) and clone 1-3 have methionine at this site (adenine at nucleotide 472). In addition to this, there are other DNA polymorphisms in COMT gene at nucleotide 101, 102 (amino acid 34, a structural mutation cysteine/serine) and nucleotide 186 (a silent mutation). All of the clones have cysteine at amino acid 34 (guanine and adenine at nucleotides 101 and 102) and cytosine at nucleotide 186 except clone 3 which has thymine at this nucleotide. Clone 4 and 5 are thermostable high activity variants, suggesting being more useful for the measurement of catecholamines after expressing the gene.
