        Background : Mucins possess the unique function of protecting and lubricating the epithelial surface and other important functions such as call growth, direct implication in the fetal development, the epithelial renewal and differentiation, the epithelial integrity, carcinogenesis, immune regulation, cellular adhesion and metastasis. Purpose : This study was done to provide the significance of alteration of MUC1 and MUC2 expression in colorectal adenocarcinoma, A series of 131 colorectal adenocarcinomas including 11 mucinous carcinomas were screened immunohistochemically for their expression of MUCI and MUC2, Materials and mehtods : Of 131 carcinomas, 76 (58,5%) were MUCI positive and 91 (68, 9%) were MUC2 positive, In normal colonic goblet cells, MUCl was not expressed but MUC2 was expressed in cytoplasm, Conclusion There were up-regulation of MUCI and down-regulation of MUC2 in colorectal carcinomas, The frequency of MUC2 positivity according to differentiation was statistically reliable. (p=0.0001)

        On the “Dualism” of Civil Procedure Defects and the Way to Cure

        민사절차하자는 민사소송절차 정의의 형평성에 대한 일종의 파괴이다. 재판 권과 소권이 함께 작용하는 영역에서 당사자 절차하자 구제 권리의 충분성은 재판권을 보장하는 권리 해결 절차의 결함, 민사소송활동규범의 효과적인 작동 을 촉진하는데 중요하고 필요하다. 많은 요인들에 기초하여, 중국은 '중대한 절 차상의 하자'에 대해 일원화된 입법 규정과 이론 연구로 인해 다수의 법원이 경미한 절차상의 하자에 대해 간단한 처리를 하거나 묵살함으로써 당사자들의 절차적 이익을 크게 감소시킴으로써 당사자들의 의구심과 우려를 해소하기 어 렵다. 이를 위해서는, 절차 하자의 유형을 경미한 절차하자와 중대한 절차하자 로 유형화하고, 서로 다른 구제 경로를 설계하는 것이 필요하다. 대화 교류 체 계를 확립하고, 논쟁범위와 권리구제절차의 운영을 명확히 하여, 그에 따라 절 차무효, 절차유효, 절차자동조정효과를 발생하였다. 중대한 절차하자에 대해서 는 당사자의 의지를 나타내고 법원의 감독을 핵심으로 하는 구제 체계를 확립 하고, 재심사유를 세분화하며, 당사자에게 절차적 선택권을 부여하고, 쌍방향 구속 체계를 확립하고, 절차하자를 강화할 수 있도록 하였다. The defect of civil procedure is a kind of destruction to the balance of justice in civil procedure. In the field of the joint effect of judicial power and litigation right, the adequacy of the party’s procedural defect remedy right is particularly necessary to protect the judicial power to heal procedural defects and promote the effective operation of civil litigation activities. Due to the unitary tendency of the theoretical and practical circles on the types of procedural defects, the “dualization” of procedural defects has only formal significance, it is difficult to resolve the parties’ doubts and dissatisfaction, and it really affects judicial justice and legal authority. Based on whether procedural flaws have a substantial impact on the judgment results, the procedural flaws are classified as “dual” of minor procedural flaws and major procedural flaws, and different treatment paths are designed: For minor procedural flaws, the right of party opposition is established Centered relief mechanism: Establish a dialogue mechanism, clarify the scope of dissent, and the operation of the procedure of right relief, resulting in the effects of invalid procedures, effective procedures, and self-healing procedures. For major procedural defects, the establishment of the party’s will be established and the court will review. The level of supervision is the core relief mechanism, detailing the reasons for returning to retrial, giving the parties the right to choose a procedure, establishing a two-way restraint mechanism, and strengthening supervision and management, so that procedural defects can be cured.

        The F-box Protein KIB1 Mediates Brassinosteroid-Induced Inactivation and Degradation of GSK3-like Kinases in <i>Arabidopsis</i>

        <P><B>Summary</B></P> <P>The glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK3) family kinases are central cellular regulators highly conserved in all eukaryotes. In <I>Arabidopsis</I>, the GSK3-like kinase BIN2 phosphorylates a range of proteins to control broad developmental processes, and BIN2 is degraded through unknown mechanism upon receptor kinase-mediated brassinosteroid (BR) signaling. Here we identify KIB1 as an F-box E3 ubiquitin ligase that promotes the degradation of BIN2 while blocking its substrate access. Loss-of-function mutations of KIB1 and its homologs abolished BR-induced BIN2 degradation and caused severe BR-insensitive phenotypes. KIB1 directly interacted with BIN2 in a BR-dependent manner and promoted BIN2 ubiquitination in vitro. Expression of an F-box-truncated KIB1 caused BIN2 accumulation but dephosphorylation of its substrate BZR1 and activation of BR responses because KIB1 blocked BIN2 binding to BZR1.         Effect of cadmium exposure on antioxidant enzyme catalase in different tissues of Acrossocheilus fasciatus

        Catalase (CAT) is an essential antioxidant in organisms, its can eliminate hydrogen peroxides produced in the cellular environment. Previous studies have focused mainly on the functions of CAT by pathogen challenge, but the functions of CAT by metals stress remain unclear. In order to investigate the function of CAT in Acrossocheilus fasciatus (AfCat), we cloned CAT complete cDNA sequences and analyzed its functions by cadmium (Cd) stress. qPCR analysis illustrated that the expression of CAT changed rapidly and dynamically in response to Cd from 0.05 mg L-1 to 1.25 mg L-1. Enzyme activity assay result showed that CAT activity was up-regulated significantly in response to Cd from 0.05 mg L-1 to 1.25 mg L-1. Histochemistry analysis showed that the structure of liver, testis and kidney were severely damaged by exposed to Cd of 1.25 mg L-1. Collectively, the results of our study indicate that AfCat may play an indispensable role in maintaining redox balance under Cd exposure, but AfCat expression will be inhibited when Cd accumulation reaches to the critical concentration. This study will illuminate the potential functions of AfCat in the defense mechanisms of reproductive and metabolic systems under Cd exposure in A. fasciatus.

        Adaptive extraction method for trend term of machinery signal based on extreme-point symmetric mode decomposition

        In mechanical fault diagnosis and condition monitoring, extracting and eliminating the trend term of machinery signal are necessary. In this paper, an adaptive extraction method for trend term of machinery signal based on Extreme-point symmetric mode decomposition (ESMD) was proposed. This method fully utilized ESMD, including the self-adaptive decomposition feature and optimal fitting strategy. The effectiveness and practicability of this method are tested through simulation analysis and measured data validation. Results indicate that this method can adaptively extract various trend terms hidden in machinery signal, and has commendable self-adaptability. Moreover, the extraction results are better than those of empirical mode decomposition.

        Ancient Chinese Fangzhongshu (Sexual Skills and Methods) Therapy for Premature Ejaculation

        Premature ejaculation (PE) is a common male sexual dysfunction that can have significant effects on a couple’s relationship. Behavioral therapy and psychotherapy are both safe and effective methods of treating PE. Ancient Chinese fangzhongshu (sexual skills and methods), which reflects a summary of expert experiences in sexology, contains many therapies for sexual dysfunction that are similar to those used in behavioral therapy or psychotherapy. A brief introduction dealing with the latest definitions of PE and treatment strategies drawn from behavioral therapy and psychotherapy is provided. Typical therapies for PE from ancient Chinese fangzhongshu are listed and briefly analyzed in order to define their domain of applicability and instructions for use. Ancient Chinese fangzhongshu contains many effective and safe therapies for PE. It should be incorporated into modern medical practice after critical analysis, and its scientific aspects should be promoted as a way of improving reproductive health, both to benefit individuals affected by PE and to promote traditional Chinese culture. Based on an analysis of the condition of the individual patient, one or multiple therapies guided by fangzhongshu can be expected to have an effect on the patient. Ancient Chinese fangzhongshu is of great value and should to be popularized and applied as a remedy for PE.

        Influence of differential leadership on teachers' professional ethics: an empirical study from Chinese universities

        In Chinese society, the teachers’ professional ethics have been considered important since ancient times and have been widely discussed. This paper aims to explore the mechanism of the infuence of diferential leadership with local cultural adapt‑ ability on college teachers’ professional ethics. A total of 403 valid responses were collected from a questionnaire survey of university teachers in many regions of China, and the data were statistically analysed by SPSS17.0 and AMOS22.0. The results showed that diferential leadership positively infuences college teachers’ professional ethics, and college teachers’ professional identity plays a mediating role between diferential leadership and teachers’ professional ethics. The efect of diferential leadership on college teachers’ professional identity and professional ethics is negatively moderated by the tendency towards collectivism, and it seems to be contrary to the national culture of Chinese, which is high in collectivism, but consistent with the strong will of college teachers and the current workplace characteristics embodied in the sample investigated. It is expected that the research results of this paper can provide theoretical guidance for the construction of teachers’ professional ethics in relevant governments and colleges.
