Improvement and Promotion Plan for Screen Baseball Utilization

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to suggest marketing plan to improve and promote screen baseball utilization. Screen baseball game, a virtual leisure activity, has been commercialized on the strength of the development of information/communication technology and public interest of baseball. Unlike screen golf, however, screen baseball has not been starting business for very long and has little attention given to marketing strategy. In that regard, it is very important to understand what attract and satisfy screen baseball users in implementing marketing strategies. Method: In order to achieve the purpose, the study employed Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) incorporating marketing mix 4Cs; Customer value, Convenience, Cost to the customer, and Communication. A convenience sample was made up of 267 users in screen baseball clubs located in metropolitan area. Evidence on validity and reliability of the data was obtained through exploratory factor analysis and internal consistency analysis. Frequency analysis and paired sample t-test for the difference verification of IPA were conducted also in SPSS version 21.0 with .05 of significance level. Result: The main results of the study were as follows. First, there were partially significant differences between importance and satisfaction regarding the sub-categories of Customer value and Convenience. Second, there were all significant differences between importance and satisfaction regarding the sub-categories of Cost and Communication. Third, as the results regarding IPA, quadrant I indicating ``Keep up Good Work`` included healthy use of leisure time, improvement of self-achievement, accessibility, communication between service user and provider, etc. Fourth, quadrant II indicating ``Concentrate Here`` included diversification of screen baseball program, cost regarding facility use, etc. Fifth, quadrant III indicating ``Low Priority`` included interpersonal relationship, subsidiary facilities, cost of food and beverage, etc. Lastly, quadrant IV indicating ``Possible Overkill`` included improvement of physical health and life satisfaction and rules and procedures of screen baseball. Conclusion: In conclusion, managerial recommendations were provided to help establish marketing strategy for better utilization of screen baseball. That is, diversification of screen baseball program and cost regarding facility should be focused on improvement and promotion plan, which also should be customer-oriented.

<P>We report the theory and synthesis of sub-nanosized gold clusters on reduced graphene oxide (r-GOs). The Au sub-nanoclusters were found to be nucleated and grown at defects of the r-GOs, particularly on nitrogen-induced defects from density functional theory investigation. The resulting Au/r-GOs exhibit an improvement of bulk electrical conductivities and a reduced ratio of the intensity of the D band to that of the G band (I<SUB>D</SUB>/I<SUB>G</SUB>), compared to the r-GOs without Au nanoclusters. 꿀벌의 무저병을 치료하기 위하여 테트라싸이클린 계열의 항생물질(TCs)이 널리 사용되고 있으며,이러한 사용은 벌꿀중 Cs의 잔류문제를 일으킬 수 있다. 따라서 벌꿀중 잔류하는 TCs의 분석법이 팔요하며, 본 연구에서는 벌꿀클의 옥시테트라싸이클린(OTC), 테트라싸이클린fC), 클로르테트라싸이 클린(CTC), 독시싸이클린(DC)끌 분석하기 위해 두가지 HPLC방법을 사용하였다. 아카시아꿀, 잡화꿀,토종꿀, 방꿀등 4가지 종류의 댈꿀에 대한 회수율 및 검출한계를 측정하였다. 형광검출기를 이웅한 분석법에서는 0.Sppm의 수준에온 회수율은 OTC는 91.4~98.2%, TC는 84.B~94.4%, CTC는 뚬.I~105.9%, DC는 뽀.5~져.5%이었으며, 검출한계는 OTC와 TC는 0.01ppf CTC차 OC는 0.05ppm이었다. 자외선검출기를 이용한 분석법에퍼는 0.Sfpm의 수준에서 회수율은 OTC는 78.3~97.0%, TC는 76.8~86.8%, CTC는 89.6~99.5%, Df는 91.I~93.8%이었으며, 검출한계는 OTC와 TC는 0,01ppm, CTC와 DC는 0.02ppm이었다. 두 ITPLC법으로 국내산 벌꿀 140건과 외국산 벌꿀 29건을 조사한 결과 OTC,TC, CTC, BC 모두 검출되지 않았다. ln order to prevent foul brood of honey-bees, tetracycline antibiotics(TCs) are widely used in honey-bee culture. Such usage may resu)t in residues of TCs in honey.Therefore, the establishment of a method for residue analysis of TCs in honey is required.Two HPLC methods for oxytetracycline(OTC), tetracycline(TC), chlortetracycline(CTC) anddoxycycline(DC) in honey have been established. The recoverles of OTC, TC, CTC and BCfrom 4 kinds of honelr(acacia honey, mixed flower honey, native honey, chestnut honey) spikedat a level of 0.Sppm by HPLC with fluorescence detection are 91.4 ~98.2%, 84.B~94.4%, 85.1 ~105.9%, 86.5 ~94.5% refpectively. The limits of detection in honey b.# HPLC with fluorescencedetection are 0.01ppm for OTC and TC, and 0.05ppm for CTC and DC respectively. And therecoveries of OTC, TC, CTC and DC from 4 kinds of honey spiked at a level of 0,Sppm byHPLC with UV detection are 78.3 ~97.0%, 76,8 ~86.8%, 89.6 ~99.5%, 91,1 ~93,8% respectively.The Ihuts of detection in honey by HPLC with UV detection are 0.01ppm for OTC and TC,and 0.02ppm for CTC and DC respectively The residual TCs(OTC, TC, CTC, DC) were notde7ected in the 169 samples of honey(domestic honey 140, imported honey 29) by two HPLCmethods.

In this study, the main factors that affect failures of seam were discussed and basic test on the seam conditions to seam strength was conducted. And through a model for the design strength of geotextile tube, the tensile strength of geotextile that composed tube is mentioned as a basic value, unless the seam strength is the weakest part in the geotextile tube. However, long-term resistance of seam strength have not considered for determining the design strength of geotextile tube. It is seen that seam type and stitching type are more critical than strength of seam thread.

Meningiomas frequently invade cerebral venus sinuses, especially parasagittal meningioma to superior sagittal sinus. However, most invasions do not reach internal jugular vein. We present a case of parasagittal meningioma extending into the internal jugular vein through the sinuses. Radiological investigation revealed that the tumor was invading the sagittal, transverse, sigmoid sinus and junction of the internal jugular vein to subclavian vein, which was filled with tumor. The histopathological examinations revealed that both the cerebral tumor and mass in the internal jugular vein contributed to the transitional meningioma. This is a rare case of a meningioma extending into the internal jugular vein through the sinuses. According to this case, the frontal parasagittal meningioma could invade directly the internal jugular vein. The significance of this association to cerebral venus sinuses and internal jugular vein are discussed.

To evaluate autogenous shrinkage of high-strength mass concrete more exactly, the thermal deformation according to the temperature change should be considered. And to calculate the thermal deformation, the thermal expansion coefficient (TEC) of concrete is needed. TEC of concrete is varied according to its mixture proportions and materials, and it should be really measured. And it is difficult to evaluate the TEC of concrete in early ages since its phase and microstructure changed with time. Moreover, the TEC of concrete under the high temperature history should be corrected considering the hydration rate, because the higher temperature leads the fast change of concrete phase. In the study, the TEC of high-strength concrete were calculated using small specimen with the mixture proportions. The temperature of specimen was increased quickly and the amount of expansion were measured. Then TEC of concrete was calculated with them. Finally, the calculated TEC were corrected by maturity method.

Autogenous shrinkage of high-strength mass concrete is affected high temperature history. So to evaluate autogenous shrinkage of high-strength mass concrete accurately, thermal expansion in it should be removed. In this study, compensated autogenous shrinkage was calculated after gathering thermal expansion coefficient at early age experimentally. As a result of the study, Autogenous shrinkage of mass specimen(300×300×300mm) was remarkably higher than it of standard specimen (100×100×400mm). So it was found that compensation on thermal expansion should be conducted in evaluating autogenous shrinkage of high-strength mass concrete.

The optimization of the gas atomization for particle size control and optimal energy efficiency cannot be achieved simply, due to the lack of understanding of the basic atomization process. A numerical analysis is performed in order to optimize the manufacturing process and to understand the behavior of the gas at the end of the nozzle. In this study, the gas flow is analyzed numerically using a computational fluid dynamics software package (Fluent). It is found that a protrusion length of 3 mm is optimal for nozzles with a quick gas velocity and stable aspiration pressure. In addition, the impact on the air gap size is also investigated.
