Enhanced ionic conductivity of composite solid electrolyte by directionally ordered structures of linear Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3

        You Li,Mulan Tang,Shuxin Xu,Shuchao Zhang,Yuxin Zhai,Jiarong Yin,Zhengguang Zou 한국공업화학회 2022 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.114 No.-

The NASICON-type solid electrolyte structure of Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3 (LATP) exhibits good electrochemicalperformance and thermal stability, and has been promising as a solid electrolyte. Here, a stable goodstabilityLATP precursor spinning solution was prepared using the sol–gel method for the first time. A linearLATP solid electrolyte with an oriented ordered structure was obtained using improved electrostaticspinning equipment. The sintering process regime of the LATP-ordered construction was determined. Theionic conductivity of the prepared LATP-PEO/LiClO4-PEG composite solid-state electrolyte with anordered structure was as high as 2.05 10-4 Scm1 at room temperature (25 C), one order of magnitudehigher than the ionic conductivity of the LATP composite solid-state electrolyte reported so far. Organicsolid-state electrolytes to protect LATP-ordered structured solid-state electrolytes yield excellent electrochemicalstability in lithium-metal batteries.

Because of the characteristics of service such as intangibility, heterogeneity, simultaneous production and consumption and perishability, it is impossible even for the best service organization to avoid service system failures. When customers experience service failure, they will be disappointed, irritated, or feel victimized if the service organization does not get them back to normal. Therefore, service recovery as a successful device to change dissatisfied customers into satisfied customers is an important issue among service resarchers and/or service managers. It is still lack of theoretical studies about some factors that influence expectation level of service recovery. For this reason, this study analyzed the factors that influence customer expectation level of service recovery through the literature review. Factor which influences customer expectation of recovery is divided into five: factors related service failure, factors related service commodity, external factors, factors related customer, and situational factors. With the view of these factors, service firm's marketing managers can understand what customers perceive to be important and what the firm should do when service fails. Also they can develop effective programs and strategies for recovering service failure through analyzing the factor which influences customer expectation of recovery. The company which provides the service could use these factors as important information to improve the success rate of recovery as managing customer expectation level through selecting factors that could control. In conclusion, understanding these factors will be helpful to induce customer satisfaction and build good relationships with customers.

To understand Chinese consumers' values and lifestyle is very importance for the company which make inroads into the China market. But these are only few systematic studies focus on it in Korea. In this paper, I study the characteristics of chinese values and lifestyle through literature review. In the study mainly the existing related research such as Ran Wei(1997) and Wu Yin(2005)'s survey have been analyzed. By study of those literatures, this paper provides a brief overview of the pattern and transition of Chinese consumers' values and lifestyle. China-vals structure and future research directions are discussed. If the marketers have a clear grasp of the essence of Chinese values and lifestyle, it would be easier to make the product what chinese consumer need and develop advertisement what they like than before.

항공사의 서비스 실패 및 회복노력이 서비스 접점의 고객만족에 미치는 영향

        김형순,김립인 한국경영과학회 2004 한국경영과학회지 Vol.29 No.4

This study will attempt to build an integrated model of the customer satisfaction process with service encounter in a comprehensive point of view including the expectancy-disconfirmation theory, justice theory, and attribution theory. In addition, this study will attempt to examine the influence of service failure-related variables and service recovery-related variables on customer satisfaction in the airline firms' service failure and recovery situation. The results showed that the higher the controllability and severity of the failure, the more positive influence on expectancy of recovery and more negative influence on the recovery satisfaction increased. They also showed that the higher procedural recovery efforts and distributive/interactional recovery efforts, the more positive influence on perceived recovery performance and recovery satisfaction also increased. It was found that the recovery satisfaction with service encounter depended on the extent to which the customer's perception of recovery efforts confirmed the expectancy of recovery. Also it was found that perceived recovery performance has an effect on recovery satisfaction through the mediation of recovery disconfirmation indirectly as well as directly.

      • Biochar-supported nZVI (nZVI/BC) for contaminant removal from soil and water: A critical review

        Wang, Shengsen,Zhao, Mingyue,Zhou, Min,Li, Yuncong C.,Wang, Jun,Gao, Bin,Sato, Shinjiro,Feng, Ke,Yin, Weiqin,Igalavithana, Avanthi Deshani,Oleszczuk, Patryk,Wang, Xiaozhi,Ok, Yong Sik Elsevier 2019 Journal of hazardous materials Vol.373 No.-

Abstract

The promising characteristics of nanoscale zero-valent iron (nZVI) have not been fully exploited owing to intrinsic limitations. Carbon-enriched biochar (BC) has been widely used to overcome the limitations of nZVI and improve its reaction with environmental pollutants. This work reviews the preparation of nZVI/BC nanocomposites; the effects of BC as a supporting matrix on the nZVI crystallite size, dispersion, and oxidation and electron transfer capacity; and its interaction mechanisms with contaminants. The literature review suggests that the properties and preparation conditions of BC (e.g., pore structure, functional groups, feedstock composition, and pyrogenic temperature) play important roles in the manipulation of nZVI properties. This review discusses the interactions of nZVI/BC composites with heavy metals, nitrates, and organic compounds in soil and water. Overall, BC contributes to the removal of contaminants because it can attenuate contaminants on the surface of nZVI/BC; it also enhances electron transfer from nZVI to target contaminants owing to its good electrical conductivity and improves the crystallite size and dispersion of nZVI. This review is intended to provide insights into methods of optimizing nZVI/BC synthesis and maximizing the efficiency of nZVI in environmental cleanup.

Highlights

Aggregation and passivation of nZVI can be alleviated by surfactants and doping methods.

BC hinders corrosion and improves the dispersion and electron transfer of nZVI.

Properties of nZVI depend on those of the BC, feedstock and pyrogenic temperature.

BC enhances electron transfer from nZVI to the contaminants due to the presence of quinone and graphene moieties.

nZVI/BC shows strong ability to remove HMs, nitrates, and organic contaminants in soil and water.

Descriptions, a phylogenetic tree and a key are provided for all the known Placolecis species in China.

      • CdSe@ZnS/ZnS quantum dots loaded in polymeric micelles as a pH-triggerable targeting fluorescence imaging probe for detecting cerebral ischemic area

        Yang, Hong Yu,Fu, Yan,Jang, Moon-Sun,Li, Yi,Yin, Wen Ping,Ahn, Tae Kyu,Lee, Jung Hee,Chae, Heeyeop,Lee, Doo Sung Elsevier 2017 Colloids and surfaces. B, Biointerfaces Vol.155 No.-

Abstract

High photoluminescence (PL) quantum yield (QY), photostability CdSe@ZnS/ZnS core/multishell quantum dots (CM-QDs) were first applied for bioimaging. The solubility, stability and biocompatible of the fluorescence imaging probes were constructed by self-assembly of CM-QDs and pH-responsive methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(β-amino ester/amidoamine)-dodecylamine (mPEG-PAEA-DDA) multiblock copolymers. The resulting CM-QDs-loaded mPEG-PAEA-DDA micelles (CM-QDs-PEG-PAEA-DDA) exhibited lower cell cytotoxicity and higher fluorescence intensity than the core/shell CdSe@ZnS QDs-encapsulated mPEG-PAEA-DDA micelles (CS-QDs-PEG-PAEA-DDA). Moreover, the in vivo fluorescence imaging ability confirmed that the CM-QDs-PEG-PAEA-DDA can be employed as a pH-triggerable targeting imaging probe for detection of a rat bearing cerebral ischemia disease. Recent progress on the development of glutathione (GSH) selective fluorescent and colorimetric probes

        Lee, Songyi,Li, Jun,Zhou, Xin,Yin, Jun,Yoon, Juyoung Elsevier 2018 Coordination Chemistry Reviews Vol.366 No.-

Abstract

Glutathione (GSH) plays a key role in many cellular functions. Abnormal levels of GSH is considered to be sign of many diseases. As a result, various fluorescent imaging probes and/or chemosensors for GSH have been developed. Compared to other analytical methods, fluorescence has unique merits, such as excellent detection limits and sensitivity for use in imaging cells, tissues and small animals. However, colorimetric probes undergo distinct color changes, which in most cases can be detected by using the naked eye. This review of studies aimed at the development of GSH probes is presented in a format that is organized by structural features and chemical reactions of the probes. The topics include probes that are based on nanoparticles or nanocomposites, metal ion displacement and coordination and chemical reactions. The reaction based probes are further classified into probes that undergo cleavage of sulphonamide, sulfonate ester and related functional groups, SeN bond cleavage, aryl substitution reactions, disulfide bond cleavage followed by cyclization, Michael additions, and other processes.

Highlights

Fluorescent and colorimetric probes for GSH based on nanoparticles and small organic molecules are reviewed.

Sensing mechanisms of GSH selective fluorescent and colorimetric probes are discussed.

Probes for bioimaging GSH and applications to disease diagnosis.

Concentration-Controlled and Phytic Acid-Assisted Synthesis of Self-Assembled LiFePO4 as Cathode Materials for Lithium-Ion Battery

        Yin Li,Keyu Zhang,Zhengjie Chen,Yunke Wang,Li Wang,Feng Liang,Yaochun Yao 성균관대학교(자연과학캠퍼스) 성균나노과학기술원 2020 NANO Vol.15 No.02

The olivine LiFePO4 with various morphologies and different growth lattice planes was prepared by a controllable hydrothermal method with changing precursor concentration and using phytic acid as phosphorus source. The microstructure, crystal orientation and electrochemical performance of the prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) and charge–discharge tests. The results show that the morphologies of all samples change from spindle-like to hierarchical plate-like and then to long plate-like shape, and the main exposed facets transform from (100) to (001). This indicates that the precursor concentration and phytic acid play important roles in exposing facets and controlling the morphology of LiFePO4. In order to illustrate these phenomena, a reasonable assembly process is provided and the formation is explained. Li ion diffusion coefficient along [100] and [001] directions was calculated by using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results show that the diffusion coefficient of (100) facet is higher than that of (001) facet, indicating a good electrochemical performance for (100) facet. In addition, the capacity test is carried out, which also confirms the above results. With the precursor concentration of 0.5 M, the obtained LiFePO4 with self-assembled hierarchical structure, smaller size and (100) facet shows the best electrochemical performance: 162.1 mAh/g at 0.1C and 112.4 mAh/g at 10 C. Using phytic acid as phosphorus source and controlling precursor concentration to prepare high performance LiFePO4 open up a new prospect for the production of cathode materials for lithium ion batteries.
