음식서비스는 중국시장에서 가장 역동적인 변화를 보이는 산업 중의 하나이다. 식생활에 대한 중국인의 높은 관심과 더불어 중국에서 레스토랑 산업은 그 확산속도가 더욱 빨라지고 있다. 따라서 중국외식시장에 대한 고찰은 중국진출 글로벌기업에게 다양한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 중국외식시장의 경우 레스토랑의 서비스품질을 결정하는 요소가 다른 국가시장에 비해 어떤 차이가 있는가 그리고 각 차원의 서비스품질성과가 고객행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 고찰하고 있다. SERVPERF 모형을 중국시장에 적용한 결과 1개의 음식품질요인과 4개의 서비스품질요인(공감성, 반응성, 유형성, 신뢰성)이 도출되었다. 회귀분석을 통해 이들 요인과 성과간의 관계를 살펴본 결과 음식품질과 유형성 요인은 고객만족과 재구매의도에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 기존 문헌을 기초로 한국 소비자와 중국 소비자를 간접적으로 비교한 결과 한국소비자들은 종업원 서비스를 중시하지만 중국소비자들은 음식품질을 더 중시하는 것으로 나타났다. Today food service represents one of the most dynamic industries in China. Eating good food plays a central role in the life of Chinese people and restaurant culture is diffusing increasingly not only in the major cities but throughout China. This study was conducted to examine the major factors that compose the China restaurants' service quality along with the recent changes in the market situation using SERVPERF scale and examined which factors affect the customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Finally these findings were compared with researches done in the Korean food service industry. From China market data we derived 5 factors of which four factors are sub-dimensions of service quality. These factors are empathy, responsiveness, food quality, tangibility, and credibility. Food quality and tangibility were positively related with both customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Although Korean people attach more importance to employees' service, Chinese consumers consider food quality more than other service factors.

Objective: The characteristics of patients with metachronous breast and ovarian malignancies and the pathogenic role of BRCA1/2 mutations remain poorly understood. We investigated these issues through a review of hospital records and nationwide Taiwanese registry data, followed by BRCA1/2 mutation analysis in hospital-based cases. Methods: We retrospectively retrieved consecutive clinical records of Taiwanese patients who presented with these malignancies to our hospital between 2001 and 2017. We also collected information from the Data Science Center of the Taiwan Cancer Registry (TCR) between 2007 and 2015. Next-generation sequencing and multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification were used to identify BRCA1/2 mutations and large genomic rearrangements, respectively. When BRCA1/2 mutations were identified in index cases, pedigrees were reconstructed and genetic testing was offered to family members. Results: A total of 12,769 patients with breast cancer and 1,537 with ovarian cancer were retrieved from our hospital records. Of them, 28 had metachronous breast and ovarian malignancies. We also identified 113 cases from the TCR dataset. Eighteen hospital-based cases underwent BRCA1/2 sequencing and germline pathogenic mutations were detected in 7 patients (38.9%, 5 in BRCA1 and 2 in BRCA2). All BRCA1/2 mutation carriers had ovarian high-grade serous carcinomas. Of the 12 patients who were alive at the time of analysis, 5 were BRCA1/2 mutation carriers. All of them had family members with BRCA1/2-associated malignancies. Conclusions: Our results provide pilot evidence that BRCA1/2 mutations are common in Taiwanese patients with metachronous breast and ovarian malignancies, supporting the clinical utility of genetic counseling.
Virtual Environment Modeling for Battery Management System

The offline verification of state of charge estimation, power estimation, fault diagnosis and emergency control of battery management system (BMS) is one of the key technologies in the field of electric vehicle battery system. It is difficult to test and verify the battery management system software in the early stage, especially for algorithms such as system state estimation, emergency control and so on. This article carried out the virtual environment modeling for verification of battery management system. According to the input/output parameters of battery management system, virtual environment is determined to run the battery management system. With the integration of the developed BMS model and the external model, the virtual environment model has been established for battery management system in the vehicle’s working environment. Through the virtual environment model, the effectiveness of software algorithm of BMS was verified, such as battery state parameters estimation, power estimation, fault diagnosis, charge and discharge management, etc.

Internet Public Opinion Hot Spot Mining Based on Voting Mechanism and MapReduce Platform

In the era of big data, the value of Internet public opinion hot spot extraction is particularly prominent. In order to further develop the application value of Internet public opinion hot extraction, this paper constructs the Internet public opinion hot spot extraction framework, and puts forward an Internet public opinion hot spot extraction method VM-Rep based on voting mechanism and MapReduce framework. A heuristic algorithm based on voting mechanism is proposed for the hot spot of Internet public opinion, and MapReduce is used to improve the ability and efficiency of processing massive data. Experimental results show: VM-Rep’s coverage is significantly better than Top-k, K-means and Agglo, and the redundancy of VM-Rep is the least; VM-Rep takes the least time in the four methods, embodies the advantages of VM-Rep method for massive data.

According to China's World Trade Organization (WTO) commitment, its entire domestic market will be more open to the world. China's telecommunications industry is worth special attention because it plays a critical role in enhancing China's overall competitiveness. This study critically reviews and corrects the problems of existing studies on the telecommunications industry, and explains the nature of changes in the competitiveness of China's telecommunications industry before and after China's accession to the WTO by using the diamond model. Based on this analysis, strategic suggestions are provided for both the Chinese government and firms to enhance their competitiveness in the global economy.
Experimental Simulation on Open-Ended Pipe Pile Penetration Using Transparent Granule

In order to attain the soil movement and explore the penetration mechanism of open-ended pipe piles in saturated sand, the transparent granule, which could substitute the natural sand, was used to simulate the pile jacking with different pile sections. The granule displacement vector field, the plug neutral surface and the plug height were obtained. Test results showed that when the pile inner radius is larger, the squeezing displacement and the plug height are larger. Normalization of the horizontal and vertical components of granule movement employing the pile outer radius showed that the 4d range of the pile end was the area where the inner shaft resistance exerted. In addition, it was found that the linear relationship between incremental filling ratio (IFR) and plug length ratio (PLR).

Serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) is a significant marker for clinical diagnosis and prognosis evaluation in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients. However, some proportion of liver cancer patients are AFP-negative (AFP ${\leq}$20ng/ml). In order to study the differences between clinicopathological factors and prognosis of alpha-fetoprotein negative and positive patients, a total of 114 cases (41 AFP-negative and 73 AFP-positive) were selected for our research. By systematically statistical analysis, the results demonstrated that compared with AFP-negative patients, AFP-positive examples were more likely to feature cirrhosis nodules, non-complete neoplasm capsules, and a poor Edmondson-steiner grade. Furthermore, AFP-negative patients demonstrated a favorable long-term prognosis. By univariate analysis and multivariate analysis with Cox's proportional hazards model, multiple tumors were found to be independent risk factors for worse survival of AFP negative patients; however, less tumor-free margins, multiple tumors and Edmondson-steiner grades III/IV, proved to be independent risk factors leading to a poor prognosis of AFP positive cases. Finally, we can infer that high levels of AFP signify a highly malignant tumor and unfavorable prognosis.
