Graphic carbon nitride polymer was modified with transition bimetals compounds by impregnation ofpre-prepared g-C3N4 in aqueous solution of ammonium molybdate and vanadate. The prepared hybridmaterial was characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, FT-IR, XPS and N2 adsorption–desorption techniques todetermine its surface morphology, composition and structure. The results revealed that VOx-MoOy singlemolecular layer incorporated into g-C3N4 molecule framework by interaction between host and guestwas fabricated. The hybrid composite was employed as catalyst for styrene oxidation to benzaldehydeusing molecular oxygen as oxidant. The results indicated that the composite was highly active and selectivefor styrene oxidation, giving TON 458.8 mol/mol(Mo+V) and 96.7% selectivity to benzaldehyde. Thecorrelation between high activity and surface properties the catalyst was explored.
A Study of Radio Voice Signal Based on the Time Delay Estimation
Xinrui Liu,Jinxiang Chen,Xianbo He,Wei Li,Gangyuan Zhang 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Hybrid Information Techno Vol.9 No.9
The wave of voice signal is narrow and unstable. Besides, it has a non-continuity in time domain and an inconsistent decline of the radio channel, especially the short wave channel, which makes estimating the time delay of the radio’s voice signal very difficult. To solve such problems, the authors creatively combine the voice activity detection with the short-segment processing technology. Meanwhile, by using Weighted Least Squares Phase Fitting method to work out the time delay, we conduct a research in the time delay estimation of radio’s voice signal. The laboratory finding finally shows that this method is far better than the typical Generalized Correlation Method for estimation of time delay.
Design and optimization of the magnetic adsorption mechanism of a pipelineclimbing robot
Lu Xinrui,Guo Denghui,Chen Yuan 대한기계학회 2021 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.35 No.11
This study has designed a type of pipeline-climbing robot to solve the problem in which the corrosion of offshore oil pipelines and the adhesion of marine organisms easily cause safety hazards. Aiming at the problem of different diameters of the pipelines, a type of noncontact variable magnetic adsorption mechanism is designed, and a type of diameter detection mechanism and the corresponding diameter detection method are proposed to allow the apparatus to detect and adapt to pipelines with different diameters. Then, the kinematic model of the non-contact variable magnetic adsorption mechanism is established, and the relationship between the movement of the magnetic plate and the radius of the adsorption surface is determined. Furthermore, the mechanical model of the pipeline-climbing robot is established, and the stable working conditions of the robot are derived. Subsequently, the magnetic adsorption force and magnetic field optimization based on the discrete combination method are analyzed, and the optimal magnet width that satisfies the magnetic adsorption force and stable working conditions is obtained. The simulation and experiment verify that the proposed non-contact variable magnetic adsorption mechanism can effectively improve the magnetic adsorption force and magnetic energy utilization efficiency on a working surface with different curvatures on the premise of meeting the working requirements.
A Novel Text to Image Conversion Method Using Word2Vec and Generative Adversarial Networks
( Liu Xinrui ),( Inwhee Joe ) 한국정보처리학회 2019 한국정보처리학회 학술대회논문집 Vol.26 No.1
In this paper, we propose a generative adversarial networks (GAN) based text-to-image generating method. In many natural language processing tasks, which word expressions are determined by their term frequency -inverse document frequency scores. Word2Vec is a type of neural network model that, in the case of an unlabeled corpus, produces a vector that expresses semantics for words in the corpus and an image is generated by GAN training according to the obtained vector. Thanks to the understanding of the word we can generate higher and more realistic images. Our GAN structure is based on deep convolution neural networks and pixel recurrent neural networks. Comparing the generated image with the real image, we get about 88% similarity on the Oxford-102 flowers dataset.

( Xingming Liu ),( Lilan Lu ),( Xinrui Liu ),( Xiankai Liu ),( Chao Pan ),( Erling Feng ),( Dongshu Wang ),( Chang Niu ),( Li Zhu ),( Hengliang Wang ) 한국미생물 · 생명공학회 2017 Journal of microbiology and biotechnology Vol.27 No.1
A series of novel effector molecules secreted by the type three secretion system (T3SS) of Shigella spp. have been reported in recent years. In this study, a proteomic approach was applied to study T3SS effectors systematically. First, proteins secreted by the S. flexneri wildtype strain after Congo Red induction were separated and identified using two-dimensional electrophoresis to display the relative abundance of all kinds of early effectors for the first time. Then, a gene deletion mutant of known virulence repressor (OspD1) and a gene overexpressed mutant of two known virulence activators (MxiE and IpgC) were constructed and analyzed to discover potential late effectors. Furthermore, the supernatant proteins of gene deletion mutants of two known translocators (IpaB and IpaD), which would constantly secrete effectors, were also analyzed. Among all of the secreted proteins identified in our study, IpaH1.4, IpaH_5, and IpaH_7 have not been reported before. These proteomics data of the secreted effectors will be valuable to understand the pathogenesis of S. flexneri.
Zhizhu Decoction Promotes Gastric Emptying and Protects the Gastric Mucosa
Wei He,Yi Zhang,Xinrui Wang,Lingling Guo,Lifeng Han,Erwei Liu,Tao Wang 한국식품영양과학회 2013 Journal of medicinal food Vol.16 No.4
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of the Zhizhu decoction on gastric emptying and gastric mucosal protection. The Zhizhu decoction is composed of Aurantii fructus and Atractylodes macrocephala Rhizoma. Results showed that oral administration of the Zhizhu decoction accelerated gastric emptying in mouse and protected gastric mucosa from ethanol-induced ulcers in rat. Our investigations demonstrated that the Zhizhu decoction accelerated gastric emptying, at least in part, by activating the muscarinic and 5-HT3 receptors. The gastroprotective effect is involved in its antioxidant effects and increased vascular endothelial growth factor expression.
Analysis of nifH Gene Diversity in Red Soil Amended with Manure in Jiangxi, South China
Qihui Teng,Bo Sun,Xinrui Fu,Shunpeng Li,Zhongli Cui,Hui Cao 한국미생물학회 2009 The journal of microbiology Vol.47 No.2
In order to understand the community structure of diazotrophs in red soil and effects of organic manure application on the structure, four nifH gene libraries were constructed: the control (CK), low manure (LM), high manure (HM), and high manure adding lime (ML). Totally 150 nifH gene clones were screened and grouped into 21 clusters by RFLP analysis. Existence of dominant patterns was observed in all libraries, which counted for over 96% of clones in library HM and about 56~72% in other three libraries. The nifH sequences of the dominant patterns in all libraries were most similar to sequences of the cyanobacteria. nifH genes showed high diversity in red soil, dispersing throughout the nifH clades (alpha-, beta-, and gamma- Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, cyanobacteria, Verrucomicrobia, and posited group). Bradyrhizobium and Burkholderia were also important diazotrophs in low fertility soil samples. Low manure treatment increased the diversity of nifH genes compared with CK and high manure treatments. Manure and lime treatment led to obvious community succession. Total N to available P ratio, total carbon, and K concentrations were the main factors affecting the diversity of diazotrophs in red soil.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Herein, we report a successful synthesis of porous TiO2 monoliths decorated with unique nanoplate, nanoprism, and nanopyramid-shaped CdSe particles through a mild selenylation of CdO embedded inside porous TiO2 monoliths via a hydrothermal method in a very controlled manner. Compared with pure TiO2, as-synthesized CdSe/TiO2 photocatalyst not only enhances light absorption but also leads to a highly efficient charge-carrier separation. Particularly, the nanoplate-shaped 7% CdSe/TiO2 photocatalyst (molar percentages of CdSe to TiO2 is 7:100) exhibits an exceptional hydrogen evolution rate up to 3650 μmol h−1 g−1 without resorting to any noble-metal co-catalysts under visible-light irradiation owing to synergistic effects envisaged by a rational material design. Our results may provide a useful strategy to develop a highly-efficient visible-light-driven hydrogen production system via water splitting.</P>
