In recent years, while Mountain Outdoor Sports Events has been growing rapidly, many problems have emerged, such as the uneven quality of the events, the poor branding and the lack of sustainability. In this paper, the Wugong Mountain Camping Conference, one of the most influential Mountain Outdoor Sports Events in China, is used as an example for systematic analysis and research, with a view to developing quality and branding of Mountain Outdoor Sports Events. Firstly, market research was strengthened to further refine Mountain Outdoor Sports market segmentation and positioning. Secondly, regional Mountain Outdoor Sports strengths were developed and integrated to further clarify the brand positioning. Thirdly, the brand carrier strategy was optimized to shape the brand visual identity and brand concept of Mountain Outdoor Sports. Fourthly, new media communication tools such as Douyin and Youtube were utilized to optimize the brand communication channels for outdoor sports events. Finally, the maintenance of the Mountain Outdoor Sports brand operation and mechanism building was strengthened.
Tuber borchii Shapes the Ectomycorrhizosphere Microbial Communities of Corylus avellana

In this study, eight-month-old ectomycorrhizae of Tuber borchii with Corylus avellana were synthesized to explore the influence of T. borchii colonization on the soil properties and the microbial communities associated with C. avellana during the early symbiotic stage. The results showed that the bacterial richness and diversity in the ectomycorrhizae were significantly higher than those in the control roots, whereas the fungal diversity was not changed in response to T. borchii colonization. Tuber was the dominant taxon (82.97%) in ectomycorrhizae. Some pathogenic fungi, including Ilyonectria and Podospora, and other competitive mycorrhizal fungi, such as Hymenochaete, had significantly lower abundance in the T. borchii inoculation treatment. It was found that the ectomycorrhizae of C. avellana contained some more abundant bacterial genera (e.g., Rhizobium, Pedomicrobium, Ilumatobacter, Streptomyces, and Geobacillus) and fungal genera (e.g., Trechispora and Humicola) than the control roots. The properties of rhizosphere soils were also changed by T. borchii colonization, like available nitrogen, available phosphorus and exchangeable magnesium, which indicated a feedback effect of mycorrhizal synthesis on soil properties. Overall, this work highlighted the interactions between the symbionts and the microbes present in the host, which shed light on our understanding of the ecological functions of T. borchii and facilitate its commercial cultivation.

This research introduces service design thinking, through stakeholder analysis, questionnaire surveys, and in-depth interviews, to evaluate the motivation and behavior of using short video applications on 98 Chinese users. Taking TikTok s Local functional module as an entry point, it aims to optimize the design of the supply process of local online-offline services centered on user needs. Finally, it provides design solutions for reference in information architecture, interaction design, and user interface design.
Design and Manufacture of an Off-axis Aluminum Mirror for Visible-light Imaging

Compared to one made of glass, an aluminum mirror features light weight, compact design, low cost,and quick manufacturing. Reflective mirrors and supporting structures can be made from the same material,to improve the athermal performance of the system. With the rapid development of ultraprecise machiningtechnologies, the field of applications for aluminum mirrors has been developed rapidly. However, mostof them are rotationally symmetric in shape, and are used for infrared applications. In this paper, the designand manufacture of an off-axis aluminum mirror used for a three-mirror-anastigmat (TMA) optical systemat visible wavelengths is presented. An optimized, lightweight design provides a weight reduction of morethan 40%, while the surface deformation caused by earth’s gravity can meet the required tolerance. Thetwo pieces of an off-axis mirror can be diamond-turned simultaneously in one setup. The centrifugaldeformation of the off-axis mirror during single-point diamond turning (SPDT) is simulated through thefinite-element method (FEM). The techniques used to overcome centrifugal deformation are thoroughlydescribed in this paper, and the surface error is reduced to about 1% of the original value. Afterpost-polishing, the form error is 1/30 λ RMS and the surface roughness is better than 5 nm Ra, whichcan meet the requirements for visible-light imaging.

Temperature is an important environmental factor that can greatly influence the cultivation of Auricularia cornea. In this study, lignin peroxidase, laccase, manganese peroxidase, and cellulose in A. cornea fruiting bodies were tested under five different temperatures (20℃, 25℃, 30℃, 35℃, and 40℃) in three different culture periods (10 days, 20 days and 30 days). In addition, the V4 region of bacterial 16S rRNA genes in the substrate of A. cornea cultivated for 30 days at different temperatures were sequenced using next-generation sequencing technology to explore the structure and diversity of bacterial communities in the substrate. Temperature and culture days had a significant effect on the activities of the four enzymes, and changes in activity were not synchronized with changes in temperature and culture days. Overall, we obtained 487,694 sequences from 15 samples and assigned them to 16 bacterial phyla. Bacterial community composition and structure in the substrate changed when the temperature was above 35℃. The relative abundances of some bacteria were significantly affected by temperature. A total of 35 genera at five temperatures in the substrate were correlated, and 41 functional pathways were predicted in the study. Bacterial genes associated with the membrane transport pathway had the highest average abundance (16.16%), and this increased at 35℃ and 40℃. Generally, different temperatures had impacts on the physiological activity of A. cornea and the bacterial community in the substrate; therefore, the data presented herein should facilitate cultivation of A. cornea.
Flexural Behavior of RC Beams with NSM Prestressed Helical Rib Steel Wire

The reinforcement technique of near-surface mounted?NSM?prestressed helical rib steel wire (PHRSW) with wide raw material sources, lower in price and high application value can significantly enhance the flexural behavior of reinforced-concrete (RC) structures. Based on 8 flexural RC beams reinforced with NSM PHRSW, performance of test beams under different groove widths (10 mm, 15 mm and 20 mm) and concrete strengths (C30 and C40) was analyzed, including load-deflection, ductility, flexural capacity, strain of longitudinal steel bar and HRSW, failure mode and crack propagation. The results show that the overall flexural behavior RC beams reinforced with NSM PHRSW was significantly improved. There is a good entirety bearing capacity between the longitudinal reinforcement and PHRSW of reinforced beam with suitable groove size. The comprehensive performance of reinforced beams increases first then decreases, with the increase of groove size. The higher the strength of concrete, the more significant the influence of groove size. There is an optimal match between groove width and concrete strength for RC beams reinforced with NSM PHRSW. Considering comprehensive property of reinforced beams, groove width with 15mmwas best in this research. The results can make the research of RC beams reinforced with NSM PHRSW more comprehensive and in-depth, and provide design basis for its engineering application.
