Design, fabrication and experiment of a MEMS piezoresistive high-g accelerometer
Yulong Zhao,Xiaobo Li,Jing Liang,Zhuangde Jiang 대한기계학회 2013 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.27 No.3
High-g accelerometers are widely used in explosion and shock measurement. This paper describes a MEMS piezoresistive high-g accelerometer whose range is more than 50000g. It is designed on the basis of silicon on insulator (SOI) solid piezoresistive chip. The chip has a structure where both ends of the beam are fixed. Through the stress analysis and mode analysis of the accelerometer, the detailed parameters of the structure are established. The experimental results obtained from the drop hammer shock machine test and live-fire test show good properties of the accelerometer such as good output characteristic, repeatability and fast response speed. Therefore, the accelerometer in this paper meets the requirement of explosion and shock measurement basically.
Global Asymptotic Control for Uncertain Stochastic Time-delay Systems with Unmodeled Dynamics
Qianjin Zhao,Shanshan Xiang,Xiaobo Li,Jian Wu 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2023 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.21 No.3
This paper considers the global adaptive regulation by dynamic partial state feedback method for a class of uncertain stochastic time-delay cascade system with asymmetric structure and nonlinear parameterization. The global asymptotic stability can be achieved under input-to-state stability (ISS) like the condition based on the zerodynamics with time delay. The partial state adaptive control scheme with a delay-independent has been developed by employing the adaptive feedback domination design. By constructing suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals, it is proven that all the states of the closed-loop system signals can be regulated to the origin. Meanwhile, the boundedness of the closed-loop system signals is kept. Simulation results further demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

InSe-based van der Walls heterostructures (vdWHs) have attracted research interests recently because of their particular properties. In this work, the electronic structure and the optical properties of Mn-doped InSe/WSe2 vdWHs are investigated by using first-principles calculations. Mn doping in InSe/WSe2 vdWHs induces an increase in the system's band gap. The optical properties of the vdWHs are also studied, and the absorption intensity of Mn-doped InSe/WSe2 is found to be enhanced in the near-infrared and ultraviolet regions. In addition, built-in electric fields are generated in InSe/WSe2 and Mn-doped InSe/WSe2, which can inhibit recombination of photogenerated electron-hole pairs. This work predicates the feasibility of enhancing the optical properties in InSe/WSe2 vdWHs by introducing dopants, which extends the applications of InSe materials in the field of optoelectronics.
Comparative genomic and functional analysis of Akkermansia muciniphila and closely related species
Juyuan Xing,Xiaobo Li,Yingjiao Sun,Juanjuan Zhao,Shaohua Miao,Qin Xiong,Yonggang Zhang,Guishan Zhang 한국유전학회 2019 Genes & Genomics Vol.41 No.11
Background Akkermansia muciniphila is an important bacterium that resides on the mucus layer of the intestinal tract. Akkermansia muciniphila has a high abundance in human feces and plays an important role in human health. Objective In this article, 23 whole genome sequences of the Akkermansia genus were comparatively studied. Methods Phylogenetic trees were constructed with three methods: All amino acid sequences of each strain were used to construct the first phylogenetic tree using the web server of Composition Vector Tree Version 3. The matrix of Genome-to- Genome Distances which were obtained from GGDC 2.0 was used to construct the second phylogenetic tree using FastME. The concatenated single-copy core gene-based phylogenetic tree was generated through MEGA. The single-copy genes were obtained using OrthoMCL. Population structure was assessed by STRU CTU RE 2.3.4 using the SNPs in core genes. PROKKA and Roary were used to do pan-genome analyses. The biosynthetic gene clusters were predicted using antiSMASH 4.0. IalandViewer 4 was used to detect the genomic islands. Results The results of comparative genomic analysis revealed that: (1) The 23 Akkermansia strains formed 4 clades in phylogenetic trees. The A. muciniphila strains isolated from different geographic regions and ecological niches, formed a closely related clade. (2) The 23 Akkermansia strains were divided into 4 species based on digital DNA-DNA hybridization (dDDH) values. (3) Pan-genome of A. muciniphila is in an open state and increases with addition of new sequenced genomes. (4) SNPs were not evenly distributed throughout the A. muciniphila genomes. The genes in regions with high SNP density are related to metabolism and cell wall/membrane envelope biogenesis. (5) The thermostable outer-membrane protein, Amuc_1100, was conserved in the Akkermansia genus, except for Akkermansia glycaniphila PytT. Conclusion Overall, applying comparative genomic and pan-genomic analyses, we classified and illuminated the phylogenetic relationship of the 23 Akkermansia strains. Insights of the evolutionary, population structure, gene clusters and genome islands of Akkermansia provided more information about the possible physiological and probiotic mechanisms of the Akkermansia strains, and gave some instructions for the in-depth researches about the use of Akkermansia as a gut probiotic in the future.
Security Model for Sensitive Information Systems and Its Applications in Sensor Networks
Tianbo Lu,Xiaobo Guo,Lingling Zhao,Yang Li,Peng Lin,Binxing Fang 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.9 No.5
The study of security models for sensitive information systems has been taken on for years, but still lag far away behind the progress of information security practice. During this century, the thought of seeking the system security to the source of system development lifecycle received huge improvement in the system and software assurance domain. This paper firstly expounds the understanding of information security by illustrating information security study development progress since pre-computer age and presents a description of cyberspace and cyberization security by summarizing the status quo of cyberization. Then a security model called PDRL, which includes six core security attributes of sensitive information systems, is proposed to protect the security of sensitive information systems in the whole system life-cycle. At last, this paper probes into further discussion about controllability attribute and proposes a controllability model in sensitive sensor networks, followed by a probability computing formula and the example for computing the controllability of sensitive sensor networks. By dividing each single element of sensitive information and each element-related operation into a corresponding classification, this paper makes a reasonable description of the quantitative description about controllability.

Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) is a mosquito-borne, zoonotic flavivirus causing viral encephalitis in humans and reproductive disorder in swine. JEV is prevalent throughout China in human; however, spatiotemporal analysis of JEV in Chinese swine herds has not been reported previously. Herein, we present serological and molecular epidemiological results and estimates of prevalence of JEV infections among swine herds in various regions of China. The results suggest that JEV infections are widespread and genotype I and III strains co-exist in the same regions. Therefore, there is an urgent need to monitor JEV infection status among swine herds in China.
