        가상현실 학습 환경에서의 한국어 교수·학습 설계 시 고려 요소

        The goal of this study is to investigate which factors need to be considered when developing a teaching and learning design for Korean language in virtual reality learning environment. To achieve such goal, the study analyzed cases where educational contents were offered using virtual reality in the field of language education. The analytical result confirmed that educational contents in virtual reality learning environment reinforced the self-directedness in learners by constructing a design allowing learners to choose their favored communication situation and provided language guide to activate interactions. Additionally, the result also showed that created environment strengthened sense of reality and immersiveness and allowed the transfer of learning through repetitive practices. However, taking into account the learning environment in virtual reality, it was also confirmed that there are still factors to be considered including induction of choices, interaction among learners, reinforcement of the sense of reality, and setting learning phases. Thus, this study offers suggestions on factors to be considered in designing a teaching and learning system for Korean language in virtual environment by taking into account perspectives in learner’s self-directedness, interaction, learning environment, and learning step.         A Case Report of a 37-Year-Old Alzheimer’s Disease Patient with Prominent Striatum Amyloid Retention

        With recent advancement in amyloid imaging, diagnostic application of this new modality has become a great interest among researchers. New ligands, such as 18F- florbetaben, florbetapir and flutemetamol, have been discovered to overcome limitations of preexisting ligand Pittsburgh compound B. We report here a case of a 37-year-old male patient whose initial complaints comprised of gradual cognitive decline, apraxia, disorientation and sleep disturbances. 18F-Florbetaben amyloid imaging of the patient showed diffuse amyloid retention with prominent striatal uptake. This finding supports the clinical utility of amyloid imaging in diagnostic process of early-onset AD. Moreover, striatal dominant uptake pattern demonstrated in this patient include some meaningful clinical implications that warrant special attention among clinicians.

      • Expression of autophagy‐related markers beclin‐1, light chain 3A, light chain 3B and p62 according to the molecular subtype of breast cancer

        <P><B>Aims:  </B> To investigate the relationship between the expression of autophagy‐related proteins, including beclin‐1, light chain (LC) 3A, LC3B, and p62, and prognosis in invasive breast cancer.</P><P><B>Methods and results:  </B> We constructed tissue microarrays from the breast cancer cells of 489 patients, and classified molecular subtypes using surrogate immunohistochemical stains. The tumoral expression levels of LC3A and LC3B were highest in triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) (<I>P</I> < 0.001), whereas these types of tumour had the lowest expression levels of these markers in the stroma (<I>P</I> = 0.005 and <I>P</I> < 0.001, respectively). Cytoplasmic beclin‐1 expression was highest in TNBC, but nuclear expression was lowest (<I>P</I> < 0.001). p62 cytoplasmic and nuclear expression were highest in HER2‐type tumours (<I>P</I> = 0.001 and <I>P</I> < 0.001, respectively). Tumoral LC3A and LC3B expression were associated with high histological grade (<I>P</I> < 0.001, and <I>P</I> < 0.028, respectively), but nuclear p62 expression was associated with lower histological grade (<I>P</I> = 0.004).</P><P><B>Conclusions:  </B> Autophagy‐related markers are differentially expressed according to the molecular subtype of breast cancer. In particular, expression of LC3A, LC3B and beclin‐1 was highest in TNBC tumour cells, whereas that of LC3A and LC3B in the tumour stroma was lowest in TNBC.</P>

        Whole Brain Voxel-Wise Analysis of Cerebral Retention of Beta-Amyloid in Cognitively Normal Older Adults Using 18F-Florbetaben

        Objective-Recently developed 18F-labelled amyloid beta (Aβ) positron emission tomography (PET) tracers have demonstrated potentials to enable more prevalent application of amyloid imaging in the clinical setting. The aim of this study is to demonstrate cerebral retention of Aβ in cognitively normal older adults, by implementing voxel-based analysis on images acquired from 18F-Florbetaben amyloid PET. Methods-Fifty cognitive normal elderly subjects were recruited and included in the study. Demographic data and cognitive measurements were collected. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and 18F-Florbetaben PET data were obtained followed by whole brain voxel-based analysis. Results-Compared to the florbetaben (FBB) (-) counterpart, FBB (+) showed significantly higher Aβ deposition in the brain regions comprising anterior cingulate, middle cingulate, posterior cingulate and precuneus (family wise error corrected p<0.05). There was no significant correlation between amyloid retention and cognitive functions. Conclusion-Our results confirms previous results regarding Aβ deposition by using 18F-Florbetaben, demonstrating potentials in application of 18F-Florbetaben PET imaging in clinical settings.

      • 기업의 위기대응전략에 대한 소셜 미디어 이용자의 반응 연구

        The importance of online communication is getting increased by the rapid growth of smartphone supply and Social Network Service (SNS) use. Catching up with the trend, firms are actively use SNS to improve brand image, promote products, and communicate with customer. On the one hand, SNS is the channel for firms' marketing activities, but on the other, it is also the channel where the events related to the firms propagate in real time. Firms are led to unexpected state of crisis, when events are quickly spread out on SNS. Then firms are assessed their image by the way they deal with the state of crisis. This paper proposes to figure out user response on SNS according to each crisis response strategies by analyzing event-related twitter data when crisis situations of firms arise. We classify crisis response strategies into response attitude, defensive and accommodative response, and response speed, fast and slow response. This paper suggests optimal crisis response strategy to firms regarding state of crisis propagated on SNS. 기업은 자사의 브랜드 이미지 제고, 제품의 홍보와 고객관리를 위해 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 적극적으로 활용하고 있다. 나아가 기업의 위기상황에 대한 실시간 대응 채널로서 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 사용은 확장되고 있다. 특히, 기업의 예상치 못한 위기상황이 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 통해 전파되는 경향이 있다는 점에서 기업의 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 통한 위기대응은 효과적이다. 이러한 대응은 소비자의 기업의 이미지 형성에 큰 영향을 끼친다. 본 연구는 기업의 소셜 네트워크 서비스 대응 사례를 태도(수용적 vs. 방어적)와 속도(빠른 대응 vs. 느린 대응)로 구분하여 소셜 네트워크 서비스 상의 위기 관련 트위터 버즈의 지속기간을 분석하였다. 12개의 기업 위기 대응 사례에 대한 트워터 데이터를 분석자료로 하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 기업의 위기대응 전략 수립 및 위기별 대응전략 수립에 기본자료로 활용될 수 있다.

        The expression of succinate dehydrogenase in breast phyllodes tumor.

        <P>The purpose of this study is to investigate the expression of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH)A, SDHB, and HIF-1α in phyllodes tumors and the association with clinic-pathologic factors. Using tissue microarray (TMA) for 206 phyllodes tumor cases, we performed immunohistochemical stains for SDHA, SDHB, and HIF-1α and analyzed their expression in regard to clinicopathologic parameters of each case. The cases were comprised of 156 benign, 34 borderline, and 16 malignant phyllodes tumors. The expression of stromal SDHA and epithelial- and stromal- SDHB increased as the tumor progressed from benign to malignant (P?0.001). There were five stromal SDHA-negative cases and 31 stromal SDHB-negative cases. SDHB negativity was associated with a lower histologic grade (P=0.054) and lower stromal atypia (P=0.048). Univariate analysis revealed that a shorter disease free survival (DFS) was associated with stromal SDHB high-positivity (P=0.013) and a shorter overall survival (OS) was associated with high-positivity of stromal SDHA and SDHB (P?0.001 and P?0.001, respectively). The multivariate Cox analysis with the variables stromal cellularity, stromal atypia, stromal mitosis, stromal overgrowth, tumor margin, stromal SDHA expression, and stromal SDHB expression revealed that stromal overgrowth was associated with a shorter DFS (hazard ratio: 24.78, 95% CI: 3.126-196.5, P=0.002) and a shorter OS (hazard ratio: 176.7, 95% CI: 8.466-3691, P=0.001). In conclusion, Tumor grade is positively correlated with SDHA and SDHB expression in the tumor stroma in phyllodes tumors of the breast. This result may be attributed to the increased metabolic demand in high grade tumors.</P>

        Although intracranial dural metastasis of Ewing's sarcoma is a very rare finding, its imaging characteristics are similar to those of its primary form in the central nervous system. Thus, this tumor must be considered in the differential diagnosis of extra-axial dural masses.
