      • 계통도를 이용한 중·고등학생의 지구와 달의 운동에 관한 개념 유형 연구

        In spite of school science learning, the students' conceptions have not been changed easily. Therefore, to make students overcome their non scientific conceptions has been an important issue in science education. The purpose of this study was to identify the conceptions of students and teachers on the motion of the earth and the moon. The instrument was developed for estimating students' understandings of the concepts related to the motion of the earth and the moon. The validity of the instrument was examined by the specialists in Science Educator and Astronomer. At the same time, the two field trials had been executed, and the items were modified. Also, it consists of 12 items including 9 two-tier multiple choice items and 3 multiple choice items. The population of this study consists of 250 eighth-, 299 tenth-, 292 eleventh-grade students, 134 science teachers in secondary school. SPSS/PC+ was adopted for the statistical analysis. The type of misconceptions possessed students were as follows: 1) At 12:00 noon, the sun is directly overhead. 2) First quarter moon is a half of overall surface of the moon. 3) Air don't rotate with the earth surface because it keeps apart from the earth surface. 4) Summer is warmer than winter, because the earth is nearer from the sun in summer. 5) Whenever season is changed, the direction of rotation axis of the earth is changed. 6) The moon is the brightest at the position of new moon, because the distance between the moon and the sun is the shortest and the moon is received strongest sunlight. 7) The moon is not seen at the position of real full moon, because it is covered with shadow of the earth. 8) When the moon is not seen in the earth, sunlight is not reached at the moon. The major findings were as follows: 1) The middle school students had more misconceptions than those of high school students. And female students had more misconceptions than those of male ones. 2) The rate of correct answer and the type of conception in the tenth grade students were very similar with eleventh grade students. 3) The higher cognitive level, the better development of scientific conception and the less misconception. Also, the correlation coefficient between scientific conception score and GALT score was 0.57. 4) The students in scientific part had higher the rate of correct answer than those of students in human part and the former had less misconception than the latter. 5) The rate of correct answer about model and figure items was lower than descriptive ones, because they did not understand about figures itselves. These types of misconceptions will be used for science instruction and studies of other conceptions need.

        The sewage characteristics in the highway service area were investigated according to an interval of 2hrs for 24hrs. and seasonal variation to use them as the basic data for operating and maintaining those sewage treatment units. The range of temperature, pH and DO as physical characteristics were 15.1 ∼ 23.6℃, 6.6 ∼7.4 and 1.1 ∼ 2.2 mg/L, respectively, and found to be appropriate to the biological treatment. The sewage concentrations were larger than those of the general domestic sewage but analogous to those of shopping center and office. Specially, BOD and SS concentraions among them were analogous to those of Japan. The variation of sewage characteristics for 24hrs were insignificant except at high-demand time. It was observed that those concentrations were insignificantly changed with seasonal variation(spring, summer, autumn, winter) except temperature.

        Generally, vehicle testing on the prooving ground for durability, and dynamic performance require a lot of cost and time In this research, we developed a motion generation algorithm for a lab simulation system using a combined computational model of multi-axial road simulator and full vehicle. We performed simulation of ride comfort test road using the suggested motion generation algorithm. Investigating applicability of our lab simulation tool and algorithm for variety driving simulation results, we showed that our approach could be good way to find out successful alternative tool for vehicle dynamic test

      • 능동자기베어링 시스템의 제어기 설계 및 불균형 진동 분석

        Active magnetic bearings (AMB's) have become practical in many industrial fields and numbers of studies for magnetic bearing systems have been reported. However, AMB systems are open-loop unstable and thus require feedback control for robust stabilization and performance. In this paper, first, a rotation of the rotor around the inertial axis is considered and a rigorous modeling of a magnetic bearing system in which the rotation of the rotor is on its axis of inertia is developed. Next, to stabilize the AMB system a PID controller is used and experimentally analyze its rotational response.

        Shu(수) point is the communication channel of meridian-viscera and body surface. It is used for the point acupuncture and moxibustion that the solid and hollow organs and meridians are closely related with each other. Also, that is point where the channel energy(脈氣) of meridian and viscera organs communicate inward and outward. Hence, the knowledge on the meridian and its points are essential for acupunture and moxibustion therapy. Especially, Palhoae point(八會穴) is one of the special points chiefly used for the remedy of faver. In this study, the use of Palhoae point(八會穴) is examined through the literatural survey.

        Five expensive sensors are necessary to control a magnetic bearing system. The sensor price rate of magnetic bearing system is high. So it is necessary that cheap and good sensor is developed. The optical fiber displacement sensor is adaptive to satisfy this condition. We can design magnetically suspended spindle based on static characteristic of optical fiber displacement sensor developed. The controller can be designed by decoupled feedback PD. Therefore, it is simpler than any other controller comparatively.

        골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합자의 정모 두부규격방사선 계측학적 특징

        골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합 환자의 정확한 진단과 분석에 있어서 삼차원적인 골격부조화의 양상이나 안면부조화의 원인을 파악하는 것은 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 정모 두부규격방사선 사진 상에서 나타나는 골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합자의 계측학정 특성을 파악하기 위하여, 양호한 안모와 교합을 가지는 성인 남녀 정상교합자 60명을 전후방적 부조화가 심한 Ⅲ급 부정교합을 가지는 성인 남녀 60명을 대상으로 측모와 정모 두부규격방사선 사진의 투사도를 작성하여 안면 폭경, 고경, 각각의 비율, 측모계측치에 대응되는 정모계측치의 비율을 구하였고, 각각의 계측치와 비율을 비교, 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합자에서 골격의 전후방적 부조화는 정상군보다 상악골길이(Cd-A)가 짧은 것보다는 하악골길이 (Cd-Gn)가 긴 것에 기인하였다. 2. 골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합자는 정상교합자보다 긴 안모를 가지는데, 이는 상안면고경(Cg-ANS)보다는 하아면 고경(ANS-Me), 특히 하악골 고경(Cd-Me)의 증가로 인한 것이었다. 3. 골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합자의 폭경은 단지 여자의 상·하악 대구치간 폭경(U6-U6, L6-L6)과 하악폭경(Ag-Ag)만 정상교합자보다 컸을 뿐, 이외 어떤 폭경항목도 정상과 차이가 없었다. 4. 골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합자의 하악골 길이의 증가는 안모의 고경 특히 하안면 고경의 증가로 나타나지만, 하아골 폭경에서는 나타나지 않았다. In proper diagnosis of skeletal ClassⅢ malocclusion, it was important to know the pattern of three dimensional skeletal & facial disharmony. The purpose of this study was to obtain P-A cephalometrice characteristics in skeletal ClassⅢ malocclusion comparing with normal occlusion. The samples were consisted of 120 subjects, divided into four groups : Male normal occlusion, Female normal occlusion, Male skeletal ClassⅢ malocclusion, Female skeletal ClassⅢ malocclusion. Posteroanterior and lateral cephalogram were taken from the subjects with a x-ray apparatus(ASHAI CS90SP, Japan) and traced on acetate paper with routine manner. The transverse and vertical values from posteroanterior cephalometry, the sagittal values from lateral cephalometry and their ratio were obtained. The results were as follows : 1. The anteroposterior discrepancy in skeletal ClassⅢ group was not due to short maxillary length(Cd-A), but to longer mandibular length(Cd-Gn) than normal occlusion group. 2. The faces of skeletal ClassⅢ group were longer than normal occlusion group. It was not due to increase of upper face height(Cg-ANS) but to increased of the lower face height(ANS-Me) especially mandibular height(Cd-Me). 3. There was no difference in the facial width values between normal occlusion group and skeletal ClassⅢgroup, except upper molar width(U6-U6), lower molar width(L6-L6) and mandibular width(Ag-Ag) of female skeletal ClassⅢ group which were larger than normal occlusion group. 4. The increase of mandibular length of skeletal ClassⅢ group was reflected in the increase of lower facial height but did not have an effect on the mandibular width.

      • 아급성 Ethanol 중독시 고뇨산혈증에 미치는 Pyrazinamide의 영향

        Ethanol 투여후 pyrazinamide 처리로 유도되어지는고 뇨산혈증의 발생 기전과 규명하고자 ethanol을 rat에 아급성적으로 투여하고 pyrazinoic acid의 대사 과정, 뇨산의 혈증 농도, 뇨산의 생합성 및 분해과정에 관여하는 효소의 활성 변화를 비교검토하였을 때 pyrazina-mide의 대사산물인 pyazinoic acid의 생성과정은 증가되었으나 pyrazinoic acid의 분해과정은 영향이 없었다. Ethanol 아급성 중독상태에 pyrazinamide를 투여하였을 때 혈액중의 뇨산 농도는 대조군에 비해 약 123% 정도현저히 증가되었다. 뇨산의 분해 효소인 urixase의 활성변화와 생합성에 관여하는 adenosine deaminase, purine nucleoside phos-phorylase 및 guanine deaminase의 활성변화에는 별다른 관련성이 없었으며 선책적으로 xanthine oxidase 활성만이 유도되어 나타나는 결과였다. In the present work, the purpose was to onbserve the effect of subacute ethanol intoxication on the changes of purine metabnolic pathway after pyraxzinamide administration in rats. In vitro test, it was observed that pyrazinamide deaminasing-enzyme activity was significantly increased and pyrazinoic acid oxidizing-enzyme activity was not affected by ethanol-administrated rat's cytosolic liver. When uric acid level in blood was estimated after pyrazinamide treatment, the blood level was increased in comparison to control group of subacute ethanol intoxication. Ethanol administration did not affect activities of guanine deaminase, adenosine deaminase, purine nucleoside phosphorylase and uricase, on the other hand, xanthing oxidase activity was significantly increased as compared with control. These results suggest that hyperuricemia incuced by the administration of pyrazinamide after subacute ethanol intoxication may be result from the selective increase of xanthine oxidase activity.

        까나리 염장품 추출물 저장 중의 품질 변화

        The quality changes of the extracts of salt-fermented Ammodytes personatus during the storage were examined at 1 month interval during 3 months fermentation period. To prepare the extracts of Ammodytes personnatus, 17%, 20% and 25% salt were added respectively and then stored for 3 months at room temperature and then extracted with hot water. During the storage, moisture and lipid contents of the samples decreased, but the crude protein contents increased gradually. On the other hand, ash content and pH showed little changes during the fermentation storage. After 6 months fermentation, the extracts of salt-fermented Ammodytes personatus were rich in free amino acids, such as glutamic acid, alanine, lysine, leucine, isoleucine, valine and aspartic acid in the order. As the fermentation progressed, the fish odor, turbidity, salty taste, savory flavor and overall preferences were similar to those of Ammodytes personatus sauce in the market. The total cell numbers were 450∼570 cfu/mL at 0 day, but there were none revealed during the fermentation.
