        高靭性 纖維補强 시멘트 複合體를 使用한 耐震要素의 履歷特性

        Concrete is one of the principal materials for the structures and It is widely used all over the world While advanced technologies of concrete have been recently focused especially on developing high performance concrete In which possess high compressive strength and durability, such concrete shows extremely brittle failure under shear and tension To Improve such a poor properties, high performance fiber reinforced cement composites(HPFRCC) has been developed For forming multicrack, a large number of fiber and/or the high specific area with thinner fibers are required However, It causes difficulties for the extrusion because of the poor workability So, this theses was suggested adequate mixing method and mix proportion for cach fibers and experimentally observed Structural performance of the seismic devices made by steel bar and HPFRCC These dampers will be applied for reducing damage as weil as seismic response The advantages of the HPFRCC damper is selective structural performance, strength, stiffness, and ductility by changing configuration, bar arrangements and type of materials used The experimental results indicate that elemental ductility is much increased with decreasing damage when the HPFRCC are applied to the damper It means cementitious seismic damper for structure control is available, which has much merit in performance and cost

        This research aims for testing of homogeneity against the umbrella alternatives in multinomial population. There are lots of literlatures of testing homogeneity against the omnibus alternatives, but no research has been done for this area so far. Since this umbrella alternative is very practical in social science fields, we will consider several testing procedures about it. First, we construct the likelihood ratio test for this problem using isotonic regression ideas in the case that the peak point is known. Second, we will obtain the maximin test for this case and then compare this with the likelihood ratio test via simulation studies.

        To investigate on the characteristics of muscle, the main raw material for meat products, myofibrillar proteins were prepared with muscle from various animals and their physico-chemical charateristics were compared one another, and also the fatty acid composition of muscle fats were compared. In addition, discussion on the carcinogencity of nitrite as food additive was made. 1. Although the morphological characteristics of myofibril did not vary from muscle to muscle, differences in the degree of actin-myosin interaction, ATPase activity, trypsin digestibility, and solubility curve to salt solution were observed. 2. Fatty acid composition of muscle fat varied from muscle to muscle. The percentage of arachidonic acid, precursor of biologically active prostaglandins, was higher in porcine muscle than in bovine muscle. It was considered to be a characteristics of chicken muscle that the percentage of linolcic acid is remarkably higher. 3. It became apparant that the inhibitory capadility of nitrite to botuiinum toxin biosynthesis and antioxidation capability of nitrite were of great advantage over the carcinogenicity of nitrite in the field of meat science.

        하계 실내 및 실외환경의 공기 중 휘발성 유기화합물 농도 및 개인노출

        Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are present in essentially all natural and synthetic materials from petrol to flowers. In this study, indoor and outdoor VOCs concentrations of houses, offices and internet-cafes were measured and compared simultaneously with personal exposures of each 50 participants in Asan and Seoul, respectively. Also, factors that influence personal VOCs exposure were statistically analyzed using questionnaires in relation to house characteristics, time activities, and health effects. All VOCs concentrations were measured by OVM passive samplers (3M) and analyzed with GC/MS. Target pollutants among VOCs were Toluene, o-Xylene, m/p-Xylene, Ethylbenzene, MIBK, n-Octane, Styrene, Trichloroethylene, and 1,2-Dichlorobenzene. Indoor and outdoor VOCs concentrations measured in Seoul were significantly higher than those in Asan except Ethylbenzene. Residential indoor/outdoor (I/O) ratios for all target compounds ranged from 0.94 to 1.51 and I/O ratios of Asan were a little higher than those of Seoul. Relationship between personal VOCs exposure, and indoor and outdoor VOCs concentrations suggested that time-activity pattern could affect the high exposure to air pollutant. Factors that influence indoor VOCs level and personal exposure with regard to house characteristics in houses were building age, inside smoking and house type. In addition insecticide and cosmetics interestingly affected the VOCs personal exposure. Higher exposure to VOCs might be caused to be exciting increase and memory reduction, considering the relationship between measured VOCs concentrations and questionnaire (p<0.05).

        There were several types of acts of mercy according to the time when they were put into execution in the Han dynasty era. Those acts of mercy were excuted mostly when the empire held various kinds of royal ceremonies, when they were with blissful events, when they were confronted aggression from alien forces and were in conflicts within their empire, when good omens for their empire appeared and when there happened met대 o'ogic disorders such as diluvians and earthquakes. There were two different kinds in this act of mercy according to area it was executed. one was general pardon, which was executed throughout the empire and the other partial pardon, which came into effect only in provincial areas. The act of mercy gave convicts various benefections ranging from death-sentence to exemption from death. There were several others such as exemptions from death. There were several others such as exemptions from expiation, labor punishment, and Huan hsi (to send back a convict being exiled in remote area to a place near his home town) as well as the act of mercy itself. Purpose of act of mercy in that time was inemperor's trying to share good or bad omens with his people from whom emperor wanted to be more cautious of the future of their empire and to renew themselves. when good omens happened in the empire, the emperor regarded those as the heaven-sent bliss which he accepted as to give those convicts his virtue, the act of mercy. The emperor considered, also, ill omens be outcome of his exacting prison policy and people's cursing prison appealed the heaven, which gave them damnation. Therefore, the emperor, in a way to prevent those ill omens, tried to win the people's favor and to win the favor, he adopted this kind of act of mercy measure. In conclusion, because the emperor kept vivtuous policy toward his people, there could be, he believed, no damnations from the heaven aod the earth as well. To keep his empire peaceful, he executed this act of mercy.

        불평형을 고려한 절삭력 모델에 관한 연구

        This paper is on a new cutting force model which includes the force caused by unbalance. The cutting forces under the different additional masses are measured with the spindle speed changed. The model is justified through correlation between simulation and experimental result.

        The penalty of Han Dynasty generally succeeded to the system of Qin(秦) Dynasty until the emperor wen(文帝) reformed the punitive law of his country. After the Emporer Wen changed the punitive law, the physical punishment which took an important situation between punitive systems drew back entirely in the law system, and flogging and labor penalty appeared on the contrary. Although labor penalty appeared, it was nothing but spread the scope of labor penalty, and among labor penalties kun Qian Cheng Dan was not only applied instead of physical punishment, but also applied in place of reducing death sentence. The labor penalty of male prisoners-Kun Qian Cheng Dan( 鉗城旦) Wan Cheng Dan(完城旦), Gui Xin(鬼薪), Si Kon(司寇), Shu Fa Zui(戍罰作), and Li Chen-was different in the term of imprisonment. Kun Qian Cheng Dan was five years, Wan Chen Dan four years, Gui xin three years, Si Kon two years, and Shu Fa Zuo from three months to one year; according to Han Shu(漢書) and Hhu Han Shu(後漢書), howevor, Li Chen (隸臣) only five examples before the days of the Emperor Wu(武帝). So Li Chen, one of labor Penalties, was lighter than Gui Xin and heavier than Si Kon though it is hard to presume. That is to say, I think the penal servitude of Li Chen was over two years or within three years. And by each labor penalty they were forced to do the labor which came under the name of a crime. As stated above, among the whole labor penalty there was the labor of each punishment according to the meanings of penalty in itself. However, the labor given to the accused didn't actually coincide with the meanings of the penalty in itself.
