Cu(Mg) 박막의 Time Dependent Dielectric Breakdown 특성 평가
안정욱,황상수,박영배,주영창 대한금속재료학회 2005 대한금속·재료학회지 Vol.43 No.2
Electrical properties and time dependent dielectric breakdown (TDDB) characteristics of Cu (0.7 at.% Mg) alloy films are investigated to improve the reliability of Cu interconnects used in microelectronic devices. After Cu(Mg) films are annealed in vacuum at 400℃ for 30 min, resistivity decreases from 3.4 to 2.0 μΩcm and, thin and continuous MgO layers form both on Cu(Mg) film surface and on Cu(Mg)/SiO₂ interface. Metal-Oxide-Silicon (MOS) capacitors composed of Cu(Mg) film deposited on thermal oxide grown on Si wafer are subjected to bias temperature stressing at 180 through 220℃ under electric fields of 1.5 through 2.6 MV/cm. Median time to failure (MTTF) and activation energy of Cu(Mg)/SiO₂ are much larger than those of pure Cu/SiO₂. Cu drifts into dielectric are inhibited by the continuous Mg oxide formed at Cu(Mg)/SiO₂ interface which improve interfacial adhesion and finally lead to better interconnect reliabilities. With the development of self-driving cars under way along with the Fourth Industrial Revolution, interest in the field of V2X Communication for communication between vehicles and road infrastructure is also increasing.. V2X communications share vehicle driving status information in vehicle-to-vehicle communication to prevent accidents, and in communication between vehicle and road infrastructure, vehicles are provided with information on road infrastructure, providing convenience and stability to users to enable safe driving on the road. Therefore, many countries such as the United States, Europe, and China are also developing V2X communication, and Korea is also accelerating the construction of C-ITS infrastructure, led by the Korea Expressway Corporation and local governments. However, as the C-ITS infrastructure is established, the construction of V2X communication equipment is essential, but the current situation is that there is no appropriate way to measure and verify the performance of this equipment. Therefore, this paper intends to develop equipment capable of performing performance measurement and verification of LTE-V2X equipment installed in the actual site.

In recent years, interest is growing about stereoscopic to the dissemination and development of 3D-TV. However, according to the development of image is also very important to the development of real sound. So recently interest is growing about the stereo sound. It is limited to typical speakers for implementing to stereo speakers. So, recently, has improved sound using flat panel sound. In this study, analyzed apparatus and selected optimum points through the design and CAE (Computer aided engineering) for production of selective tension apparatus of vibration membrane for the flat panel type speaker production. Many tension points offer variety sound environments but it action adverse element in mass production. In this study analyzed through the CAE by designing in tension point location and tension frame for stereo speaker production. CAE was analyzed the optimized conditions using ansys program. The results variously changed parts of affected tension by tension point location or according to the quantity clamped. We selected to optimized tension point and tension frame based on the simulation results. This study is intended to suitable for mass production in the stereo speaker production.

Appropriate diagnosis of biliary cystic tumors: comparison with atypical hepatic simple cysts
Seo, Jeong Kyun,Kim, Su Hyun,Lee, Sang Hyub,Park, Joo Kyung,Woo, Sang Myung,Jeong, Ji Bong,Hwang, Jin-Hyeok,Ryu, Ji Kon,Kim, Jin-Wook,Jeong, Sook-Hyang,Kim, Yong-Tae,Yoon, Yong Bum,Lee, Kuhn Uk,Kim, S Lippincott Williams Wilkins, Inc. 2010 European journal of gastroenterology & hepatology Vol.22 No.8
BACKGROUND: Biliary cystadenoma (BCA) and biliary cystadenocarcinoma (BCAC) are often confused with other intrahepatic cystic diseases. AIMS: The aims of this study were to investigate predictive factors of biliary cystic tumor (BCT) and clinical characteristic of BCAC. METHODS: We retrospectively reviewed preoperative diagnoses, overall characteristics and postoperative outcome of 20 BCTs and 19 cystadenoma-mimicking simple cysts that were pathologically confirmed. RESULTS: Comparing with atypical simple cysts, symptoms, left-lobe cyst, thick wall, septation, mural nodule, bile duct dilatation and an increase of serum alkaline phosphatase were associated with BCTs. However, on multivariate analysis, mural nodule, left-lobe cyst, and an increase of serum alkaline phosphatase were significantly frequent in BCTs with odds ratios of 75.5, 13.8, and 33.0, respectively. Among the 20 BCTs, seven BCACs were diagnosed. The characteristics of BCACs were mural nodule (P<0.01), intrahepatic cyst debris (P<0.01), and bile duct dilation (P=0.04). Cystic fluid analysis provided no significant differences between BCT and simple cyst. After fine needle aspiration cytology of BCTs, all except one BCAC with atypical cell showed nonspecific findings. After complete surgical excision (97.4% of patients), only one patient with BCAC had recurrence during 29 months of follow-up period. CONCLUSION: In hepatic cysts with mural nodule, left-lobe cyst or increment of serum alkaline phosphatase seem to be indicative of BCTs in the diagnosis of suspicious hepatic cyst. Intracystic debris, bile duct dilation, and mural nodule may be suggestive clinical features of malignancy in BCTs.

The putative EPA synthesis gene cluster was mined from the entire genome sequence of Shewanella oneidensis MR-1. The gene cluster encodes a PKS-like pathway that consists of six open reading frames (ORFs): ORFSO1602 (multi-domain beta-ketoacyl synthase, KS-MAT-4ACPs-KR), ORFSO1600 (acyl transferase, AT), ORFSO1599 (multi-domain beta-ketoacyl synthase, KS-CLF-DH-DH), ORFSO1597 (enoyl reductase, ER), ORFSO1604 (phosphopentetheine transferase, PPT), and ORFSO1603 (transcriptional regulator). In order to prove involvement of the PKS-like machinery in EPA synthesis, a 20.195-kb DNA fragment containing the genes was amplified from S. oneidensis MR-1 by the long-PCR method. Its identity was confirmed by the methods of restriction enzyme site mapping and nested PCR of internal genes orfSO1597 and orfSO1604. The DNA fragment was cloned into Escherichia coli using cosmid vector SuperCos1 to form pCosEPA. Synthesis of EPA was observed in four E. coli clones harboring pCosEPA, of which the maximum yield was 0.689% of the total fatty acids in a clone designated 9704-23. The production yield of EPA in the E. coli clone was affected by cultivation temperature, showing maximum yield at $20^{\circ}C$ and no production at $30^{\circ}C$ or higher. In addition, production yield was inversely proportional to glucose concentration of the cultivation medium. From the above results, it was concluded that the PKS-like modules catalyze the synthesis of EPA. The synthetic process appears to be subject to regulatory mechanisms triggered by various environmental factors. This most likely occurs via the control of gene expression, protein stability, or enzyme activity.

We report a rare case of lung disease caused by Mycobacterium lentiflavum in a previously healthy woman. A 54-year-old woman was referred to our hospital due to chronic cough and sputum. A computed tomography scan of the chest revealed bilateral bronchiectasis with bronchiolitis in the right middle lobe and the lingular division of the left upper lobe. Nontuberculous mycobacteria were isolated twice from three expectorated sputum specimens. All isolates were identified as M. lentiflavum by multilocus sequence analysis based on rpoB, hsp65, and 16S rRNA fragments. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first documented case of M. lentiflavum lung disease in an immunocompetent adult in Korea.
