AlxGa_(1-x)As/AlAs/GaAs계로 이루어진 비대칭 이중 양자우물 구조의 광학적 특성을 photoluminescence, photoluminescence excitation, time-resolved photoluminescence를 통하여 조사하였다. 양자장벽 AlAs의 두께에 따른 특성 변화를 조사하기 위하여 두께를 15Å, 150Å로 제작하였다. 양자장벽이 15Å인 경우 매우 빠른 전자의 관통 현상을 보여 주었으며, 이로 인해 AlxGa_(1-x)As의 여기자 재결합에 해당하는 피크가 관찰되지 않았다. AlAs 양자장벽이 150Å인 경우에는 AlxGa_(1-x)As 양자우물에서 여기자 재결합에 의한 피크가 50 ㎰ 이하로 빠른 decay 시간을 보여 주었으며 이것은 양자장벽과의 Γ-X전이에 의한 것으로 사료되었다. GaAs 양자우물에서의 luminescence decay는 두 시료 모두 1 ㎱정도 이었으나, 15Å인 경우에는 약 100 ㎰의 rise 시간이 존재하였으며 이것은 정공의 관통에 의한 시간으로 판명되었다. Luminescence properties of asymmetric double quantum well structure composed of AlxGa_(1-x)As/AlAs/GaAs have been studied by steady state and time-resolved photoluminescence and phtoluminescence excitation spectroscopy at low temperature. Two quantum well samples with different barrier thickness (15Å and 15Å) were prepared to investigate the dependence of tunneling characteristics on barrier thickness. The abscence of excitonic recombination peak from AlxGa_(1-x)As wen for the 15Å barrier sample indicates a very fast electron tunneling to GaAs well. Meanwhile, Γ-X transition between wen and barrier is supposed to be a major route for the fast decay of luminescence from AlxGa_(1-x)As wen in the 150Å barrier sample. Time-resolved photoluminescence from GaAs wen of 15Å sample shows the exsitence of the rise with 100 ps which is attributed to the hole tunneling.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>A series of well-defined poly(arylene ether sulfone)s (PESs) as a rod-type block was synthesized by chain-growth condensation polymerization from a diphenyl sulfone-type initiator containing a fluorine leaving group and an allyl moiety. Interestingly, these oligomeric PESs exhibited lower critical solution temperature (LCST)-type phase transition behavior in organic solvents, i.e., 1,2-dimethoxyethane (DME) and chloroform. The clouding point temperature was affected by the molecular weight and concentration of the polymers. The cloud temperature decreased as the molecular weight polymers and the concentration of polymer solution increased. And also two series of rod-coil type poly(arylene ether sulfone)-<I>b</I>-polylactides were synthesized by controlled ring-opening esterification polymerization of <SMALL>DL</SMALL>-lactide with a PES-derived macroinitiator in which the allyl group was transformed into an aliphatic hydroxyl group by a thiol-ene click reaction. These diblock copolymers also exhibited LCST behavior in DME, and the nanoscale size of the aggregates increased upon heating.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Well-controlled rod-type poly(ethersulfone)s were synthesized. </LI> <LI> The poly(ethersulfone)s exhibited thermos-responsive properties in organic solvents. </LI> <LI> This phase transition behavior was also observed with diblock copolymers. </LI> <LI> Their cloud points were affected by the molecular weight and the concentration. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>
Novel Method for Combining Flexible Organic Light-Emitting Diodes with Organic Thin-Film Transistors

We present a new method of driving an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) with an organic thin-film transistor (OTFT). The OTFT and the OLED were fabricated on separate plastic substrates and both devices were laminated with silver paste. After driving a 2 × 2 mm2 OLED with an OTFT device, we obtained 180 cd/m2 at a current density of 5 mA/cm2 from the green OLED by using an OTFT with mobility, on-off ratio, threshold voltage, and subthreshold slope of 0.21 cm2/V·s, 103, 32 V, and 20 V/decade, respectively.

중국 중당시기 문인사와 당시 민간의 곡자사로부터 북송대 문인사에 이르기까지 호방 성격의 풍격을 지닌 사의 경향성을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 중당 민간곡자사는 돈황일대에서 유행된 민간가사로서 일찍이 초.성당에, 늦게는 당말에서 오대에 이르 기까지 비교적 오랜 시간에 걸쳐 불려졌던 노래들이다. 민간인들은 자연에 어울려살면서 평소 매일 바라보는 자연경물을 소재로 하여 담백한 어조로 淸新하고 曠達풍격의 호방사를 많이 지었다. 특히 돈황변새사에는 전쟁이나 변새지역의 풍광을 소재로 삼아 애국적인 주제를 담은 豪放하고 豪邁한 기상이 잘 나타나 있다. 晩唐五代는 정국의 불안과 사회의 동요로 인하여 지식인들이 사회문제를 외면하고 일시적 쾌락을 추구하게 되었으며 문학도 자신들의 그러한 생활을 위한 봉사자로 활용되었 다. 이른바 화간사풍이라 불리는 그 시대 특유의 완약사풍이 발전하였고 상대적으로 호방사풍은 쇠미했다. 북송대는 경제적 번영과 정치적 안정으로 인해 사는 차츰 작가와 작품의 수가 늘어났다. 송대 문인들은 완약적인 서정에 편중하는 사를 지으면서도그들이 자신의 사를 배척하는 이중성을 지녔다. 소식은 사를 유희적 수단으로 내용이없는 사로 짓는 것을 각성하고 내용상의 혁신을 이루었다. 이로 인하여 사의 제재와 내용이 다양해져서 호방사가 발전하였다. 종합하면, 사는 완약풍격으로부터 출발한것이 아니라 완약풍격과 호방풍격을 함께 끌고 안고 출발했으니 사가 애당초부터 어떤 종류의 감정이라든지 다 토로할 수 있는 서정시로서의 기능을 가지고 있었음을의미한다. 다만 지식인들의 손으로 들어간 후로는 균질화 내지 단순화된 작자의 경험세계와 그들이 처한 시대적 상황에 따라 사의 서정적 기능이 축소되기도 하고 확장되기도 했다. Li and Su represented the spirit of their times and the highest cultural level of their respective dynasty, but because of differences of the social and cultural environment. the Northern Song Dynasty poet uninhibited word is written into the blood and become a spiritual history, with its bold and unrestrained aesthetic style into life with emotion. In this paper the bold word development as the key link, in order to reveal the bold word development process and characteristics. specially, in the early Northern Song Dynasty Ci to occupy an important place in the Yan Shu, Fan Zhongyan, Liu Yong, so on. the northern song dynasty boldand unconstrained word development. Light-emitting devices with polymer-organic heterostructure

Highly quantum efficient and multi-color emissible polymer light emitting devices have been realized utilizing poly (1-dodecyloxy-4-methyl-1, 3-phenylene)(2, 5"-terthienylene)(hereafter, mPTTh polymer) as an emitting layer and tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq3) as an electron transport layer. A single layer EL device of mPTTh polymer emits orange-colored light. EL efficiency increases as the thickness of Alq3 layer increases, but the emission color becomes visually broad when the Alq3 layer thickness is greater than 30nm since the relative peak intensity of green EL from Alq3 layer grows. EL color is changed from orange to greenish orange as the thickness of Alq3 layer grows. EL color is changed from orange to greenish orange as the thickness of Alq3 layer increases. EL efficiency of the double layer device was greatly enhanced by 3000 times compared with that of a single layer device. Alq3 layer in device acts as a hole blocking electron transporting layer and an emitting layer as a function of the thickness of Alq3 layer.ayer.
