      • 슬라이딩 평면을 이용한 I-PD 제어계의 구성

        In this paper, I-PD controller by nearal network is designed using variable structure controller. The I-PD control system is stable in the sense that the error is inside the constraint set, the variable structure controller is idle. If the error hits the boundary of constraint, the variable structure controller begins operation to force the error back to the constraint set. Applying this control technique to the position control system using a DC servo motor as a driver, the control performance of controller is verified by the results of computer simulation.

        Pore structure and acid absorbancy of carbon electrode of phosphoric acid fuel cell were studied by varying carbon black, PTFE loading, and fabricating method for Denka black. Results showed that the primary pore(micro pore) of the carbon electrode included the micro space formed around the carbon particles regardless of the carbon black(Vulcan XC-72 and Denka black) used, and that addition of PTFE and pressing of electrode influenced mainly the secondary proe. The acid absorbancy of electrode was decreased as PTFE loading was increased and Denka black showed more hydrophobic than Vulcan XC-72 with three times in saturation time and one-half in acid absorbancy.

      • Cu-SiO₂촉매상에서 메탄올의 메틸포메이트로의 탈수소 반응에 관한 연구

        Cu-SiO₂촉매상에서 구리의 함량을 달리하며 메탄올을 반응물질로 하여 탈수소 반응을 고정층 연속흐름 반응기에서 행하였다. 조작조건의 범위는 온도 175∼250℃, 압력 ?? 접촉시간 0.013∼0.043g.cat.hr/mL이었다. 구리의 함량에 따라 전화율과 선택도가 달라지고 구리의 함량이 1.5wt.%일 때 메틸포메이트로의 수율이 가장 좋았다. 최적 조작 조건은 온도와 접촉시간이 각각 225℃, 0.033g.cat.hr/mL 부근이었다. 이온 교환법으로 제조된 1.5wt.% Cu-SiO₂촉매상에서 메탄올의 탈수소 반응의 활성화 에너지는 3.73kcal/mol이었다. The dehydrogenation of methanol to methylformate was studied over Cu-SiO₂catalyst prepared by ion-exchange method with the change of copper content in a fixed bed, continuous flow reactor. The ranges of experimental conditions were : at the temperature between 175℃ and 250℃, pressure at ??, and contact time between 0.013 and 0.043g.cat.hr/mL. Conversion and selectivity were changed with Cu content and yield of methylformate showed the highest value with 1.5wt.% Cu. The optimum conditions were 225℃, 0.033g.cat.hr/mL for reaction temperature and contact time, respectively. The activation energy of dehydrogenation of methanol to methylformate was 3.73kcal/mol over 1.5wt.% Cu-SiO₂.

All human beings of the world desire eagerly the peace of the mankind. We deliberate on the history on the tradition and grasp the tradition in the nations peculiar thoughts at the present time of national ardent wish of the reunification of South and North Korea. When our sovereignty in this characteristic national thoughts assimilates foreign cultures and defines our sovereignty, it is to be great contributions for the national unification in the future and so the national unification is in deed an important task. Therefore, this study aims at groping for our nations unifications unification by our nations power to study and comprehend the Korean traditional thoughts historically. As we are the nation of having a splendid traditional thoughts of a nation such as the Hong-Ik lngan thoughts known as the founding spirit of a country of DAN-GOON, The Hwarangdo spirit of Silla, and the thoughts of Buddhism and Confucianism, we must hand down the glorious unified country to our descendants with power of our nations traditional thoughts indepently and by stopping ideological warfare and by abstaining theorys of unification depending on others power such as three men conference, four men conference and joining the United Nations concurrently or separately.

        <Abstract> There are variety ideologies and systems in the modern society, So modern soceity has fallen into confusion and has infringed upon human rights. In the world of the late 20th century, serious conflicts and collisions have come out among any culture, nation and state. Under this 20th century condition, we have to properly grasp others'position in order to apprehend. When analyzing the character of world and modern history, no one could not deny that the western culture and influence had an enormous impact on the orient including ours. Liberal democracy becoming as the principal axis of our system as well as communism as the source of threat to us is the inheritance of ideology. These two ideas and modern systems have shaken human values and trampled on human rights as a political offering, thus the purpose of this paper was to make a review of what a Peaceful and happy society to Protect human rights is by criticizing a desirable and prevalent ideology and system. Ideological dispute has only to make human society more unhappy, and individual authoritarianism agitate a system, tramp upon human rights and deprive a man of his happiness. Thus, we will have to make a social system to put an end to the dispute on the ideological system and protect human rights.

      • 비혈연간 동종조혈모세포이식의 단일기관성적 : Single Center Experience

        연구배경: 비혈연간 조혈모세포이식은 HLA체계에 대한 이해의 증진과 새로운 검사법의 개발, 그리고 기증자 수의 증가에 힘입어 최근 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 방법: 가톨릭조혈모세포이식센터에서 1995년 10월부터 2001년 12월까지 비혈연간 이식을 받은 138명의 성인 환자를 대상으로 후향적 분석을 하였다. 결과: 질환별로 만성골수성백혈병 66예, 급성림프구성백혈병 23예, 급성골수성백혈병 16예, 재생불량성빈혈 21예, 골수이형성증후군 9예, 비호지킨림프종 2예, 그리고 발작성야간혈색소뇨증이 1예였다. 일차 생차부전은 분석가능한 136예 중 4예(2.9%)에서 발생하였다. Ⅱ도 이상의 급성이식편대숙주병의 발생률은 48.1%였고, 만성이식편대숙주병은 49.5%였다. 재발 이외의 사망원인 중 가장 높은 빈도를 보인 것은 폐렴으로, 독성사망 64예 중 36예(52.3%)에서 관찰 되었다. 만성골수성백혈병의 경우(n=66), 무병생존율, 재발률, 비재발성 사망률이 각각 45.7%, 11.4%, 49.2%였다. 무병생존율은 표준위험군이 고위험군에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다(50.3% vs 32.0%, p=0.03). 급성림프구성백혈병의 경우(n=23), 무병생존율, 재발률, 비재발성 사망률이 각각 30.0%와 49.4%, 44.8%였던 반면, 급성골수성백혈병에서는(n=16) 28.6%, 39.4%, 52.9%였다. 이들 급성백혈병에서는 표준위험군에 비해 고위험군에서 재발률과 비재발성 사망이 모두 높게 관찰되었다. 중증재생불량성빈혈의 경우(n=21), 무병생존율과 비재발성 사망이 37.3%와 62.7%였다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과 비혈연간 이식은 HLA적합 형제가 없는 혈액질환 환자들에게 유용한 치료법의 하나임을 알 수 있었다. 낮은 병기에서의 조기 이식과 분자생물학적 방법을 사용한 HLA 적합도의 개선이 이식관련 사망을 최소화시켜 비혈연간 이식의 효과를 더욱 확대시킬 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Background: Unrelated allogeneic stem cell transplantation (U-SCT) is recently on a increasing trend supported by better understanding of HLA system, development of new HLA typing, and increase of donor pool. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 138 adult patients who underwent U-SCT between October 1995 and December 2001 at Catholic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Center. Results: Diagnoses were chronic myeloid leukemia (CML, n=66), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL, n=23), acute myeloid leukemia (AML, n=16), severe aplastic anemia (SAA, n=21), myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS, n=9), non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL, n=2), and paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH, n=1). Primary engraftment failure was observed in 4 (2.9%) of 136 evaluable patients. Acute GVHD (≥grade II) occurred in 48.1% and chronic GVHD occurred in 49.5%. The most common cause of death other than relapse was pneumonia, which occurred 36 (52.3%) of 64 toxic deaths. In CML, disease-free survival (DFS), relapse rate, and non-relapse mortality (NRM) was 45.7%, 11.4%, and 49.2%. DFS of the standard-risk group (SR) was significantly better than that of high- risk group (HR) (50.3% vs 32.0%, P=0.03). In ALL, DFS, relapse rate, and NRM was 30.0%, 49.4%, and 44.8%, whereas corresponding figures for AML were 28.6%, 39.4%, and 52.9%. NRM and relapse rate were higher in HR compared to SR in acute leukemia. In SAA, DFS and NRM was 37.3% and 62.7%. Conclusion: We concluded that U-SCT is a feasible therapeutic option for patients lacking a HLA-matched sibling donor. Transplantation at earlier phase of disease with more accurate HLA matching by molecular typing can minimize treatment-related toxicity and could extend the benefit of U-SCT.

        레진코팅된 상아질 표면과 레진인레이간 결합에 임시가봉재가 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 레진 코팅된 표면과 레진인레이 사이의 자가-접착 레진시멘트를 이용한 결합 시 임시가봉제에 따른 미세인장결합강도를 평가하는 것이었다. Caviton(GC, Tokyo, Japan), Provifil(Promedica, Neumunster, Germany), Provifil(Promedica, Neumunster Germany) & petrolatum, and Eugenol-based cement, Tembond(Kerr, Orange. CA, USA) 이 임시가봉재로 사용되었다. Tescera(Bisco, Schamburg IL, USA) 로 제작하였고 자가-접착 레진시멘트인 Rely X unicem (3M, St. Paul. Minn, USA)를 이용하여 접착하였다. 이후 미세인장결합강도를 측정하였고 one-way anova와 Duncan test를 이용하여 분석하였다.(p<0.05) Caviton 군이 다른 그룹과 비교하여 유의성 있는 차이를 보여주었다(p<0.05). Provifil, Provifil & petrolatum, Tembond 군 등은 상대적으로 낮은 간을 보여주었다. The purpose of this research was to compare the microtensile bond strength of resin coated surface and resin inlay according temporary filling materials prior to applying self-adhesive resin cement. Caviton(GC, Japan), Provifi(Promedica, Neumunster, Germany), Provifi(Promedica, Neumunster, Germany) & Petrolatum, and Eugenol-based cement, Tembond(Kerr, Orange CA, USA) were used as temporary filling materials. After fabrication of Tescera(Bisco, Schamburg IL, USA), it was bonded with a self-adhesive resin cement, Rely X unicem(3M, St. Paul. Minn, USA). After this procedure, the microtensile bond strength was measured and it was analyzed through one-way ANOVA and Duncan test(p<0.05). Caviton(GC, Tokyo, Japan) showed statistical difference except for the control(group Ⅰ) and the saliva(group Ⅱ)(p<0.05). Provifil (group Ⅳ), Provifil & petroneum (group Ⅴ), Tembond(group Ⅵ) had lower microtensile bond strength.

        팔씨름 중 발생된 상완골의 나비형 골편을 동반한 분쇄형 나선 골절

        The fracture of the humerus during arm wrestling are uncommon, but may occur in the shaft or medial condyle. In the shaft of humerus, the fractures are usually spiral and between the middle and distal third, with or without neurological involvement. A case of a comminuted spiral fracture with butterfly fragment of the distal third of the humerus is reported which had occurred during arm wrestling and was treated by open reduction and internal fixation. The possible mechanism of injury and the question of treatment are discussed.

      • 지급정책의 결정요인과 성과에 관한 연구

        The growth of foreigner's investment into Korean capital Market has brought the change of corporate ownership structure, and the abolition of stock repurchase limit has provided a new environment of decision making on payout policy of Korean corporate. Given the changed environments, this study attempted to find the relationships between corporate ownership and payout policy with financial structure of corporate and between payout policy and the change of corporate market value. It performed an empirical study on the 2002-2007 data of companies which had simultaneously done the repurchase of their stocks and the dividends policy. As the results, ROA and M/B have a significant relationship with dividends policy, and ROA and DEBT with stock repurchase. And stock repurchase has a positive relationship with dividends policy and has a significant negative relationship with the change of stock market value.
