간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스와 무력감이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호대학생이 임상실습 시 경험하는 임상실습 스트레스와 무력감이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향력을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 2014년 6월 23일부터 7월 11일까지 S시와 C시의 4개 대학 간호학과 3, 4학년에 재학 중인 205명의 간호대학생을 대상으로 구조화된 질문지를 이용하여 진행되었으며, 수집된 자료는 t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearsons correlation coefficient, Hierarchical multiple regression 등을 통해 분석되었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 연구 대상자의 간호전문직관은 점수가능범위 1~5점 중 3.56점으로 비교적 높았으며, 전공만족도와 임상실습 만족도가 높을수록 간호전문직관이 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 임상실습 스트레스(p<.001)와 무력감(p<.001)은 간호전문직관과 유의한 음의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 셋째, 전공만족도, 임상실습 만족도, 임상실습 스트레스, 무력감을 모두 포함한 예측 모형의 설명력은 22.1%였고(p<.001), 전공만족도, 임상실습 스트레스와 무력감이 영향을 미치는 주요 변인으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과가 임상실습으로 인한 간호대학생의 간호전문직관 변화에 대한 이해를 높이고, 이들의 간호전문직관 향상을 위한 교육 프로그램 개발 시 임상실습 스트레스와 무력감의 감소시킬 수 있는 중재 전략의 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다. This study was conducted as a descriptive survey for understanding the effects of clinical practice stress and helplessness experienced by nursing students during clinical practice on their nursing professionalism. The survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire with 205 junior and senior nursing students from four universities in S and C Cities during the period from June 23 to July 11, 2014, and collected data were analyzed through t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearsons correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression. According to the results, first, the score for subjects nursing professionalism was 3.56 on 1 to 5 point scale. Their nursing professionalism was higher major satisfaction and clinical practice satisfaction. Second, significant negative correlations with nursing professionalism were shown by clinical practice stress (p<.001) and helplessness (p<.001). Third, the explanatory power of the predictive model involving major satisfaction, clinical practice satisfaction, clinical practice stress, and helplessness was 22.1% (p<.001), and the subjects major satisfaction, clinical practice stress, and helplessness were identified as main factors having influence it. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for development of education programs to reduce clinical practice stress and helplessness experienced by nursing students during clinical practice.

Automated modeling on the base of SP3D design is being emphasized with the expanding of 3D design in the field of plant design. In the process of the automatic modeling process, a series of segmentation and Hugh transform algorithm allow the medial axis of point cloud pipelines to be calculated and the connection of pipes in SP3D is sequentially accomplished by using the generated medial axis. This paper introduces a complementary modeling procedure for each modeling to present the specific problem separately in the proposed automatic modeling procedure.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify parental coping strategies in the face of early infant and toddler injury, and to provide basic data for a parental education program and the most desirable directions it should take. Methods: A Q-methodology to analyze the subjectivity of each item was used. Thirty-four Q-statements were derived from a literature review and interviews. Forty-seven parents were classified into a shape of normal distribution using a 9-point scale. Collected data were analyzed by the pc-QUANL program. Results: Five types of parental coping in early infant and toddler injury were identified. Type I was “hospital treatment focused”, type II was “Improving the safety of the child’s environment”, type III was “expression of negative emotion”, type IV was “taking the lead in problem solving”, and type V was “Interrogating the person in charge of the situation in which the injury occurred”. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that different approaches to educational programs can be used for parents in early childhood injury.
Distribution Channel and Microbial Characteristics of Pig By-products in Korea

The distribution channel of meat by-products from the pig farm to the final consumer can include a meat processor, wholesale market, wholesaler, retailer, and butcher shop. Bacterial contamination at any of these steps remains to be a serious public health concern. The aim of this study was to evaluate the distribution channel and microbial characteristics of pig by-products in Korea. Upon evaluation of pig by-products in cold storage, we found that the small and large intestine were significantly (p<0.05) higher in pH value compared to the heart and liver. The total plate counts were not significantly different among offals until cold storage for 7 d. The coliform count after 1 d of cold storage was significantly (p<0.05) higher in small and large intestine than in the other organs. The coliform count of heart, liver, and stomach showed a higher coliform count than small and large intestine until 7 d of cold storage. As determined by 16S rRNA sequencing, contamination of major pig by-products with Escherichia coli, Shigella spp., and other bacterial species occurred. Therefore, our results suggest that a more careful washing process is needed to maintain quality and hygiene and to ensure the safety of pig by-products, especially for small and large intestine.
Dynamics of bacterial communities in vaginas and feces between pre and postpartum of dairy cows

The reproductive tracts have an intimate relationship with reproduction because there are bacterial communities that can affect reproductive health. The differences in the bacterial community of periparturient dairy cows were investigated. Vaginal and fecal samples were collected seven days before and after calving, and DNA was extracted to sequence the V3-V4 regions of the 16S rRNA genes. In the postpartum vaginas, operational taxonomic units, Chao1, Shannon, and Simpson were decreased, and phyla Fusobacteria and Bacteroidetes were increased. In summary, bacterial abundance can affect the periparturient biological differences in dairy cows, suggesting a susceptibility to infection within one week after calving.
