        고학력장애인의 직업특성과 직업재활 태도 연구

        본 연구는 312명의 고학력 장애인들에 대해 장애인 직업재활에 대한 태도, 취업특성, 직업관, 공식 교육활동을 보는 관점, 그리고 삶의 질을 설문 조사하여 그 결과를 분석적 관점에서 다루었다. 질문지 세부 항목들의 문항분석, 기술통계 결과 및 요인분석과 구조방정식 연구모형을 통해 나타난 결과들을 학문적 정책적 관점에서 다룰 수 있는 시사점으로 도출하였는데 여기서 얻은 주요 결론은 이제 우리 사회도 직업재활을 통해 공정한 기회를 천명하는 가운데 중증 장애를 지닌 사람들과 같은 사회적 약자에게 교육과 사회생활에 필요한 모든 지원제도를 확립하고 고용정책을 포함하는 사회 각 영역에서 우선권을 부여해야 할 필요성에 직면하고 있는 것이다. 특히, 고위 공무원이나 국립대학의 중요 학과들에 대해 진입 기회를 중증장애인들에게 더욱 넓히고 이들을 국가의 전략적 인적 자원으로 육성해야 한다는 공감대와 인식이 필요하다. 재활은 교육과 마찬가지로 국가사회를 장기적으로 준비시키기 때문에 중증장애인의 직업재활을 위한 세부적인 동기부여 수단과 이들의 직업재활에 필요한 각종 지원제도와 서비스들이 제공되어야 한다. This study was aimed at exploring the individual characteristics of the highly educated people with disabilities according to the educational and vocational conditions, and inquiring how study factors including vocational perspectives, vocational goals, awareness of the surrounding environment, job satisfaction and holistic quality of life are interactive. To accomplish this purpose, the current researchers surveyed people with disabilities who left university without graduating or obtained bachelor's degree, master's degree or doctorate. Associations of each disability area and rehabilitation centers throughout the nation including Jeju area, KEAD(Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled), and religious organizations were participated in this survey study. Total 329 questionnaires of survey were collected, but 17 were eliminated from this sample due to the inadequate answer. Finally, 312 questionnaires were analyzed to confirm research hypothesis. In educational characteristics among the subjects, the number of bachelor's degree holders occupied the biggest percentage and college and graduate school graduates in Seoul and metropolitan areas that the access for mobility is relatively facile were composed of the largest group. The percentage of the employed group appeared relatively higher than the unemployed group. Among the employed group, most of subjects have worked as social workers or other professionals in relevant social service areas. Upon examination of the scales that was measured to analysis the vocational perspectives, vocational goals, awareness of the surrounding environment and holistic quality of life, it appeared that the group of master's degree holders and the group who were employed showed the highest level among the subjects in each scale. The results showed the urgent need for creating and discussing appropriate solutions to problems for education and employment situations of the highly educated people with disabilities. Further systematic study for the attitude of highly educated people with disabilities would be conducted not only in the vocational rehabilitation but also quality of life and holistic social issues, such as health conditions, cultural benefits and leisure activities.

        輻射난방공간의 熱環境 特性에 따른 老人의 主觀的 反應評價에 關한 硏究

        This study aims to present the basic data for the establishment of indoor optimal thermal environment in housing for the aged by through field and subject response survey and experiment in model living room. As the first pace of study, the thermal-environment factors were defined by the measurement of physical thermal environment element (dry bulb temperature, radiative temperature, relative humidity, and air velocity) and the environmental needs of the residents was investigated through the questionary survey of the response to thermal environment in welfare facility with radiation heating for the aged in Teagu during winter in 2001. As a result of it, a model living room was designed and structured as a actual domestic room. Physical thermal-environment factors and environmental needs of the occupants in radiative heating space were examined thoroughly by measuring physical thermal environment element and investigating subjective response according to varied condition. The result of study can be summarized as follows; The value of the floor temperature in model living room was 30~34℃ according to temperature control of a constant temperature water tank. In particular, the value of the floor temperature was 33~34℃ and air temperature was 27~28℃ when the constant temperature water tank was 70~80℃. At this point, the value(38~42%) of indoor relative humidity was in the standard(37~48%) of relative humidity comfort. And also, occupants felt somewhat warm at the body on the whole as well as at the lower part of the body. However, the response of occupants was uncomfortable comparatively at the upper part of the body. The reason of that was seemed to be lack of ventilation and stifling atmosphere of the spot.

      • 폐경 전후 여성의 식이섭취가 골 밀도에 미치는 여향

        Objective : To evaluate degree of bone mineral density and prevalence rate of osteoporosis according to age and to search the preventive strategy for osteoporosis, the factors that affect on bone density were studied in pre- and postmenopausal women in korea. Methods : The subjects were 961 premenopausal and 1,167 postmenopausal women who have examined in health promotion center of Yeungnam University Hospital in Daegu city from January, 1999 to January, 2001. The diet pattern of subjectives was analysed through interview with questionnaire. Results : The bone mineral density was statistically higher in women who have taken more calorie, protein, fat, or carbohydrate than recommended amount compared with women who have taken less calorie, protein, fat, or carbohydrate, than recommended amount in pre- and postmenopausal. In the effects of mineral and vitamin intake on bone mineral density, the higher intake of vitamin B12 and niacin increased bone mineral density statistically significantly in postmenopausal women, the women who have taken calcium more than 500 mg/day were revealed increased bone mineral density compared with less intake women in pre- and postmenopausal, and the women who have taken vitamin C more than 100 mg/day were revealed increased bone mineral density compared with less intake women in pre- and postmenopausal. Conclusion : These results suggested that to prevent osteoporosis, the systemized program including balanced diet for promoting anti-osteoporotic factors have to be developed and apply from the thirties whom have maximal bone mineral density.

        중합효소연쇄반응을 이용한 급성 C 형 간염 환자 혈청에서의 HCV RNA 의 검출

        N/A Background: Currently used anti-HCV (anti-C100-3) method to detect hepatitis C virus (HCV) shows relatively good sensitivity in the diagnosis of chronic non-A, non-R hepatitis infection, but poor results in acute hepatitis C infectin. Methods: We detected hepatitis C viral RNA (HCV- RNA) in a patient with transfuion-associated acute hepatitis by nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method. Results; By nested PCR method, HCV-RNA was detected at 11th week after transfusion, but by anti- C100-3 method, detected at 23th week. Conclusion: We report that the detection of HCV- RNA by nested PCR is more useful than anti-C100-3 in the early diagnosis of acute hepatitis C infection.

        The Effects of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Differentiation of Bone Marrow Stromal Cell into Endothelial Cell

        Tissue engineering is attracting attention because it is new approaches for the repair and replacement of tissues and organs that have lost function due to variable reasons. Clinical application have already begun. One of the fundamental principles that underlies tissue engineering strategies is that a newly formed tissue must acquire sufficient vascularization. In recent studies, differentiation of the endothelial cells from variable cell sources has been reported, and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) is very important factor in differentiation. This study investigated whether differentiation of BMSC, cultured with VEGF in vitro, into endothelial cell is possible. BMSC was obtained from Dog BMSC was loaded onto an equal volume of 75ul VEGF and incubated at 37oC in 5% CO2 and 95% humidity. Media was changed every 2days. Total RNA was extracted by use of Trizol reagent. The gene expression of cultured cells was investigated by RT-PCR using the primers - nestin, VE-Cadherin, vWF and GAPDH as internal control. And the PCR products were electrophoresed on a 1.2% agarose gel. Digital images of electrophoresd gel were taken and quantified by densitometer(Bio-rad(R)). As time goes by, experiment group show spindle shape more clearly than control group and cell number increase. Nestin marker is expressed in all groups, beside expression of VE-Cadherin and vWF are higher in experiment group than control group. Experiment group treated with VEGF show high expression of the EC-specific marker: VE-Cadherin and vWF. The fact that 5 days culture group reveals the highest level of gene expression means that this group reachs the sufficient differentiation into EC and that it has potential to reduce the time of vascular tissue regeneration.

      • 土壓과 輪壓에 따른 淺層地中理設管의 變形量 分析

        In this paper, indoor soil tank is used to measure the deformation of flexible pipe in the soil mass on the theory of Bossinesq's stress and Marston's Ditch Conduit case. Besides, field compaction test is perfomed for compaction effect of the real construction field. In compression test of the pipe in the soil mass, the flexible pipe has 3.5% of the allowed defomation, and 220kg of the allowed compression load. With theories and soil tank test in this study, the allowed deformation ratio of the flexible pipe is determined to be safe at the depth over 40cm. Consequently, it is considered that the quality of the pipe should be maintained, and the development of the high quality pipe is needed for the safe and economical construction. Especially in compaction, inappropriate compaction could be dangerous.
