      • 프랜차이즈 시스템의 규범에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 빠르게 성장하고 있는 조직형태의 하나인 프랜차이즈 시스템에 대한 분석이다. 기업의 확장 수단으로 직영점이 아니고 가맹점으로 확장방법을 선택하느냐 하는 요인들에 대해서 분석한다. 프랜차이즈를 이용하는 이유를 설명하는 전통적인 견해는 단순히 사업 확장을 위한 자본조달에 어려움이 있는 기업이 자본을 조달하기 위한 방법으로 이용한다는 것이 있으나 비교적 최근에는 위험을 회피하기 위한 방법으로 프랜차이즈를 활용한다는 견해, 대리 문제를 해결하기 위한 수단이라는 주장, 최적자본구조를 구성하기 위하여 이용한다는 견해, 그리고 시장 영향력을 증대시키기 위한 방법으로 프랜차이즈를 활용한다는 주장이 있다. 자원할당이론은 기업의 재무적 필요성에 의해 성립되는 것에 비해 대리이론은 다분히 조직 관리적 측면이 강조된 설명이라는 특징이 있으며, 거래비용이론과 탐색비용이론은 프랜차이즈 형성 근거를 설명하면서도 조직 관리적 측면의 시사점을 일부분 가지고 있음을 알 수 있다. This paper is about the analysis of the franchise system, an organization that is growing fast. I analyze the factors such as whether to choose the method of expanding into a member store rather than the one of direct management, as a way of expanding an enterprise. The traditional view of explaining the reason for using a franchise lies in the fact that enterprises having difficulty in raising money for simply expanding the business is using it as a way to raise its capital. On relatively recent days risk-avoiding franchises are utilized to avoid the risk accompanying the expansion or the estabilishment of enterprises. There are an assertion that a franchise is a means of solving the problem of agency, a view that it's used to organize the optimal capital structure, and an assertion that it's utilized as a way of increasing the impact on the market. Agency theory is, characteristically, mostly an explanation that stresses the aspect of organizational management, while the material allotment theory is formed by the financial need of an enterprise. We can see that the transaction expense theory and the exploration expense theory have the part of current events in the aspect of organizational management, while they explain the reason for the formation of franchises.

      • UWB시스템용 초광대역 통과 필터 설계

        본 논문에서는 UWB (Ultra-WidrBand)시스템에 사용되는 초광대역 통과 필터를 설계하였다. 고역 통과 필터와 저역 통과 필터를 직렬 연결하여 구현하였다. 10.6 GHz의 cut off주파수를 갖는 저역 통과 필터는 단락된 전송선로와 개방된 전송선로를 이용 하여 구현하였고, 3.1 GHz의 cut of주파수를 갖는 고역 통과 필터는 L과 C의 lumped소자를 이용하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 통과 대역에서는 S11 값이 18 dB의 값을 얻었으며 두개의 cut off 주파수에서는 S21의 값이 10 dB 감쇄한 결과를 얻었다. In this paper, it was designed ultra-wide band pass filter for UWB(Ultra-Wide Band) system. There was inplemented series connection of high pass filter and low pass filter. Low pass filter accessed cut off frequency of 10.6GHz was designed using short-circuited stubs and open-circuited stubs. High pass filter assessed cut off frequency of 3.1GHz was designed using lumped elements of L and C. Simulation results were obtained 18 dB of S11 from pass band and attenuated 10dB of S21 from two cut off frequencies.

      • 유화중합을 이용한 4원공중합 바인더의 제조와 특성

        Styrene-Acrylonitrile-Ethylacrylate-N-Methyloacryamide Prepared by emulsion polymerization has broad applications for additives such as paint binder, adhesive for wood and paper due to its low glass transition temperature which help to plasticize substrate resins. Since emulsion polymerization has disadvantage that surfactant and ionic initiator degrade properties of the product polymer, Poly(St-EA-AN-NMA) was synthesized using ammonium persulfate(APS) as catalyst and sodium lauryl sulfate(SLS) as emulsion to prevent the degradation. The copolymer binder product was internally plasticized and has enhanced colloid stability, adhesion, tensile strength and elongation. During binder emulsion polymerization, no coagulation and complete conversion occur with the reactant mixture of 3.34wt%/monomer ammonium persulfate, 2.33wt%/monomer sodium lauryl sulfate, and the balanced monomer that the weight ratio of Styrene, Ethylacrylate, Acrylonitrile are 47wt%/monomer, 32wt%/monomer, 6.4wt%/monomer. The activation energies for 37, 42, 47, 52% Styrene content were checked as 28.1~36kcal/mol by Kissinger's method. Actually, reasonable solid content could be considered as 56% because of activation energy and adhesive characteristics.

        TPM 우수기업을 위한 KS A ISO 2859-1과 KS A 3109와의 비교 분석

        The growing importance of the product quality of the manufacturing industry is becoming more and more apparent as we enter the end of faster and deeper globalization trend. At the same time, among the various factors affecting the quality of the product, the importance of the production equipment is ever increasing. As a result, the TPM activity in Korean industries is getting increasing recognition and is being implemented with faster phase than ever. The companies with superior product quality are heavily involved with TPM activities and the product qualities of these companies are definitely better than the others. When we distinguish the product quality process into 3 steps, i.e. quality secure-quality confirm-quality guarantee, of course the 1st step of secure is the most important, but also the 2nd step of onfirm is one of the most important step. As well in mass production environment, sampling inspection is more desirable than the 100 % inspection procedure. As a part of globalization trend, KS system is also being revised and reestablished based on ISO, IEC, etc. *which are based on international standard. Conventional KS sampling inspection standards were in many areas quite different from ISO sampling inspection standards, only KS A 3102, 3104, 3151 are left and the rest be-come obsolete, and even the ones that are still around are planned to the gone step by step. It has been already 3 years since the new KS A ISO 2859-0--3 sampling inspection process has been established which the abolition of the popular KS A 3101, KS A 3105, KS A 3109, yet the implementation rate is very slow. This study will attempt to compare the old KS A 3109 with new KS A ISO 2859-0~3, and try to understand the difference as that the new standard can be easily understood and used widely among companies, by using examples. Our attempt is to help implement with the companies with active TPM involvement but the final result can be spread among other companies as well in the near future.

      • 목련과 수종과 부위에 따른 견직물의 천연염색변이

        In order to establish a dyeing method with Magnoliaceae tree species dyeing was examined with 4 different parts, leaf, stem bark, root, flower of 4 Magnohaceae species, Magnolia kobus Dc., Magnolia denudata Desr, Magnolia obovata Thunb, Liriodendron tulipifera L Mordants used were chemicals, AIK(SO_4)_2 24H_2O, Ca(OH)_2, FeSO_4 7H_2O. All four species showed similar coloring among four different parts. Leaves and petals showed dark yellow, stem bark, grayish yellow, root bark, dark red or yellow. Al mordant made more brighter colour than Fe mordant. Stem bark showed less difference in color by mordants, whereas petals did the biggest.

        The important of landscape management is getting higher. At this time, the needs of Landscapes damage prevention and landscape preservation are getting rise. Particularly, urban gate is close to daily life, and it is important in association with formation of territory. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the landscape image of urban gate and to find the way of manage the landscape image of urban gate. The result of analysis is as follows; Frist, the evaluation of cognition object that has an influence on landscape is in the order of size, form, height, color. Secondly, the result of factor analysis for landscape adjective shows that, the image of landscape of urban gate is affected by the three elements. That is identity, the sense of urban, and planning. Third, according to the result of factor analysis in each urban gates, after retouching gates were improved than before retouching in evaluation of the image of urban gate landscape.

      • CBD으로 제작한 In:Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe 태양전지의 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

        CdS thin films have been widely used a window material in heterojunction solar cells. In solar cell systems, where CdS thin films have been proved to be useful, partial substitution of Zn for Cd increases the optical window of the hetero-junction and also the diffusion potential. In this thesis, effects of the thickness of indium films and the annealing temperature on structural, optical and electrical properties of chemically deposited CdZnS films for the efficiency of the Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cells were investigated. Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films were grown by chemical bath deposition (CBD), which is a very attractive method for low-cost and large-area solar cells. The open circuit voltage of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cells increased due to reduced electron affinity difference between Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S and CdTe films. However, the conversion efficiency of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cell decreased because of the higher series resistance(R_(s)) than CdS/CdTe solar cell. The series resistance and conversion efficiency of Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cell were improved by using indium-doped Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S films as window layer. Cd_(1-x)Zn_(x)S/CdTe solar cells fabricated with optimal conditions exhibited V_(oc)=630mV, J_(sc)=38.89mA/㎠ , FF=0.53, and η=13.2%

      • STWS를 이용한 유도전동기의 토오크 전류측정용 관측기 설계에 관한 연구

        This paper propose a method, observer design for torque current measurement of induction motors, by using single term walsh series(STWS). If the torque currents of induction motors need to know for induction motors driving correctly, it is observed by proposed observer directly. Since the observer which is presented in this paper has an algebraic form, it is more attractive than the conservative others.
